The five stars are for the thorough, careful, efficient, and polite work by the technicians. They have been here before and are very reliable, show up on time, and generally are reasonable.I would rate the original assessment/observation a little lower. I bought a vanity that was six inches too small. I also felt the cost of a second technician (necessary but several hundred dollars more) should have been addressed. He did remind me to buy a faucet separately and was accurate as to the time needed. I think we both should have asked more questions, but the guys who came out here did a great job.

A few new bolts, a supply line and a new flapper and viola! No more leak!!! Very professional, thorough & friendly. The kitchen sink was very slow and kept backing up. The team kept the work area in front of the cabinet and under the sink clean & dry. The laundry room is right off the kitchen & they checked to make sure the utility tub was not affected when they were using the power rodder. They even checked to make sure they went far enough by going to the basement to listen for the rodder. They put on shoe covers, and protected the kitchen floor & cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. Would definitely call again.

These guys can do anything. I had a twenty year old faucet that had gotten plugged by a washer that had dried out, broken up and caught in the spout. They took it all apart and had a machine that cleared it out. I needed it to be fixed, rather than replaced, because there was a second sink in the room with the same faucet. They couldve said it couldnt be fixed and I would have had to buy and install two new faucets! Glenbrook Plumbing is the best in my books.

When I had my first plumbing problem when the WATER HEATER BROKE, my basement was like a Tsunami hit my commpletely remodeled house in Glenview. I was frantic and scared to go in the basement, so I called the Fire Department. In a flash of lightning, three young firemen came to check and advised me to call a plumbing company. I used first the BEST PICK REPORTS but the top on the list was very disappointing in every way. I called more plumbers in the yellow pages and everyone discouraged me because I was very honest I do not have the cash or money in my bank account for the job. Everyone turned me down. When I called Glenbrook Plumbing, I was told the help will be coming early morning. Immediately, they started working when they saw the emergency help I needed to get rid of the water.I am a senior citizen who was victimized and lost millions of my money in two adversities. I told William Jr. that I will try to settle. Needless to say, I found out my State Farm Home Insurance was there to help. It is my first insurance claim in three houses insured by State Farm for 44 years. The kindness of the company to help a struggling senior citizen who was victimized is one that separates them from the list of plumbing companies. The company has higly skilled technicians and know their trade to provide an excellent job! Thank you William Sr. & William Jr.
