First thing I liked about Walker Electric was that i got a person instead of a machine saying select 1 for this 2 for that, etc. no waiting, just a person to talk to to meet my needs. Second, I asked for a rough estimate knowing fully that if it were more involved the price would go up. They were the only company that gave me a rough estimate. Third, the two techs that did the job moved rugs so they wouldnt get dirty, made sure cleanup was done, even washing off face played to get rid of dust and finger prints. They paid attention to detail. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the job and that it meet my needs.Bottom line, Ill be calling them back if I have future needs.

He tracked down the problem and stayed on it until it was completely fixed, all while staying in great communication with me (I live in another state). I’m very appreciative, grateful and completely satisfied by the service we received. Next time I’ll call Walker first!

Name is Michael Glinter. I hired Walker Electric to run power from my home to columns at the end of a 300 foot driveway to lights columns and power a gate. If I could give this company 20 stars I would.Highlights:Price- extremely fair- had 4 estimates they won the job for the fairness of the price, professionalism of the team that provided the estimate and their commitment to get this done in a reasonable timeframe.Crew- Amazing! From the staff in the office (mainly Payton) to the guys on the ground (Luis and Darrell) they were all awesome.Because of this work, when I needed electrical work this past week, I called them to switch a 240 V outlet to a 120 V outlet on my back patio once again- amazing service, fair price and Darrell and Luis came out again. They were professional and quick in getting the job completed!

Justin was amazing. He worked long hours and worked through his lunch break. He showed concerns about the matter. He let me aware of what was going on. When he found out that I didnt have power and that the inspector hasnt showed up he came back to my house and stayed until the inspector come and he also stayed until the city came to cut the power on. He stayed until they got done. Justin was amazing. I give him 10 stars

Service to my home was jerked away from my house when power co was resetting power poles due to a felled tree & power outage. This happened about 3:30pm. By 4:00 Justin with Walker Electric was at my house. He explained explicitly what needed to be done, gave me the estimate, talked to my ins agent & got the ball rolling. Justin & his crew stayed at my home until after midnight last night repairing the damage & making power restoration possible. Best experience ever! They worked long into the night, were very professional, cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend this business to everyone needing electrical issues taken care of! The fact that he came right out, within an hour was phenomenal! I am forever grateful to these guys, you can’t find this kind of service anymore. Justin & his crew got the work done in time for the power co to reconnect my service, the outage with Duke was over around 1:30 am. Power restored! These guys are the bomb! You need professional, knowledgeable, guys to do electrical work, call Walker Electric & Services LLC, you won’t be disappointed! Not sure why this is showing 4.7 stars, but I’d rate them at 10 stars if possible!

Very impressed with Walker Electric. It was like pulling teeth to get any other company to respond to us for several days. When my husband called Walker Electric (by a friend’s referral), they were quick to respond and schedule a time for the next day to come out. Jeff came out and fixed our outlet issue in almost no time at all. We were surprised at how fair his rates were and he did an excellent job. As first-time newborn parents, we really appreciate when a business can squeeze us in last minute and not rob us blind! We will definitely be going with Walker Electric in the further!

I’ve known Jeff and Crystal for years, but never really had the need for electric services personally, until recently. The house that we moved into didn’t have an outlet in the bathroom and I contacted Jeff to see if it was a job they’d be interested in, he immediately responded and sent someone out within the week. The service man that came out was Zach and he was awesome to say the least. He looked for every possible way to get the job done before making a cut. He asked my preference on the orientation and placement of the outlet. He took down our mirror to prevent anything from happening to it. He even entertained my daughters barrage of questions about what he was doing and why he was doing it. And then he cleaned up everything afterwards. It was an awesome experience to say the least! I’ll definitely be using Walker Electric again! And asking for Zach if he’s available! 😄

We had a short causing lights to flicker, be dim, or not come on at all. Jeff repaired our problem in less than 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly he found the issue and repaired it. Previously someone from Mr Electric came out and searched for hours. Instead of repairing the actual problem he ran a new line for an outlet on the circuit. Wish I would have found them first. Now they will be the only ones I request and recommend to others. Thank you

Had them come out to add an additional grounding rod for permit compliance. They found an issue where a prior electrician had used a wire incapable of handling the current draw on it. Showed me the temperature of the wire when the hvac system was running. They stayed around for another 4 hours fixing this issue to ensure my family had hvac and were safe. Justin and team went above and beyond at a reasonable price.

****UPDATE****Update - Mr. Walker contacted me directly and apologized for the confusion and updated a revised estimate for the work I needed done. Apparently, there was a rogue employee attempting to steal away business and thus the reason for the outrageous quote. At any rate, we understood, and appreciated the personal attention we received from him and his staff. They came out the next day at our convenience and completed the work to our satisfaction. Being a business owner, I certainly understood the situation, and we are glad we had a chance to work with them once again. Luis and Darrell did a fantastic job and we appreciate their attention to detail as well as Mr. Walkers personal attention to the matter. He even checked back in with me after the work was done. You cant expect more than that.Thank you!***DONT WASTE YOUR TIME***Called Walker WES for some electrical work I needed done in my home. This would be the third time Ive used them in my home since October. The first two were great and the technicians did excellent work. However, this time, the receptionist set an appointment from 12-12:45. I took the afternoon off and raced home to be sure I was there.45 minutes later I called because they had not shown and I received a message from Square showing my appointment had passed and I would have to schedule another. But the receptionist said no not to worry, her technician just came in and would be there soon.Again I inquired if they would be able to do the work the same day and she said depending on the work they will do the estimate first and then most likely proceed if I was agreeable.The technician finally showed up about 30 minutes later and proceeded to come in with removing his muddy boots. However when we got to the carpeted area, I asked him to remove them and he did.The work I needed done was to replace two bathroom exhaust fans, which I had already carefully purchased to make sure they would fit. Again they would have been removing two that were already in place and install the new ones. I also needed two receptacles added to another room which after explaining the specifics and showing the technician, he said we wouldnt have a problem.After about 45 minutes of going everything I asked if he was going to be able to perform the work that day and he said no, because it would required two technicians.He then proceeded to work up a quote after struggling with the software and then started to explain the quote to me. Thats when everything went to pot! He wanted to charge me $425 for EACH fan. WHAAAT??? I was shocked! AND then he said I would have to pay a deposit before the work could start. WHAAAAT??? For a $1000 job?When I expressed my surprise, he said he could go outside and call Jeff and possibly get a better price. After another 30 minutes, he came back with a revised price of $320 per fan.I told him that was outrageous and I did not appreciate being taken advantage of and that he needed to let Jeff know that he not only lost a customer, but also any future referrals.As I said before, Ive used them several times in my home and business. And have NEVER had such an experience. It appears to me that the guy that came out didnt even work for Jeff, and was perhaps a subcontractor. If thats the case, Jeff you may want to reevaluate how you do business! Oh and fix your software so it doesnt appear that your coding sales tax as a processing fee.

Can you imagine a company today so efficient and professional thatthey came out within half hour when I called.!? I had been out of water from well for 3 days due to out of code faulty wiring on breaker box on outside pole causing water leakage in the box.They got right on it and did underground wiring as well at 11 am and guess what..! They worked outside in the dark til about 6 or so to finish the job,!! Excellent and personable as well.

My wife and I called to have an electrical problem solved after a neighbor who was an electrician could solve it. Chris answered the phone and took my information letting me know she would send a service tech out the next day. The service tech (Josh) arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. It took him less than 20 minutes to find the problem but he had another appointment so he left to take care of that letting us know he would be back soon. Josh returned with the needed supplies and took less than an hour to complete the job. Josh was professional, courteous and personable. Josh explained what the problem was and I can say that we were impressed with the service overall. Thank you so much for your help both Chris and Josh. We had a dire emergency on a cold, winter day... There had been faulty wiring in a house my brother in law was in the middle of purchasing, and Jeff & his crew came within an hour of our call, diagnosed the problem, arranged to get the county back out there to close out the permit, and had the power back on for this family of 7 within a very short time. I wouldnt have wanted anyone else for this emergency. Safety is so important, and 7 precious lives are in this home.
