Dealing with a broken main sewage line can be incredibly stressful, but finding a reliable plumber can be just as daunting. Felix was a godsend! After months of not having two workable showers in my home due to previous inept plumbers unable to do their jobs properly I stumbled upon Felix. It is extremely daunting finding reputable plumbers with whom you can trust to do the work properly- without causing additional chaos. When I first spoke with Felix I explained all issues so he was aware before he came by. He first began working on the upstairs shower - he figured out the problem and resolved it! The water was once again able to drain properly. I was extremely relieved and thankful. We then decided to approach the downstairs shower. Two months earlier a plumber left my shower unusable with little hope of repair. They stated I needed new pipes-that I’d have to rip apart my bathroom in order to replace them costing 15-20 thousand dollars. Felix took his machine- placed it directly into the drain and within moments the water began to swiftly flow down the drain properly. Again-thankful! I highly recommend this young man-as he was calm-explained as he went along and just so very nice! Thank you Felix!! -

He was flexible with how wanted to complete the job (I pick up wayer heater or he would get it) and he had bt far the most reasonable rate than 6 other plumbers I called for an estimate. Felix came out to inspect the plumbing on a house I’m hoping to purchase. From the first interaction, he was very professional and walked me through each step of the process. He arrived on time with the right equipment and walked me through everything he was doing. He showed us the issues and explained each option clearly while showing us the video of the scope so we could understand how the plumbing was set up for the house. It’s an older house so there were issues, but he gave all possible situations and gave his beats assessment and details on how to remedy.I appreciated how he eased our minds while also being honest and transparent. Weve worked with Felix and his team a number of times and would unequivocally recommend him to anyone looking to have work done.He was available at the drop of a hat to come and inspect the drains and sewer line of a house we were looking to buy. He gave us his honest opinion and let us know the range of possible outcomes, both best- and worst-case scenarios, at no cost. When we found out that we needed to do an emergency rebuild of our sewer line, he was there the next day to start digging and the job was done at the end of the day. He was even available over Thanksgiving to replace the old pump and install a new cover.Anytime weve reached out with questions hes been incredibly responsive, explaining everything in way that someone without any knowledge of sewer systems can understand. I always feel like I get his honest opinion and recommendation, and all the work weve had done is top-notch and fairly priced. -

AWESOME! Service technician is Very knowledgeable and he LOVES what he does. I had several issues with the flow and water pressure, he was able to use a new technique (something Ive been been told by any plumber) and cleaned away years of build up in my plumbing system. Felix was recommended to me by a friend who is a contractor as being a guy who was honest, knew what he was doing, and could be counted on. I have had him to my house to fix things twice. He was there when he said he would be and fixed the problem without trying to sell me a bunch of other things. When he was done working, the place was clean without any mess, junk, or pieces left behind. Amazing company to work with. Felix is a phenomenal plumber. I called and asked for help with some pipe issues I had that were leaking. Told me he will be out the next day first thing in the morning and will get it fixed. Felix is a man of his word and very professional. If you need plumbing work done or have a drain issue. It’s really hard to find honest people to do work at your house, and this is probably the best experience I’ve had with anybody working at my house. We had an issue with a broken sewage pipe. The Drain Guys located and videotaped the missing piece and came back a couple of days later to seal it. I received quotes from other companies that were three times bigger than what the Drain Guys charged me. We are very impressed with their professionalism, honesty, level of detail and efficiency. I trust them and will definitely use them again in the future. -

If you are fortunate to find Felix, grab him if he is available. I was referred to him for his plumbing expertise. He reviewed my home inspection report for my new home in Oak Park and did a walk through of the property at no cost. He has the communication skills necessary to explain complex plumbing, piping and drainage to someone unfamiliar with the profession. He can quickly assess if something needs attention right away or if the project can wait. He puts his customers at ease with his honesty, integrity and attention to detail. Since moving to Oak Park from Cali I haven’t had the best experience working with maintenance/repair organizations. Felix is someone I will use exclusively for any repairs now that I found him! -

I was in desperate need of a water heater because mine was leaking and it was like 20 years old so I called Felix from the Drain guys and he gave me a quote very reasonable with a top-of-the-line water heater and installed it At my convenience when It came to scheduling .I really appreciated the fact he knew what he was talking about and answered every question under the moon that I could think of and gave me honest answers.I also purchased a top of the line sub pump to replace my old model with installation.I would rate him five stars because of his knowledge of plumbing and customer service. I called other companies and all I got was some general answers, run around and high prices. -
