I had a gas hot water failure in a mountain cabin about 45 minutes from any purchase and service providers. Additionally, the heater location was on third level with a narrow access and it did not meet current codes. JackRabbit Plumbing guided me through the best replacement selection for the circumstances and then sent two strong, capable, and professional plumbers to carry a new water heater up the three flights to install and bring up to code. I was very impressed with the expediency and quality of the whole process and have no hesitation to highly recommend them.

They made a special effort to find an outdated part which had failed rather than charging $200-$300 more and installing a brand new system. Everything works great! Fair price. Conversion to City Sewage system several years ago. JackRabbit Plumbing did our conversion and did a hell of a good job. Received a letter from the water company advising of high water usage So I called my go-to plumbing company Jack Rabbit Made an appointment and only available time was a few days out. In the interim problem was solved and upon arrival of Jason, one of their staff we discussed several reasons for the problem No charge and some good information also located my main street water shut off just in case We are not supposed to use it but good to know location

I have used JackRabbit plumbing for over 20 plus years. They have repaired my plumbing and have put in a new water heater. When the water heater blew within the warranty time they exchanged it for a new one for no cost only charged me $100 for the plumbers time. They have come after hours and never complained about it being on a Sunday evening they just fixed the problem and did not charge me an arm or leg for their services.
