    When interviewing plumbing contractors about installing an underground gas line for an outdoor fire pit I was getting the wrong answer when I asked about permitting. When I talked to Jesse at Bighorn he said Bighorn would handle the permitting process which they did. Jesse trenched the site and installed a 1.25 gas line. Some time went by while a concrete patio was poured. When it was time to make the gas connections at the fire pit Jaret completed this during snow flurries. Our family will enjoy this fire pit for years to come and if I ever sell, the fire pit will be an asset not a liability.

    Dustin arrived on time and was extremely efficient while at my house.     Very professional service from the first phone call to the finished job. Had two back to back plumbing issues, one being an emergency gushing leak.     Good Tech, good service and OK price(which I negotiated). Fancy vans and 4 grand paint jobs just tell me you are working for the bank on a slow month. The serviceman is the front line of service work and is what people see and interact with. That is what your business is judged by. Lucky for you he was a good one and personable and knew what he was doing.

    After finding out a Plumbing company I had used for years closed up, I looked on line and found Bighorn Plumbing, great, well presented add. After calling 4 companys and being told 1 to 2 months out, fora plugged drain, called Bighorn, 2 hours and a Tech text me he was on the way, the best young man got there, fixed my issues and some I didnt even no I had....I if you need a plumbing company in Carson City, Carson Valley area u would be wise to use them...👍🤠 5 star for me.
