Jay, Christian, and Jeff were all on scene for the waste sewer repair. The pipe leading from the house had become uncoupled with the pipe in the house. They dug deep, repaired and replaced the pipe and then made everything as it was. As with all of these types of jobs, it was expensive but I’m confident that we’ll never have to do this again.

We used zoom drain over the summer when our backup sump stopped working and they were fantastic. We ended up replacing both pumps and the techs were great. Recently one of the alarms went off so I called the company for a check and they came by within the hour. The owner is a true partner with his clients and wanted to make sure everything was fixed correctly, truly going above ans beyond.

These guys are the best! Christian helped us out with some strange plumbing issues. Had them diagnosed and resolved quickly, and priced fairly! We had to be rescheduled from our original appointment, but that leads me to believe that they are really good at assessing the urgency of your issue, and if we ever have a more serious problem, they’d be there for me. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent job..explained the situation and thoroughly cleaned the two sewer lines coming from my house to a combined line that I share with my neighbor. They also inspected the joint line, which was recently cleaned, and when they were finished with mine, they flushed out the line we both share to be sure there was no residue in the joint line from either of mine, which were full of tree roots..enough to make a woven basket!I was kept in the loop all the time, so would now expect to be qualified/certified for immediate employment!!Normally I would expect them to be on time, but a prior job ran late, so we rescheduled and the came ahead of time, but first checked to see if that would be OK.

I had a great experience start to finish with the team from Zoom Drain. They were nice and professional. Jeff and his colleague treated my home with respect. They were knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. They also had the expertise to sort through the information we provided to give clear next steps and offer a quick solution. Their estimate was fair and were able to work on the job as soon as we approved. I am so happy with the results. The new system allows replacement of parts without a total revamp, which will save us even more down the road. I could not be happier!

I contacted Zoom Drain to clear the tree root growth in our sewer line. Jeff was sent to provide me with a free estimate. The best part is that they even share photos and videos of the issue along with the estimate at no extra charge. The hydrojetting estimate provided was also good value as it includes the camera scope and a 6 month warranty. Jeff and the office staff patiently answered my concerns. Zoom Drain was prompt to schedule the hydrojetting appointment. Jeff successfully got rid of the tree roots He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Everything about the service was excellent: price, communication, and execution. You cannot beat Alex and her team. Jeffry and his assistant were incredibly knowledgeable plumbers that came and took care of the sewer drain line hydro jetting in a quick and clean manner at my mothers house and we couldnt be happier. Not only did they take care of the hydro jetting but they cleaned and took care of the back wash from the service in our basement drain, we couldnt believe it! Much better prices than Excellent Plumbing and other services in the area.

I had high expectations given the great reviews they already had across several sites and I wasn’t disappointed. First, they responded to my message almost immediately and booked an appointment that day at a time that worked for me. Jeff and his team were polite, arrived on time and made sure to cover their shoes even though they went in an out dozens of times. Jeff explained everything, wasn’t pushy and allowed me to make my own decision given the information he shared. They worked hard on a serious blockage caused by roots in multiple location. He showed me everything they did and explained as he went through it. Now that is service and it’s worth every dime. I highly recommend working with Zoom Drain. There are a lot of crooks out there and you need to be able to work with someone you can trust. now I do!

Jeff got right to the issue and cleared it. Our toilet was backed up. They notified us when they were coming and who our plumber was going to be. Jeff even took the time to examine the main line to advise us of its condition and what we needed to do to proactively prevent any future issues. Jeff did a very thorough investigation of our sewer drainage issues via a sewer line inspection camera and relayed that information to us as part of the free estimate. He identified an issue with the citys sewer that the city investigated thanks to his video and photographic evidence.The estimate to hydro jet our line from a basement 3 port was much higher than I am prepared to pay however. I will look into other options, but my limited experience with Zoom Drain was a positive one.

I just had my sewer and storm drains Jet cleaned to the main lines. Jeff and Brandon were very processional, walked me through all the steps that they were taking, allowed me to watch their video live as the camera was scoping out and then the final clean-out. I have been having rodded, as part of my yearly routine maintenance, but the root build-up had just gotten to much to allow continual flow. I was happy with the service they provided and the end results.

You gotta try them! I had a laundry room drain backup just before Christmas. Alexandra, the owner, responded within 10 mins to my online request. They came out free of charge, evaluated the problem, gave me a very fair quote and did the work. They used a camera to show me the real problem, tree roots, they cleaned the main drain at the same time for a very fair price. They were clean, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I trusted them. Do use them, it is a very good company. Thank me later.

It is rare to have a good experience with a contractor, but Zoom was an exception. Being available, prompt and reasonably priced are important, but getting the job done is even most important and they did just that in removing a 100% mainline clog. A competitor with the word Roto in their name could not remove it in 2 visits. In fact they denied that it could be a root blockage. It was roots and the major clog was removed by Zoom in a 1/2 hour. They also did a great job cleaning up. Having a video to confirm the drain is clean to the street is a plus. Thank you Zoom.

Hired Zoom Drain after looking all over the place on Yelp and elsewhere for someone to de-root my sewer. Found Zoom Drain on Yelp, and e-mailed them along with several others. They were very responsive and helpful setting up the appt. Christian was the technician who arrived. He was VERY helpful. Walked me through the whole inspection (I wanted to learn what was going on). Inspected the whole line. It turns out - there wasnt a root problem. The pricing was absolutely fair and he didnt oversell any products/services - very honest and helpful. Any future work or big projects, they will be first on the list to use again! Couldnt recommend enough!

He was doing a toilet installation in grandfathers house, and as everyone knows. Grandpa has to try to look over look any project that goes on. Jeff took the time to explain everything to him what they were doing and even break out why we were having the original issue. As well as breakdown the particular benefits of the new toilet and how it’ll my grandfather save the extra couple bucks a months. I do appreciate that attention to detail the most.

Great experience. The line from the garbage disposal into the wall was clogged. I took it apart but could not reach the clog. Antonio was prompt, professional and friendly. He appraised the situation and provided an estimate before starting the job. The estimate was more than fair. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain and would use them again. When I called them back after the job was done and told them how happy I was, the owner said I made her day. Made me happy that I provided the feedback. I don’t make recommendations lightly. I tried to find a technician to fix our flooding in the basement and I contacted several companies. Either I dont hear responses or they are not available on weekend, or they charge for an estimate. I tried Zoom drain but actually I was not holding any hope. The lady immediately set an appointment for me. Abraham was our technician guy. He arrived on time, wearing a mask and putting on shoes covers even though we said it’s fine. But he insisted and said the floor was clean and he didn’t want to make it dirty. He was very nice and professional. I was not there the whole time but I could hear he was very detailed when explaining the issues to my husband. The price was also reasonable. I highly recommended this company.

Having a sewer back up isnt fun. After two days of dealing with backup, after calling multiple companies who could come out see our sewer line, Zoom Draining operator, Im sorry I forgot her name during the stressful bucket draining hours, replied our panic call with the most courteous manner, showed great empathy and was able to put me on short track on having a service. Hernan Hernandez! I remember your name! He came on time, walked us through options we can choose. He used sewer camera, telling us where the blockage started, explaining things very professionally. Our service had a great turn after actual plumbing job started, but that story is for another time. Im so glad they were able to diagnose that what is the underlying problem we have had. Truly, not only the operator, Hernan but also those who came out later to do diagnosis, all of from Zoom are truly professional and trustworthy! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Zoom drain showed up within an hour of me calling them on a Thursday. We had an extremely bad clog (roots) in our outdoor drain line. Abe was our tech and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and he stayed positive during a difficult job. After the standard service with a snake was unsuccessful, we tried the water blasting system, and it cleared the drain better than it has ever been cleared. Overall, I would highly recommend their service. I would have liked to see a more thorough clean-up afterward.

Everything about my experience with Zoom Drain was great! I had been using a small plumbing company to rod out the sewer every few months but the backups became increasingly frequent, even after rodding 3 times in a month. I called Zoom Drain on a Saturday afternoon to request a camera and they came Monday, with texts to confirm and let me know they were close. Christian and his team were very transparent, communicative, professional, and efficient. It was such a welcome sight seeing a whole professional-looking team come to help me with my plumbing crisis. They camerad the sewer line, found an outside cleanout, and identified several root intrusions, so we opted to jet the sewer line from the outside. Im still too gun shy to give our drainage system a real test since the work was done yesterday, but the video of the clean line they showed me after they jetted allowed me to sleep soundly knowing I wouldnt have to wake up to another mop and bleach morning.Thank you very much!

Christian at Zoom Drain was a joy to work with - he was on time, friendly, responsive, professional, and wore a mask as requested. He and his colleague also didnt make a mess and left the area exactly as before when the work was done. Above all, he did not try to up-sell us on service or products we didnt need. Just the opposite. He saved us money by suggesting a simple repair to our sump pump this year that would last until spring, so we could save up for the cost of a new system later (and he gave us a target estimate for that cost).Zoom Drain was very modern, responding to our initial Yelp contact by email and text with all of the details requested. (So many of the mom-and-pop shops just responded with call us. People dont have time to call around anymore.) Zoom Drain also continued to communicate clearly - but also personally - via text, did all scheduling via text, and told us when they were arriving and any other details we needed. They didnt let us know when they were running late, but did respond immediately to my text asking for a status update. It was exactly the way modern companies should operate with customers who usually work full-time and dont have time to talk on the phone. 100% good experience, and Ill be using Zoom to install the new system next spring.

Fabulous service! The technicians arrived the same day I called them. I got to watch the entire process live on the technician’s assistant’s cell phone. I could tell that my sewer line is now clean as a whistle! This was a tricky job, in that it involved jetting several large broken pieces of clay drain tile from the pipe. The technician managed to jet them all the way down my 65 foot sewer line into the much larger municipal larger line where they will not be a problem. This cleared my sewer line right away. I highly recommend Zoom Drain!

Today was the first time I had ever heard of Zoom Drain. I was very impressed. My sewer has been clogged for almost a week, our showers were backing up and we had limited use of our water. I already had two other plumbers that had tried to rot out our sewers, but apparently roots were clogging it. It was suggested to try Hydro jetting. Antonio and Hernan stopped by to provide a quote. They were very curtious, professional and sensitive to our situation, not only because we were unable to use our water for the last week, but also that the previous plumbers had not been able to correct the problem. Antonio and Hernan knew that we didnt have a lot of confidence in them at the moment, so they wanted to make sure that we felt confident that they will be able to do what the others couldnt. They explained the process and let me know that they had all top of the line equipment on the truck. They didnt rush due to the cold weather, they took their time to make sure it was done correctly. I will definitely use them again and not hesitate to refer them.
