    I met with three pool companies to get ideas of the pool we wanted to build. My first meeting with Scott Bradley with Caribbean Pools made my decision easy. Scott listened to our wish list and ultimately made our dream pool come true. Scott was always upfront, honest and fair. He was always very responsive to my calls. Brittany and Kathy in scheduling did an amazing job keeping us updated. I had one small warranty issue that Ana who also did and amazing job keeping us informed.I have heard many nightmares of other pool companies after the fact. I highly recommend Scott and Caribbean Pool& Spa’s for your pool project.

    Our pool was just finished today and we couldnt be happier with it and with Caribbean Pools! When we began the process, we met with 6 different pool contractors. We felt the most comfortable with the folks at Caribbean and they didnt nickle and dime every little thing, which was greatly appreciated. The entire process from signing the contract to finished pool was only about 2 months!For the first 3/4 of the pool construction, communication was excellent. I received e-mails outlining what would be happening that week/day, etc. Communication was a bit shaky toward the last 1/4 but some of that may have been my fault too. None of this would stop me from highly recommending this company!The people at Caribbean were great to work with- especially Brian and Kevin- and their contractors were excellent too! Highly recommend Caribbean!!

    Despite how long it takes to get a pool finished now, overall we had a great experience. Concerns were met promptly, questions were answerd quickly, and the end result was exactly what we wanted. Bryan (the owner) was great. He helped greatly along the way. Brittany (from first phase) was incredible. She was very knowledgeable, incredibly easy to talk to, and always kept us updated. Jeanie ( site supervisor) was also pleasant. She would actually point out if something needed corrected and relayed the info quickly. She showed up several times through the phases and never just snuck in and snuck out. She had no problem answering questions and was always honest about the timeframe for the next phase. We had encounters with others in the company and never did we hang up and think they didnt care. Thank you Caribbean for the years ahead relaxing in the sun.

    We had Caribbean Pools design and build a pool for our new home. They are the preferred pool company for our builder and we worked with the designer (Josh S.) while we were living in an RV (in another state). He was super helpful. The pool took a little longer than expected due to supply chain issues.....shortages of cement/shotcrete and other backordered equipment; however, they were VERY responsive and did keep us up to date. We really appreciated the promptness of Kim (who works in the office) and we liked the woman overseeing our pool construction too (Jeanie). They also went above and beyond to get the pool finished because our grandchildren were coming from a midwestern state and were really looking forward to swimming in the pool! We are please with the pool and the nice decking. Would definitely use them again!

    Carribean Pools just completed our project and we couldn’t be happier with the result and the good people we worked with.Josh was our designer and is extremely talented - and patient! This is our first pool and he worked with us on the design until all of the details were finalized. (Much of this initial work had to be done remotely since we hadn’t moved from Washington to Arizona yet). He also created a beautiful landscape design to complement the pool and maximize the space in our backyard. We are thrilled with what Josh designed for us!Jeanie was our Supervisor. She regularly came to check on progress. She answered our questions and described different steps in the process. Jeanie was always friendly and extremely professional!Kathi in the office was fantastic to work with. She always answered my (numerous) emails and was always friendly and helpful. Thanks to Britney too for her help during the project.We learned that building a pool has many moving - and really very interesting - parts! Doing so during Covid added another layer of complexity. Because of material shortages we had to make a few changes and Josh and Kathi were really helpful in this process.There were also no “additional charges” after the contract was signed. Once we finalized the budget with Josh it was put into a project tracker and we were able to follow the individual steps along the way.A professional and hardworking team. We highly recommend Caribbean Pools.

    It was a pleasure working with Caribbean Pools and Spas to build our beautiful pool. Our salesman, Josh had great design suggestions that ranged from the size and placement of the pool to the colors and materials. Britney sent communications throughout the process to keep us updated on every phase of construction. She answered all of our questions immediately and thoroughly. Kathy also fielded many of our questions. Jeannie supervised the entire project and the crews. She was frequently onsite and inspected every aspect. The crews who dug the hole, installed the plumbing and electrical, poured the concrete, sprayed the shotcrete, applied the acrylic lace, put in the tile, etc were amazingly hard working and careful to do everything correctly. Finally, Steven programmed the equipment and explained everything we needed to know to keep the pool in perfect shape. A big shout-out to all of those diligent and proficient people. We love the pool!

    Highly recommended if youre looking for a quality company to design your pool. Jake in sales is awesome to say the least! He was very patient during the design process to make sure the final concept was exactly what we wanted.     We had our pool installed a little less than a year ago, and Jake was our main contact throughout the process. His responsiveness and guidance were exceptional—he walked us through every step without any pressure. Recently, during a home inspection, a minor electrical box issue (nothing to do with the actual electric) was identified. I reached out to Jake, and he responded within the hour. To our delight, the construction team was at our house the next day, promptly correcting the issue. If youre in search of a pool installation company, look no further. Jake and the team provide unparalleled service, making the entire experience smooth and worry-free. Highly recommended!

    We started searching for a pool builder at the beginning of 2023. We got quotes from multiple companies including Caribbean pools. The customer service from Caribbean immediately stuck as superior to the other companies we spoke with. Initially we met with Jeff to go over plans for the pool. When Jeff arrived at our home he immediately told me he was available as long as I needed him to answer any questions and get us exactly what we were looking for. Every other representative from other companies we met with had been in a huge hurry and they left us without feeling that we had a great idea of what to expect. But not Jeff, Jeff was awesome! Jeff set us up with a great design for our pool and spa. After everything was designed we were surprised to see the cost was significantly less than all other quotes we received. We went under contract with Caribbean and Jeff told us to expect the pool would be done around November 2023.Days after going under contract they called and told us they were ahead of schedule and they started our pool immediately. The construction process was smooth and even through we expected some bumps in the road there really didn’t seem to be any. Brittany, Kim, and Kathi were awesome! They kept us in the loop the whole time and answered any questions we had almost immediately.After everything was said and done our pool ended up being done at the beginning of August 2023 which was just under 3 months from the time they started construction. The pool and spa were built well ahead of schedule with great quality!I highly recommended Caribbean Pools they knocked it out of the park for us! We got a much nicer pool and spa for our money and the process was incredibly easy. Thank you Jeff, Brittany, Kathi, and Kim for all your hard work!

    I used Caribbean Pools to put a new pool in my backyard. The process was very long…10 months, but that’s just the Phoenix pool market. They were very honest and transparent and told me this up front. They were super organized and detailed, and everything happened the way their timeline said it would. The communication was excellent and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. The contractors they used were reliable and professional and there were no hidden fees. The outcome was perfect, the pool is exactly what they promised, and I could not be happier. Highly recommend!

    Caribbean Pools did a great job. Phil was such a great person to work with. He sure was on top of everything and he made sure we were happy. We also worked with Britney and she was great too. She will answer all are calls and any issue we had she always made sure we were taken care of.The only reason we gave them four stars is because some of the other staff we worked with seem like they didnt care. Even when trying to reach out to those specific people there was never an answer back or even a clear one.But other than that their work is great.

    I had called a few companies to get a quote on a new pool build. Caribbean Pools was one of the companies that actually called back to schedule a consultation.We met with Scott and told him what we were looking for and he designed the pool. He was up front with all expectations regarding timelines and completion with supply and labor shortages. I received plenty of communication about scheduling and progress and next phases.The contractors that came were respectful and made sure to knock/ring the doorbell to let me know they were here since I have dogs.I am very satisfied with how everything turned out!     We recently had a new pool built with Caribbean Pools. Scott was our consultation specialist and was upfront and honest. He gave us a really good deal! We did not have to use any financing so I cannot give any feedback on that portion. The contractors were on time, there were no cancellations or rescheduling. The communication with the front office was a good experience, they always answered our questions. The pool construction was completed well before the quoted completion date. We love and are enjoying our new pool.

    We LOVE our Caribbean Pool! After months of research and talking to multiple pool builders, we decided to go with Caribbean Pools and we could not be happier!! The team was AMAZING! Starting with our sales rep, Kevin, he never pressured us into anything – just simply explained everything and provided the professional advice we needed. During construction, our super, also named Kevin, kept us up to date on every step of the process and we knew what to expect each day. He was very helpful in answering our many questions as well. The workers did an awesome job too – they arrived on time – every time! They also kept the yard spotless during the process – which was a nice treat.     Caribbean Pools deserves 10 stars! They did an amazing job on our pool and even though we were on a very tight budget, their affordable pricing allowed us to get the features we needed, and even a few features we wanted, but didnt necessarily need. They were actually the lowest of all the estimates we received and in some cases they came in thousands less. I really liked that many of the features their competitors charge extra for are considered standard with Caribbean, so we were able to get some great little extras we really wanted, without racking up the charges. Once we had everything we needed on our end for the permit, they immediately started on the build and had it completed quickly. All their contractors were great and we are now enjoying our gorgeous pool. We no longer have to worry about suffering through another blazing hot summer without a pool. I highly recommend this company and we are very happy with the completed project and the service and professionalism we received from Caribbean Pools.

    So, you want a pool, but its Arizona, so pool companies and heat go hand in hand, and there are about a million pool companies. Just a little back ground on who I am so things are a little more clear. My resume has me working for home builders in the valley for 14 years. My list contains the following builders. Brown Family, Elliott homes, Ryland Homes, Capital Pacific, and on and on. In construction, you moved where the work was.When I started looking, I wanted to make sure I went with a company that would perform and, the quality of those trades contracted would meet expectations. They didnt meet those, they actually exceeded them. From design, to done, it really was a good experience all the way through. The staff was great to work with. They were patient with me as I asked a million questions during the process.So, here I am with a completed pool ready to face the on coming summer. Everything that we had planned for, turned out just beautiful. We love the pools lighting at night, along with the water feature running, creating the perfect quiet place. Caribbean knows how to make it happen.Just a couple of tips for those looking to buy. First, there is a concrete shortage happening. Patience will be the key. Trust me, the sooner they complete the pool, the sooner they can move on to building the next perfect happy place. Another thing, they will reach out when they have information regarding your pool. If you are one of those that demands an update every day, youre going to drag out the process and only frustrate yourself. They are working diligently to get things completed as fast as they can.In my experience, and my experiences. This is the builder to go with. Be patient with them through the process. With the shortage, it adds a lot more complexity to things, but they will not do you wrong. In fact, you will find yourself in the same place I am now. In your own personal vacation, that starts at your back door.THANK YOU CARIBBEAN TEAM!!! There are not enough words for me to express how elated we are with our pool.

    We had ours built in Florence a year after covid. We were the last pool being built there for the year. It was busy and slow and frustrating. We werent the nicest on occasion, and they were professional with all the bs they had to deal with. Our pool is beautiful, and the waterfall was worth the wait!!

    Overall great experience with Caribbean. Kevin Woodhurst was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about the process, and pricing was very competitive. The office team (Kathi/Britney) were very good about keeping in touch and we were always informed of next steps, and Kevin (site superintendent) was good to work with. Installation/startup went very smooth. There were some minor issues with one of the contractors that Caribbean was very responsive about; sometimes it isnt about everything being perfect, sometimes its about how problems are handled. I would definitely use Caribbean again.

    I had a great experience with Caribbean Pools, Jake in sales was very professional. Fred was my construction manager and was on the ball with every aspect from start to finish. Brittany, Kathi and Alyssa in customer service were a pleasure to deal with. Sure we all heard of nightmare stories with putting in pools, that is definitely not the case with Caribbean Pools. From 1st meeting with Jake he said we should be completed 1st or 2nd week in September, and we were completed the 1st week. I would 100% use them again if I had the need.

    TOP MARKS FROM A TOUGH REVIEWER: 5 STARS.Caribbean Pools of Arizona are receiving 5 Stars for their ability to perform on budget, on time and exceeding our expectations.Canadians are not usually challenged to build swimming pools. Unless, of course, they are in Arizona. Having owned our home in San Tan Valley for five years and being attached to a community that has a gorgeous aquatic center, we had not planned on adding a pool until we experienced, through family, how much fun and convenient having our own pool would be.Do not be influenced by the “special” prices of any pool builder, as that is just the starting point. As we found out there are so many variables to consider, including the dismantling of our existing landscape to allow the equipment access and to accommodate the new pool.We interviewed and received proposals from six pool builders, all with good reputations. Virtually all the pricing was identical. Some builders recommend Hayward Equipment and the others Pentair but the process of building the pool and the equipment are similar. The unnamed company that we initially intended to hire scared us as their story changed dramatically and without apology at sign up time.There were hiccups with Caribbean Pools, particularly as we were dealing with staff newly hired. We found that any changes after the fact absolutely needs to be accompanied with “change of order” forms. Do not just rely on your emails or texts, make sure it is in writing to your builder, on their forms.Caribbean assigned a coordinator to schedule all our work and a superintendent to manage all construction on site. KATHI JOHNSON, our coordinator, was on top of our pool process all the time. She knew our hopes to have the pool usable by grandkids was a tight fit, yet she made it happen. When we noticed one expected change was not happening, she stopped the progress, got the changes implemented and restarted the construction immediately. Her checklist must be very detailed as it all happened as we hoped. Thank you KATHI.Kevin, our superintendent, was often sitting in our driveway at 5:30 a.m. making notes and checking the progress. One morning I awoke to see him in the newly poured pool, strings stretched in all directions, checking depths, distances, etc all against the pool plan. Our own measurements are “spot on” to what was agreed.Our decision to seriously negotiate with Caribbean was made based on the follow ups from our sales team. We would recommend Powell Parker without question. He listened to our dream, made practical and valued recommendations then presented us with a good plan for our backyard. When a tree that was not supposed to be removed, was whisked away by the excavator, Powell (and Kathi) championed our cause and ensured that the tree was replaced with a very good quality substitute. He accepted the assignment to return our yard to irrigated plants, low voltage lighting reattached and backfill complete. He was on the job the other day at 6:00 a.m., on his hands and knees with the landscapers, working to do what he said would be done.Shout out to Bill Alber, the owner of Caribbean Pools of Arizona, for involving himself in our decision process and giving us his experience and advice on colors and finish. Bill attempted to make us realize that we would be tight to finish as we hoped but, he wasn’t counting on his crew because they were determined to make our summer trip with the grandchildren a summer trip where we would enjoy our pool.Most pool companies do not want to get involved in the landscape side of the pool business but customers who are digging up an already finished yard need some reassurance that their yard will be restored. Our recommendations are that; if you are contemplating a pool in your already completed yard, make a plan as to how you will return the yard after construction is complete.Thank you Caribbean, you have our support and very strong referral. Now it is pool time.

    We cant thank Caribbean pools enough for our pool! We love it! Jake was our design guy and from start to finish we just loved him! We loved his design but literally the day before we were supposed to dig we decided the edges were too close (at no fault of his or Caribbean) and he really went above and beyond tweaking our layout so we were happy. Kathi & Brittney did our scheduling and were the sweetest to work with! They did such an amazing job keeping things on track & making sure we were happy! Every stupid question I had they answered so nicely and promptly!All the workers that showed up respected our house and were so nice! I never once had to pickup trash or anything! Even through this crazy pandemic everyone from Caribbean went above and beyond to finish our pool on time!

    We went through countless pool companies to find one that not only was fair in price but also provided exceptional quality in their product and also their SERVICE. After a long search, we found Caribbean Pools. We worked with Scott (who is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to knowledge, creativity, and patience). We got our design and then held off for a bit as life hit us with some stuff. Scott followed up over time and never once did we feel pressured. It let us know he wanted to help us when the time was right. When the time was in fact right, we signed the contract and began the process. Everything from that point on was as perfect as could be with each and every person we worked with at Caribbean. Any call or email was quickly responded to and they all work with integrity and a high standard that you simply won’t find anywhere else. If you want a pool, this is who you should be calling.
