The company is good. First, their pricing was way better than any other company. The guy who finished the work, Diontae, was fantastic. My only complaint was that they rescheduled me twice and the job ended up taking a month to complete. They first scheduled me and then called me two days before and told me they accidentally scheduled me on that techs day off. This pushed it back a week, then for the second appointment they called me and said they were running late and had to push it back another week but would come and do part of the job. The third time, one month after they quoted the job, they came and finished. If it wasnt for the delay I would rate a 5. Again, pricing was the best. I had them install 4 recessed lights, replace 6 outlets (that includes adding new ones), and swap out all the light switches. I would recommend this company.

From making the first contact on the phone (Autumn is great, very nice to speak with), to the free estimate by the owner (thanks Ryan) to the actual project work: everything was outstanding. Very special thanks to Trevor and Eleazor who performed the work. Excellent knowledge and very pleasant to talk with, I enjoyed the whole project time with them. They even cleaned up with a vacuum afterwards, even though they didnt make a mess to begin with. Will always use Firefly from now one.

Before contacting Firefly, I had George Brazil out and they didnt diagnose my issue correctly and gave me a quote for $3,000. Using Ryan and Firefly, I found the issue was only a $125 and 15 minute fix. I highly recommend them. Thank you again!

I give Firefly Electric my highest recommendation. I am in the process of remodeling my 1997 built home theater addition. We needed a new electrician on short notice and Firefly Electric schedule us quickly and perform the work admirably. There was quite a bit of work involved and it took several electricians one and a half days to complete the work. Now that the electric dedicated outlets are done (19) my Home Theater integrator can get going on the rest of my theater remodel which involves a 11.4.12 speaker system with a 14’ wide screen and projector. And each of the three electricians responding were great to talk to and answer questions. And Ryan is scheduling some additional electrical work to install a new dedicated power panel (previously located on the outside of my home) to the attic above and behind my theater So that the electrical wire runs are much shorter With even less noise and better audio than before. To see that I am very impressed with their company and work is a total understatement.

Ryan did a great job getting me out of a bind. When my landscaper accidentally hit my pool timer while cleaning up sparks flew, and the timer stopped work. Had to pull the breaker. They debugged the issue down to loose wires in a smoke detector on the other side of the house. I needed a complete house upgrade to copper wiring and knew it was going to be a large long project. I did a lot of research and I narrowed it down to three companies. I contacted Firefly and two others on Thanksgiving as a small electrical fire started and Ryan at Firefly was very professional even though I reached out on a Holiday. I recieved the different bids and Ryan came in much lower offering the same services. He didnt gouge me like the others. Ryans lead electrician Diante was fantastic and stayed late on various occasions to ensure things were completed even if it could of waited the following day. I highly recommend Ryan and I am a pretty picky person as the job was completed without any major hurdles. If you are looking for top notch work, Firefly is the ONLY company to use! Another plus was he didnt nickel and dime me, if something extra needed to be done that arisen they took care of it without adjusting the initial bid, now thats a outstanding company who goes above and beyond. I love firefly electric!!! I own a 90 year old home so the electrical can be… interesting at times. I’ve called firefly electric for several projects now and have been satisfied every time. Ryan and Trevor obviously know what they’re doing. They advised me on the work I needed done to keep my home safe but didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary projects or charge an arm and a leg. I was shown before and after pictures of the work done in my attic to remove the fire hazards that were present. There was no way I was climbing up there to check myself… now I have peace of mind. Plus Autumn makes scheduling easy and their availability is pretty good so you aren’t waiting weeks for an estimate or for work to start.

Ryan helped me with a quick turnaround install of in-floor outlets in the middle of a flooring project. Timeline was tight and it involved multiple steps/visits and additional contractors that he provided (concrete cut, fill and finish). It all worked out very well after the previous company failed to show up. I absolutley plan to use Firefly and Ryan again.
