A copper pipe in my living room ceiling sprung a pinhole leak overnight. I called Petrack Plumbing in the morning and left a message. Within 5 minutes, I received a call back. Matt and Dominic showed up by noon to quickly and efficiently fixed the leak and cleaned up. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Petrack Plumbing.

I think that I have hired Petrack Plumbing five times. The plumbers replaced a utility sink in my laundry room, removed a sink and capped pipes in my living room, flushed and snaked gutter downspout pipes, used a camera to determine that my dry well in my yard was clogged, fixed a gas leak that big-box store installers had caused, replaced a leaking copper pipe in my basement, and then installed a new water heater and expansion tank. The plumbers make pleasant conversation, expertly perform their work, and charge reasonable prices.

I cant say enough about my positive experience with Petrack Plumbing. I sprung a leak in a water line going to my second floor and my regular plumber was booked through the following week. They referred me to Petrack, so I called and left a message. I promptly received a return call and was assured someone would be there around 2:30. They texted me around 1:30 and said they were on the way. Matt showed up and after some digging in the wall, found the leak and promptly repaired the issue and offered to replace another potential related issue. Matt was a very professional and genuine person, it was like having a family member doing the work in your house. I was also pleasantly surprise when presented with the bill, I think my exact words were is that it! I cant recommend these guys enough!

I had Petrack Plumbing come to my building to scope the sewer lines to determine if they needed to be replaced and their general condition. They showed up on time, were friendly, and professional. They worked efficiently and took the time to explain what it was that we were seeing on the monitor and then afterwards traced the location of the line to me so that I know where it located.They worked quickly, but not at the expense of performing the job properly. I will definitely call Petrack Plumbing in the future if I am in need of a plumber.

We have used Petrack Plumbing about 4 times in the last 5 years including today for a dishwasher installation. Every time they are professional, courteous, responsive and timely. We had paid Lowes in Gibsonia where we purchased the dishwasher to do the installation but on the date scheduled, they did not show up or even call to let us know they werent coming. Going forward I will never use a big box store for installation and always use a small business like Petrack who appreciates our business and does great work!!!!

The plumber was able to get 4 things finished highly recommend. However on lieu I took out an insurance w Home Serve. Don’t take. It was recommended by Duquesne light. Two idiots show up because a cartridge my husband changed and he couldn’t get the pin on. They said they only fix pipes. I said you’re f ing kidding me! There a pipe connected to the faucet. And ask them to leave not really in that way. . I cancelled everything and we had a the company HOME SERVE. CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINY. called Petrack. For what Dr Z wanted for ONE item Petrack fixed all 4! Thank you Ps. terrys plumbing is on Home serve too. Don’t use.
