The installers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They had to route the line through the back exterior brick wall where my panel is located, down through the unfinished portion of my basement, and up through to the garage at the front of the house. Everything was done neatly and quickly, all while dealing with my overly friendly dog and clutter in the way. The city inspector said it was one of the cleanest installations he’d seen.

I wasnt sure where I wanted my charger, so they helped me price out a few alternatives. I did the same thing with a few other companies, and EV Plug Pros had the most competitive bid of them all.Once I accepted a quote, scheduling was seamless, electricians showed up on time, and they were done a lot faster than I thought theyd be.Im pleased with the quality of their work; everything looks good, and seems to function properly. As the new happy owner of an electric vehicle, I started shopping around for prices for installing a home charger. I own an older house with a smaller breaker panel. I started with the providers on the list provided by Xcel Energy. Two did not call back, and one quoted me a price almost three times as much as that of EV Plug Pros. They provided me with a very reasonable quote and completed the installation in a swift and efficient manner. I did not need a new panel and my car is charging perfectly with my new home car charger! It was pretty easy thru the whole process. The only hiccup was when the Honda preferred EV Charger supplier decided to leave the U.S. market. We all waited for the next step. EV Plug Pros were on top of it, rescheduled as soon as an acceptable supplier was identified. Brian and Ryan expertly installed my somewhat uniquely located Emporia brand EV Charger in about 3 hours time. Clean, well engineered installation, fully tested and working. The City is set up (again by EV Plug Pros) to inspect for building code conformance in two days from now. Good work, EV PLUG PROS!

I hired EV Plug Pros for what they’re named for - hard-wiring a level 2 EV charger in my detached garage and upgrading my electrical panel in my very old Denver house. This project included trenching about 40 feet to my garage.What I really liked about the crew was that the same folks who came out and did the initial estimate and talked me through the project were the same folks who came out and did the work. So they knew the project perfectly and had already discussed every detail with me. It’s a small but capable and quality team.Having contractors work on my old house always throws up a few surprises but they dealt with them efficiently and with good communication to me about options and pros and cons. They were always on time, easy to communicate with, finished on time, and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I’m not really sure what if anything they could have done better.After the project I had a few questions and user errors on my part and they kindly and quickly helped me out.Highly recommend, and if our business decides to get an EV charger, I will plan to use these folks again.I am already planning to hire them again for a second small electrical project.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of the work such staying off the siding as much as possible, going around existing structures, etc. The install of the power lines looks like it was original to the house (as in planned out) versus an add-on hacky job someone did quickly, which is a big plus for us long-term. Finally, the team was very clean in the work area and left no mess.The quote process was also very responsive and thoughtful--they were the only ones that thought about the current capacity of our system instead of just jamming in extra breakers to make it work.Id highly recommend them to anyone looking to get an EV charger!
