We have been doing a few much-needed home renovations and we called our go-to plumbers at Hoffman. Roberto has worked with us several times and he is a true professional: knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, and kind. We know that when he works on our projects, we are in good hands. I try to be a DIY-er. I tried to DIY a leaking outdoor spout, only to find out that it was an unserviceable faucet and we would have to replace the whole thing. The man at the hardware store made it sound like hiring someone would be “very expensive”. When I replaced the knob part I ended up making everything worse. On a Friday afternoon. When I thought I would be without water for the rest of the weekend.Hoffman plumbing answered their phone. They gave me a Monday appointment that I gladly took and told me if something came up sooner, they would offer it to me. They ended up sending Roberto at 8am on Sunday and I am so grateful. Roberto was so awesome, he was fast, did a great job, and had great customer service skills. We are so grateful. On top of it all, it was not as expensive at the hardware store guy made it out to be. I think we just found us a new plumber! If I could I would give 7 stars out of 5.

This is the second time we had Hoffman Plumbing out to do work on our house - both great experiences. Beth in the office and Alan the technician were fantastic! They offered a very flexible schedule, even when I had to reschedule the work. Alan showed up on time and was finished long before I thought he would be! And the price for the work performed was very reasonable. Everyone at Hoffman was kind, courteous, and professional - will definitely contact them again, should the need arise.

Recently we called Hoffman Plumbing to come out because we had about 18 inches of water in our sprinkler box and we took a look in the crawl space and saw puddles. The first tech that came out wasRobb. Quick to find cause of water problems in our crawl space. Which unfortunately was a leak in our pond. Friendly and professional. Next to come out is Chris (Project Manager of Restoration) He did an excellent job of resolving flood issue in our crawlspace. Easy to get along with, hard working. Represents Hoffman Plumbing amd Restoration excellently. The office staff was also very helpful. We are very pleased with Hoffman and would definitely recommend them.

He installed a new freeze free outdoor faucet so went in the crawl space & completed it easily. He reinstalled a sink u trap that had disintegrated & flushed the water heater. He was so efficient that the bill was much less than the initial quote. So I am sending him a gift card for exceptional work. 😀

Lisa who answered my call was extremely professional and very helpful. I could not believe I got an appointment the same day (in fact within an hour at no extra charge). I loved getting an email and text letting me know when the technician was arriving and a quick bio and photo of him.Allan was knowledgeable, did troubleshooting and did a great job of resolving my plumbing issues. He was efficient and clean and thorough.I was very impressed and would use Hoffman for future plumbing issues as well as would refer Hoffman Plumbing to friends and family.

I was scheduled for tomorrow but they called today and came and installed new faucet. The guys were great did incredible job in tight quarters. Communicated well. Hoffman Plumbing is the greatest. We needed a new water heater, a new soft water system, and a new reverse osmosis system. Joe Ortiz detailed what we needed and scheduled his crew to install the new systems. The crew arrived on time and were very pleasant. Jacob Zander was the chief and Giovanni was his assistant. They were both awesome but especially Jacob was super knowledgeable and experienced. They installed each system with ease and left the work area spotless. A slight error happened in the reverse osmosis system but Jacob came out immediately and repaired the system. We were very impressed with their skills, professionalism and personalities.This is the second time we have used Hoffman and we would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

I accidentally damaged my water heater and I needed help quickly because I have two very young children in my home. I had never used Hoffman Plumbing but explained my circumstances and they sent someone out early the next morning. Alan arrived on time and quickly determined that I needed to replace my water heater. He showed me the problem and explained what he would do and what the cost would be. He finished the job neatly and quickly. I could now bathe those babies. I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing.

I have worked with Hoffman several times including toilet installation, shower installation, sewer cleaning, and broken pipe repair. All had a very good experience.One highlight is that two days ago I had a broken pipe in the yard. I noticed it at 5:30 am and tried to close the main water valve but failed as it froze. We started calling emergency plumbing services and around 6 am the owner of Hoffman picked up the phone and send Alan the plumber our way. Around 6:30 am Alan and Gary were here and helped us close the main valve. They said they would come back again when the sun comes out and the water drained a bit to fix the issue. Around 1 pm they came back to help us cap the garden pipe we were able to use water again.They were very responsive and professional. A great pleasure to work this reliable company!

Hoffman Plumbing has been my “Go To” company for many services. It all starts with one phone call! The office staff is efficient, pleasant and on the ball for scheduling appointments, reminders and confirming arrivals. Knowing nothing about plumbing they also were specific in the recommendation of products needed for the job and even helped me put the item in my cart! These people are totally awesome. No, I am not a paid employee, a friend, or any relation to any one there. Long story short, I called them and I thought they were going to be weeks out. I got a text no longer than 15 minutes later with a plumber named Joe. I sent him the pictures, he gave me a quote on labor and parts and he said I can be there Saturday which was in two days! What!? That was awesome! He showed up, I showed him the job and he was all business and was in and out and the six hour labor went to three. I would 100% recommend these people for your next plumbing job. Give them a call, why do you keep reading my review, lol. Thanks Hoffman-you guys were definitely a blessing.

Our hot water heater suddenly stopped working and we called Hoffman Plumbing. We agreed on a time and they were very prompt.They came to our place the next morning at a little after 8:00 AM (we live at the lake) and spent the next three hours getting our new water heater in place. It turned out to be a difficult job just because of the size of the water heater, but they never complained and just kept at it until they had accomplished the job.Justin and Justice were the plumbers who did the work for us and we could not be happier with their work. They were quick to help, prompt in keeping the appointment, and quite competent in working out a number of problems to a very successful completion.I would recommend them for any plumbing issue.

I have needed to use Hoffman plumbing a few times. I have a 70+ years old house and many things were out code when i bought it. Hoffman plumbing helped fixed my clogged pipes and made re-route fixes in the pipes to hopefully reduce future clogs and make it up to code. They also helped me fix a massive leak under the house foundation and removed hundreds of pounds of old rusty, leaky, cast iron pipes. They are not cheap, but very responsive and knowledgeable and got the jobs done.

I’m a returning customer. The company provides clear pricing per hour and accurate time estimates. The scheduler was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And most of all, Shawn the plumber even made several calls to find me the shower kit for a valve that’s discontinued, and saved me money, time and prevented a major remodel that included holes in walls. I had a water heater that needed immediate replacement. They responded quickly and professionally and then an outstanding job. So when I had a leak in one of the pipes I called them up and they took care of it quickly. I have confidence that the work will last. Thats why I use Hoffman I dont want to be calling a plumber back anytime soon for work thats already been done. They do great work.

We had a front yard hose leak and the weekend was upon us. Hoffman was chosen on a recommendation. Despite it being Monday morning, and despite having a list of customers to attend to, two of their guys came from Dayton in between the work they were doing there. They were friendly, efficient and they did the job. We are so grateful. We hope we won’t have an emergency in the future, but we will call Hoffman for such an event and any other plumbing need. After years of clogged and slow draining sink, they fixed it. Plumbers would come and unclog the drain @ $150 a pop but they never fixed it or even looked under the house. Hoffman Plumbing did!
