Doreen called and kept me informed of my appointment and took care of us within 2 days of calling my home warranty. John the technician called to confirm I was home and promptly came over, troubleshot the problem to a weak capacitor, replaced the bad part, verified the refrigerant pressures and temperatures were within parameters and stayed around afterwards to confirm all was working well. Overall excellent service!

We were assigned HVAC Service Express through American Home Shield a few weeks ago. We were dubious based on past experience with AHS contractors but they were immediately responsive. Weve had great communication from the jump with both Doreen in the office & John, our repair tech. Our house is 110 years old with a colorful history of past DIY owners so it was a complicated repair. John has had to come out on 3 separate occasions to fix different parts of our older AC unit. It also required an electrician to replace our ancient electrical panel & multiple approvals from AHS. Honestly, I would have expected it to take a lot longer but HVAC Service Express has been on the ball, calling, texting, ordering parts & working directly with our home warranty company to get the job done as fast as possible. John even came out well past working hours to make sure we were taken care of. Im sitting in a cool, air-conditioned home tonight thanks to their diligent service. I would definitely call them again & recommend them to others.

I had a positive experience with HVAC Service Express after my home warranty company assigned my service request. The technician, Steve, arrived the day after I submitted my service request and was able to replace a broken part and restore full AC function in a reasonable amount of time. He also took some time to discuss care and maintenance tips for my AC units.

We did not actually end up using their service due to our home warranty company dragging their feet for so long, but I still wanted to leave a positive review since we had a good experience with HVAC Service Express themselves. Steve the technician was very nice and helpful during his visit and throughout trying to get this to go through. Once we were nearing 5 weeks without AC and it was clear the home warranty company was going to take further weeks (at the very least, IF AT ALL) to simply get the parts needed to the technician, we had no choice but to call it off and just get it done locally rather than go half the summer without AC. But I definitely want to leave a positive review since my experience with HVAC Service Express was not at all like all the negative reviews posted here. He was very professional and informative with me. He also actually made multiple efforts to book us on their schedule and keep slots open for us as he knew wed been waiting way too long, but the warranty company never got the parts for him to do the job.

My furnace stopped working duri ng a cold week in February for nearly 3 days. My home warranty sent Steve out for diagnosis , bad spark box. Tech Devlin came a day later with new part and got the 30+ yr old furnace up and running. This weekend temps going down to single digits so Im grateful to have fixed so quick. I also decided this is right company to install a new Trane furnace. Hoping for as professional install as I experienced with my repair. Thanks for your service. My install went well too, good job guys.

Steve was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond to fix everything, and even took the time to explain every thing to us instead of giving us a short idealized list of things, he didn’t have to do this, but we’ve had a leak with the water line in the basement. neither of us knowing absolutely nothing ab water leaks and how to address them, he took a look and tightened a bolt the water company didn’t tighten in assuming, and the leak stopped. He was able to hold friendly conversation, and kept us the loop about everything. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but we had no issues with him or the establishment! Thank you again!

Excellent Service- Service Express was dispatched by my home warranty company. They were on-time, courtesy and knowledgeable. In addition, Steve took the time to answer all questions and most importantly had our A/C up and running properly.

Seeing as our furnace went down back on February 23 and we had a bad experience with another company through our HSA, we had Service Express come out. Yes, we had to wait. Some “idiot” customers think the world revolves around only them. Then again, they run into situations that are unforeseen.It was after hours, Devlin had worked all day and still showed up with a smile and found the problem right away.I will use them again!

Service call in from HSA home warranty on Friday, July 3rd. Text from Steve to schedule appointment on Sat. July 4th for Monday the 6th. Service tech Devin called 20 min before arrival, arrived at the specified time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor on 30 year old Ac, and we had AC again in about 30-40 minutes. Everything was satisfactory - no complaints

Our air conditioner stopped running. We had our normal hvac company come out and tell us the until was old and needed replaced. We then called our warranty company who assigned us this company to send out a technician. Technician was professional and kind. Found a blown fuse and we are back up and running with our old ac. Happy to not have to drop the $7k+ at the moment. Thank you!

Was assigned HVAC Service Express by the Warranty company. In couple of days we got the appointment confirmed with the company for Jun 29th. Steve called on the day of appointment and confirmed his arrival at 4.00 Pm and was very prompt. Unfortunately, the AC unit had decided to start working on its own just before Steve arrived. However, Steve was very courteous and performed various diagnostic tests on the unit to figure out why the unit ceased working earlier. Steve also explained how the unit works normally and a few abnormal symptoms/noises that we should be aware of. Also before leaving, he also asked me to text him, if the AC stopped working in next few weeks. I really appreciated Steves professionalism, knowledge and patience. I would recommend Steve and his company anytime.
