He was well prepared for the removal and installation of my new water heater.He was very professional and friendly and explained very clearly what needed to be brought up to code since my last installation in 2005.He did a wonderful job on the installation, making sure everything was neat and clean and explaining everything I needed to know before his departure.A big thank you to Home Depot for using such a great sub-contractor, Fast Water Heater, and especially to Mo for providing a level of service that DEFINITELY exceeded my expectations!

OK, I am about to turn 60 years old. My AC and my TV and my water heater went out this month. They say things happen in 3. The technician came out to replace my water heater and set the tone to what is going to happen. He saw my old hook up and gave me that look. He broke it down to me being very transparent as I started question what needed to be done. At the of the day, the technician was thinking about my safety and my home. He explained that my installation has to pass code and inspection and these updates needed to be done. He was professional and followed through providing great customer service. This is the first I heard about this company and they made an impression. Thank you again for not cutting corners and ensuring families safety.

Highly recommended! Went to Home Depot on a Sunday for water tank installation, got an appointment by 730 and the job was finished by noon. They are very fast and reliable. They also provided all the information about the job as well as the city code requirement. We are very happy of the efficiency of this company and the urgency they shown to finish the job. 👏👏👏

Super friendly staff. Very clear and consistent communication. Austin our person who came out to do the inspection and install was great. Gave us multiple options and the honest pros and cons of each. Also took the time to explain in detail why certain things had to be swapped out and changed. Got quotes and estimates from other places but Fast Water Heater gave us what felt like personalized service and the most thorough breakdown of products and options. Would highly recommend! Price was great for the quality of service received.

I didn’t expect to have my water heater break. I’m a 70-year old female, not to up-to-date on water heater education 101. So I called Home Depot, got a price quote and a brief rundown of what it would cost me to buy a new water heater.To my surprise I was told a new water heater that I agree to purchase would included installation and a more in-depth lists of steps needed for a next day installation. I accepted the next day installation not knowing what to expect.By 11:00am, Mr. Giovanni Sanchez arrived. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was detailed in every thing that was included in the process of installing the new water heater. He made a in-depth assessment of every detail he would need to perform. Although the cost of what I needed for my home was more than I had anticipated, but I realized how necessary it was to be made aware and brought up to speed about what the permit entailed given all city requirements and regulations in order for a new heater to be installed.I’m so grateful and super satisfied with the pristine work Mr. Sanchez did. I would definitely recommend him. He’s grand. I have no more worries, a few too dollars shorter, but worth what it cost. Thank you Home Depot for Mr. Sanchez.

To be honest, I wasn’t really happy with the initial sales interaction on the phone or the fact that you were charging significantly more for the water heater itself than I paid at Home Depot myself. I think that was a mistake. But when Mike showed up and started talking to us, we felt a lot better. He explained things very clearly and he exhibited great professionalism and expertise. He was a joy to work with and I’m confident he did a great job with the installation.

Mike S. was here promptly after his phone call saying he was on his way. He was able to restart my water heater even though a technician from another company had been here and only offered me an estimate for a replacement. It was nice to see someone offering a solution not aimed at draining my bank account. Upon examination of my water pressure regulator, he found that it was registering140 PSI and had reached the end of its lifespan, which is alarming when I consider that the competitions technician didnt mention it when he looked. By the time Mike S. replaced that, I had hot water! Im glad I can enjoy extended life on my water heater and keep it out of the landfill for a while longer. Thank you, Mike

Honestly this company wasn’t my first pick for water heater installation based on the conversation I had with their customer service agent over the phone. They weren’t personable at all. After Mike came down to give me an estimate, I was completely sold. He was knowledgeable, professional, took the time out to answer my questions and was willing to explain the work that he was going to do from beginning to end. Although the price was higher than I anticipated due to the type of water heater, it was more reasonable than other estimates I received from their counterparts including one I received from Nexgen.He was on time the day of installation and the work was completed promptly, flawlessly and brought up to code.I did notice that the water was a little luke warm after installation and Mike responded within the business day. He swung by the next day, diagnosed the issue (which was an air bubble trapped in the pipe) and we’ve been good ever since.Mike is definitely an asset to the company and I couldn’t have asked for a better installation experience.

I called Sunday for an installation estimate, got a call back in a few hours. Laura answered all my questions. I called early Monday to get an installer here. He arrived within an hour and spent about 5 hours installing our new water heater, lines, vents, etc. Alejandro was competent, professional, and efficient. He never stopped working, not even for lunch. Would highly recommend this company!

Overall, I was satisfied with the service. The customer service staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the installation technician was efficient. The only issue I ran into was that the technician had to return a second day to finish one last remaining item. I scheduled the follow-up appointment for a 9am-2pm window. On the day of the appointment, I waited for the technician until 1:30 and finally called dispatch. They finally informed me that the technician got injured and couldn’t make the appointment. I’m not sure when someone - or anyone at all - was going to call me about the change in plans. I ended up wasting 1/2 a day waiting for a technician who wasn’t going to arrive.

Mike with Fast Water Heater Co worked quickly and efficiently replacing my tankless water heater (next day).He honestly evaluated my old heater and was then able to quote me 2 replacement units that were considerably lower in price than other quotes. There was no pressure to sell, he clearly explained the operation of the units. I was emailed almost immediately with the quotes and other information like pulling permits from the city, all handled by FWH Co.I was very impressed with their response to a programming problem with the new unit. The emergency call staff were able to clearly understand the problem, were patient and polite and scheduled an engineer (Austin, who was able to work out the problem in a very short time) for the next day (Labor Day weekend). FWH Co sent an email with the engineers photo and phone number prior to their appointment and they also call with a very close estimate of their arrival time!An excellent professional company with great employees, I would recommend in a second!

He went through the findings and gave me a reasonable estimate. Our Rheem water heater started to leak after 17 trouble free years. Replacing it with the same brand seems a safe bet. Home Depot has the brand and offers same day installation so I immediately sent in my request. A quick phone call got me a price estimate which I thought was honest. I decided on a 12 year warranty Rheem. Greg came an hour after my call and brought the heater with him. Upon checking my water heater, he suggested replacing the expansion tank and shutoff valve which added a few hundred more. That bumped up my cost to around 3k. Greg did an excellent job installing the new water heater in two hours. Overall I like their highly efficient service.

Dustin was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my hot water heater. He evaluated the problem and gave me an accurate estimate of how much the repair would cost. He also told me he wouldnt charge me if he couldnt repair my water heater. He was super courteous and helpful. The best news is he fixed my water heater for exactly what he quoted!! I was very happy with his service.

Hooray, I have hot water again! Great company and excellent service. Noticed my water heater was leaking profusely on Thursday. I shut it off and called Fast Water Heater Company (after reading the great reviews) for a quote. They said they would send someone out on Friday am. Friday am, would not work for me and I asked if I could have an appt. later on in the day. They adjusted their schedule and set me up. Erick G. called me on the way to let me know he was coming. He gave me a very fair detailed quote telling me exactly what he was going to replace, and included permit fees. Approved, started work and finished up in less than 2 hours! Hauled the crumbling one away and now we have hot water again. I have no doubt that the work will city inspection. Legit and fast. Thanks!
