    Erick R. and Griffith G. did a tremendously amazing job in putting in a new toilet for us and redoing all our piping in record time. I appreciate their attitude and patience in answering all our questions along the way.     I had a great experience with Juan at Power Pro Plumbing. Prior to replacing our kitchen faucet, Juan thoroughly inspected the plumbing in our kitchen and bathrooms and identified a few things that needed our attention, including our garbage disposal -- which had been leaking for months unbeknownst to us. Juan also explained why our old kitchen faucet had likely been damaged, which was really helpful knowledge for the future. I appreciated his thoroughness and expertise.

    Jose Gutierrez gives me the impression that he is very experienced. He installed my garbage disposal quickly, with no problems and it works beautifully.     Niko was super helpful. He fixed the AC, which would only blow air at room temperature which is not what you need during our hot summers. He found some rodent droppings. But, luckily, the cables were not chewed through. He unhooked and reconnected the cables and tightened the connections. It works now. Great! Then he absolutely went beyond his duty. I asked if I could use his ladder to climb up on the roof to rinse off my solar panels. Instead of allowing me to do it, he climbed up and did it for me. Thanks Niko!!!

    Rickey Bates from Power Pro came out to advise on some plumbing that I needed replaced along with replacing my water heater. He broke down everything so it was easy to understand and explained everything that needed to be done item by item. I had several people come and work at my house. Roman and Saul expertly installed a new tankless water heater and removed my 20 year old tanked heater. Nacho and Carmelo ran pipe and connected a new 2 way cleanout. Richard and Antonio replaced all the drains for my bathroom and kitchen sinks.Angel, Lupe, and Richard did a fantastic job patching my driveway with new concrete after digging a trench for a new sewer line. Definitely a great experience with all the workers and will absolutely recommend calling if you have any plumbing needs.

    Tony called and was able to arrive early. He was able to install the kitchen faucet quickly and without any problems. I had prepaid through Home Depot $199.00 for the install. He gave me an estimate of $385.00 to install the new dishwasher air gap and soap dispenser, which I had not purchased from Home Depot. I thought this was an extremely high price and decided to try to do it myself. It doesnt look that difficult.

He scheduled an appt for me for the following day and let them know exactly what we needed. Miguel showed up the next morning. Miguel was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as being sooo friendly! He did excellent work and also went above and beyond when it came to service. They followed up immediately after the phone appointment with the name and number of the person who would come to my home. Eddie, not only arrived on time, he was respectful, and it seemed sencerly trying to do his best estimate of the problem. He never gave me the impression of trying to sell me anything extra.     Very well designed service overall.     I called for an appointment and was given a 90 minute window for a response. The response came in under a half hour. I was told that I would be given a 30 minute notice of their arrival. At this same time I was sent a picture of Sean so that I would know who was arriving. He arrived well within the time allotted. He assessed the situation and gave me a prognosis and a couple of different ways to resolve the problem. I picked one and he began arranging for the repairs. He called in a couple of people to help with the project and gave me a possible window for completion, which seen reasonable. They began the work and seemed to have all the needed parts on one or the other of two trucks present. Finished the work withing the window that was given. All the repairs seemed to go smoothly. They cleaned up the area where they worked so that it was impossible to see that theyd been there. All in all I was extremely pleased with the work done. Even got a senior citizen discount and a one year warranty on the work. Very nice! Sean and crew very knowledgeable and pleasant with which to have a transaction .

    One of the best things about Power Pro is their estimates are free. You don’t have to pay anything if your not happy with the quote they give you for services. Plus they gave me a one year guarantee on the work performed including parts. Michael Manikas the plumber they sent was fabulous! If he is an indication of the people employed by Power Pro I’m definitely calling again. He was extremely efficient. Ive been getting very high water bills and no one was able to solve my problem. Michael did a complete review and found the leak in the back of a toilet not a running toilet which is all anyone else ever looked at! He replaced the bad part in my toilet and he showed me everything he did and explained what caused the problem. He also did an inspection of all the plumbing in my entire house, free of charge. He also looked at the water pressure going into my house and recommended I get a new pressure valve Because my old one is not working. He sent me a proposal. I purchased a Power Pro membership gives me a discount on all Power Pro services. It’s not inexpensive I think it’s fairly priced and since the people who work for Power Pro are really professional I think it was worth it! Plus the membership has benefits including guaranteed discounts on future services of $350 per year ( which more than covers the membership fee), water pipe inspection, annual air conditioning and heating inspection and tune up, annual sewer and drain inspection.I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Power Pro Heating & Plumbing.

    We were very happy with the work that Power Pro Plumbing did at our home. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out to inspect our sewer line. He gave us several options and showed us how we could save some money. The team that he sent out was also very professional and hard working. They left the work area clean at the end of each day. There was a team of 6 guys (Edgar , Brandon, Tavo, Marcos, Martin, and one other we didnt get his name) that came out over the four day period. We were glad they were able to work around my schedule.     I had a plumbing emergency this morning and I called this amazing company! They came out within the hour, did an estimate, and was able to order a pump. At first they said it may take a few days for them to get the pump to be replaced for the sewage, but they did amazing work and got the pump within a couple hours. They flushed out the lines, replaced the pump, and left everything in perfect order, they even replaced the stones on the pathway. Manny and Frank were amazing technicians, communicated directly, and Rachel at the office was super helpful. I would recommend this company whenever you have any plumbing, electrical, AC etc. needs!     I had to replace the garbage disposal at the condo in L.A. I knew the prior owners did some very shoddy work. The disposal stop working a lot of the time and smoke would appear. The sink would always leak. Finally, I caved-in and purchased a new garbage disposal from Home Depot the other day. Juan did a great job removing the old disposal and installing the new one today. He informed me of some issues with the tubing/piping under the sink which I already knew from past issues. I informed him that the last person to install or repair the sink prior to me did some very subpar work. Juan was very cool and fixed the issue. Luis and Mario were our technicians. They were absolutely amazing. They inspected all the piping around the house and showed us the pictures. They provide excellent customer service that is efficient and considerate. They keep you updated every step of the process.My Plumber, Erik, so far exceeded any expectations. He really, really knows what he is doing and is innovative with solutions. My bathroom facet installation had been badly botched by a handy man who left literally, everything, from the facet and sink to the workings under the sink, broken. Erik fixed it all in a short amount of time and had to engineer some solutions on the spot. Which he did with no worries or stress. He really understood the trauma a bad handyman can leave behind and was so helpful to me in the situation. Call them. You will be glad you did.

    Alex was prompt and professional. He troubleshot the problem for my new mini split installation. He gave me a derailed quote and is returning tomorrow to do the work. I’m very pleased with him.He returned today right on time again. He spent several hours purging the system and checking everything before adding the freon. A/C works perfectly.     This is the second time I have used your service. After the first time a few years back, I saved your business card, due to the great service and price. This time was the same. I accidently drilled a hole through a pipe which was running through an existing stud, which was located behind a sink. Efrain came on time, was professional and friendly. Fixed the job completely and assisted in strapping my water heater per code. Please thank Efrain. He was very informative and knew what he was doing.

    I had called last Thursday to get an estimate on having my air conditioning unit replaced. I had other estimates, but this company came in at the best price, military discount.They arrived on time and got the unit installed without too much trouble. I had requested a new thermostat compatible with Alexa. /The technician had a little trouble getting it hooked up right because he said he usually does the nest system. I guess Alexa is like Beta VHS. loHe got it going after an hour or so and spent the time showing me how to use it. Very nice guy. I used a credit card to pay at then end and my card was declined because it was such a large purchase. I recommend if doing something in the $7,000 range, call your card issuer before hand. I had to make the guy sit around for an extra half hour to get the purchase approved.I highly recommend this company and I found all the employees I met were clean, professional and efficient.

As a property manager I need a plumber who understands time is money and who can explain the issue while doing the work. Providing any service to help prevent future issues.     My husband heard this company advertised on the radio and I am beyond glad he remembered them! We had a minor flood in our home the day before memorial day, after we cleaned up the water mess we called this company and they had someone out within an hour. And yes they only charged $99 for service on memorial day! I will technician was Effrain and he was absolutely amazing. Arrived on time and ready to get to work. He got our drain unclogged within a matter of minutes and never made a mess while doing it as well. Highly recommend!!

    They are excellent excellent excellent! I’m in Palos verdes and most tend to charge people from the hill an arm and leg. Robert showed up on CHRISRMAS EVE!!!!!! He was wonderful and courteous, clean and efficient and did want was exactly needed for a very very decent price. They were super busy and ran a bit late but it was Christmas Eve and for him to still show up, I couldn’t be more grateful. Excellent, efficient and they did call when they were running late.     Robert was very professional and took the time to explain thing to my mom, he was patient and explained everything in detail. We also had another company come out, and the service technician didnt know anything about permits or if it was included. He needed to call his office. The difference in service, knowledge and professionalism was beyond what I expected. The other companys representative seemed like he was new and wasnt confident in my opinion. His company was also more expensive with about half the value of Power Pro plumbing and heating. Thank you Robert and Power Pro for everything.

    Sal was very helpful and professional. My kitchen sink was clogged and he cleared the problem. He also, found a leak coming from the faucet. He went over and beyond trying to fix my faucet and he didn’t have too. So happy with the service. They dispatched the technician and I got a text with a picture and name of the technician that was coming to my place for a diagnosis.     Johnny Madera went above and beyond my expectations for getting all of the drains cleared in our house. He even came back to fix a stubborn bathtub drain and called in Alvin Ramos to help diagnose possible long-term options to upgrade the sewer lines in our 60 yr old house. Mr. Ramos was very meticulous at diagnosing our sewer system. He provided some good options in tackling the upgrades in stages and was good at explaining how the work would be performed. Joe Ochoa came by a few days later to remove and replacea bathtub spout that I was having trouble with and did it at no charge! Mr. Ochoa even did a quick plumbing inspection of my house to let me know if I have any potential issues. Overall, I am very pleased with Power Pro Plumbing and their commitment to friendly, courteous, and professional service.
