Everything working with King Rooter was a breeze! Their office staff was considerate and helpful, and their plumbers were knowledgeable, efficient, and completed several services from estimate to finish in 5 hours! In that time, Jonathan and Mario evaluated our issues, coordinated with the service manager to come up with options, made two runs for parts, and managed to get all the work done incredibly fast while still being thorough. They were both very respectful and worked with us (we had another contractor there at the same time) to complete all the work earlier in the evening than they had estimated! King Rooter is saved in our phones and will be our go-to for all our future plumbing needs! They even called and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with their work!

We used KingRP several years ago with good results for a second-story leak and some faucet replacement. But this latest work was a horse of a different color. We discovered that the 40-year-old sewer piping from our crawl space to the sewer main had severe bellying, a sag so that it held water and was building up debris. Inevitably, this would lead to blockage and gross sewage back up. The cure was very expensive, of course, but we are talking about something that will last another half century or more. I could not have been more pleased with everyone connected with KRP, Antoinette and others at the office and the crews who replaced the propertys 1984 sewage pipes with new ones and, ALSO IMPORTANT, who then left our place looking spiffy. Special thanks go to work directors Hank and Shawn, who made sure that we understood what needed to be done, prepared the work phases for the crews, and saw the work through to the end. To sum it up, it is a pleasure to work with a company that establishes trust from the get-go and only enhances it to the projects end. And, no, I was not paid for this glowing review, haha. Its truly from the heart.

Jonathan and Anthony with King Rooter Plumbing came out to our home to provide an estimate for our sewer line outside since the first plumbing company who provided initial service claimed our pipe had collapsed. We called King Rooter, explained our situation and they had Jonathan and Anthony out to our home within the hour! The owner came out as well which made me feel as a valued customer should. These gentlemen went above and beyond and performed a camera scope during the estimate and were very informative. Options were provided in order for us to choose what best suited us along with professional education in order to make the best informed decision moving forward. We chose to have our line hydrojetted before making any repairs. They were able to clear our lines with that service which allowed us further options for repair! We’ve used a few plumbers over the years, but now we have finally found our go to for plumbing solutions! I value their professionalism, the time they took explaining everything, and ensuring we were in control of all decision making. If you want the best service call the Kings of Plumbing!

Chad and Jonathan were absolutely amazing! Thought it was a basic clogged pipe, and they found that the cast iron pipes in the crawl space were completely rusted and needed to be replaced. Huge thanks to Jonathon and Ruben for helping me troubleshoot if I had a French drain. Very patient and knowledgeable guys that wanted to help me figure out if a French drain was at my house and if the radon system I had installed actually connected to it. They inspected my house and gave me their advice on my house’s need to if there was major damage/pitfalls to my foundation. these guys helped me to converge on the issue and help get a step closer to solving my issue with radon. They gave me peace of mind that my house was suited to mitigate water away from my house.

Had a sink in the basement bar that was backflowing from upstairs kitchen. They were responsive, as I called them last afternoon and they had a tech out the next morning. Our 18 year old water heater finally reached the end of its service. King was one of several companies we requested an estimate from and ultimately chose them to replace the water heater. Eric was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He walked me through the entire replacement process and what it would take to bring our home up to Colorado code. Overall, his professionalism is one of the biggest factors that led us to picking King to do the install. On the day of installation, Eric showed up with all the tools and parts and got right to work. He even answered my questions during the install process and welcomed my curiosity of how it worked. As he wrapped up the install, he took the time to review how the unit worked, how to maintain it, and what to do if something ever comes up. We are very satisfied with the service and the pricing of the water heater replacement with King and hope to never use the extended warranty we added to our install.

Because it wasn’t an emergency I opted for the next day, but the dispatcher was able to get a technician to my home earlier than expected.The technician, Kevrick, was on time, friendly, and professional. He talked me through a range of options and pricing. He also pointed out some items that were not yet issues but he recommended that I keep an eye on. After we agreed on the job scope, Kevrick immediately got to work. He very quickly had the job completed and the area cleaned. I had a good experience and would recommend using this business.

I manage a car wash in green valley ranch and we were having issues without pit not draining and low vacuum suction. Johnathon came out the SAME DAY within a couple hours and cabled my vacuum lines and jetted about 8 different pipes/ washouts. From start to finish we’ve been super impressed with King Rooter Plumbing. Our initial call was the day before Thanksgiving & they were able to come later that day. They resolved our kitchen drain issue which allowed for using our sink during the holiday. Based upon our options we elected for them to return to further investigate our plumbing as we bought a 22 year old home that had some plumbing issues. Our plumber, Keverick, was extremely personable & kept us informed & educated during his assessment & suggested plan. Alfonso did a professional, quick and efficient install of a new sump pump that replaced my old sump pump that failed during a two day non-stop rainfall that was filling my sump pit with water. Due to the ongoing heavy rain, the outside water was still flowing into the sump as he was removing the old pump and installing the new one. Jeff and his crew are very professional and responsive. They replaced our sewer line with a new high tech linner system. They walked us through the process and showed us before and after video of the job. Would recommend them to all our family and friends!!
