Highly recommend Douglas Wright Electric for your electrical needs. I contacted him to inquire about installing a Tesla wall charger with the additional challenge of the electrical panel being on the opposite side of the house from the garage. Douglas came out the next day for an estimate, discussed everything with us and then had an estimate to us later that same day that was reasonable and in the ballpark range I was assuming it would be.On day of installation Douglas and his crew were on time and extremely professional. After the work they cleaned up and left no mess or trash. Douglas appears to have great knowledge in his field and was down to earth. The wall charger work was completed with no issues and has been working great! I plan on using them for future needs.

This man is a Godsend! Douglas came out on a Sunday. We had 3 big power surges on Friday that knocked the AC out Saturday. It is so difficult to find somebody in Arizona on a Sunday and in THIS HEAT to come out, trouble shoot, provide explanation to help us understand and fixed this issue. When you call Douglas Wright Electric youll speak to the owner directly, hes knowledgeable and helpful. He and his company have worked on several projects for us, a church remodel, two new homes and a multi-family project that is still in process as of May 2024. Hes an honest contractor, he does what he said he was going to do and his work is clean, correct and everything works well. Ive heard him take calls from consumers several times and patiently talk them through troubleshooting a Christmas light issue, resetting a breaker or resetting a GFCI outlet.rather than making them wait for an appointment and charging them for something they can do themselves. A lot of contactors wouldnt bother with small repairs or troubleshooting old homes but he genuinely likes troubleshooting and fixing problems for real people. We called because of his FIVE STAR Google Rating and he has earned every star. If you have a small problem or a bigger residential or commercial project, give Douglas a call. Its just not very common to find an electrician who actually cares about people. Highly recommend his services!

Douglas Wright did a fantastic job replacing over 18 driveway lights in my front yard that were over 10 years old. He gave me a fair and honest quote for the job. He and his crew showed up when he stated they would be there and they worked quickly finishing the job in one morning. They cleaned up everywhere they worked and he had me inspect their work to make sure I was satisfied before they left.I highly recommend Douglas Wright Electrical and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I just googled electrician in the area and Douglas had five stars. I had already called 4 other electricians and they were booked out for months. When I called Douglas, I assumed he would be booked out, BUT, amazingly he asked what it was I needed. First off, I live in Coolidge, about 45 min to 1 hr away. Let him know my home was under construction / remodeling and I #1 needed a 50 amp breaker added to my panel, as my home is to dirty and dusty to stay in while under construction, and I needed to stay in my motorhome. I also asked if he would take a look at replacing all my electrical plugs, wires, lights, (everything) as my home is very, very old, and needs to be brought up to code. He said I was out of his working area, but he said he would come anyway. I am soooooooooo happy he came and no one else. He installed my 50 amp breaker, wasnt as easy as he thought it would be, but took his time and did a beyond profession, great job, I was impressed at how and what he did to install the extra breaker. Now he is coming to start the electrical transition in my home, cant wait. From the start he has been more than professional, ethical, and super nice, and does extremally, excellent work. High recommendations from me, and I am very picky. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Hired Doug to put in a 30 amp run for a new AC unit plus clean up the circuit breaker box with undoing some of the previous owners wrongful doings. Doug and his team were professional, reasonably priced and most importantly meticulous with their work. I recommend them and will use his services in the future.

Doug and Peter separated a circuit for me and installed a new box and replaced my old light fixtures. Separating circuits are normally expensive and I got ridiculous quotes from other contractors. I wanted to wait a couple months to make sure there wasn’t any electrical issues after the repair. Can I saw I will always use these guys on all future electrical projects! Doug and company were able to come out and finish a messed up wiring job in a couple hours. I was quoted it’d take a day or two with 3 people. He came with his apprentice and finished it in 3 hours.
