    My kitchen sink was backed up they came out promptly and we discovered the pipes needed to be replaced. They came back the next day and immediately started working and had them replaced and the sink draining great in a very short time. They were extremely nice and very neat. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know that needs plumbing work. Made the whole process go smoothly and very reasonably priced. Thanks for a great job!!!

    I have lived in Sumner County for 37 years and Sumner County Plumbing is the best Plumbing company. They are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, fair, polite, and punctual! They have done 4 different jobs, 2 at my house and 2 at my business. While I hope it isnt soon, I know who Ill call for all my plumbing needs!Just had great service call.

    I am here to report a fantastic job of diagnosing and replacing my aged water heater. The gentlemen got the new heater installed, and they were very careful in every respect. They wear booties to protect my floor. Text updates in advance of the arrival, and exceptional attention to the satisfaction of the customer throughout the process. Not only were they professional, but it was clear that they have a collaborative culture with a strong sense of the value of apprenticeship in making a great plumber. They were each focused on insuring the quality of the work. I recommend them very highly.

    I called Sumner County Plumbing and within a few hours their tech Daniel came out to assess the situation, and completed the job within the same day. He was polite and professional. We were so grateful as we had to have the water turned off to the whole house. Will definitely call them again when we need work done!

    Brad and Nathan came out to fix my sewage quickly, explained costs and had financing which gave me options as to how I wanted to pay. They were professional, quick and kind the entire time. Part of my driveway had to be cut up but it was not an outrageously expensive addition in cost, which I was grateful for. They also moved my washer hookups while they were here as a kindness. Will certainly refer out and use in the future.

    Nathan showed up the next day after my call , fixed my toilet that day and delivered and installed a new water heater the nex day. Did a great job and he owns the business.     Wish I could give more stars. If youre having a plumbing issue, this is the first call to make. Nathan was fast and knowledgeable. I had calls in to other companies and he got to me before I could even get a call back from other plumbers. Thorough and friendly. Could not be happier and would absolutely call again. He unclogged the main because we had water backed up into the house and also installed a fluid master in my bathroom. I was worried about cost but he was very reasonably priced and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you.
