    I would like to share the beginning experience Ive had with them so far. When I called I requested a service and the phone got disconnected. I immediately received a call from the owner concerned about the message I had put in and we were able to straighten them out as it looked to be bad customer service but that wasnt the case! Both ladies Ive dealt with are professional and caring and I appreciate the concern from the message. They are coming to check out the un urgent issue on Monday. They are fast friendly and professional and care about their business! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Especially if you want to be treated like family! Thanks for staying on top of things and handling issues that may arise!

    We have called Michael Shaver Jr Plumbing several times over the years, and every time we’ve needed him he has personally responded - always in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable in his field and can quickly identify a problem and help you understand what’s going on. He also has assisted us in finding someone to replace our flooring when he found a small leak in the bathroom pipe that caused molding underneath the tile flooring - always going above and beyond. I cannot say enough great things about him and his team - definitely recommend!

    Called this company for an emergency situation, not only on a Sunday, but of all days Mothers Day. They picked up the phone immediately , listened to my issues and were on site to do the repair in less than an hour. They were very knowledgeable and kind and offered exceptional service and insight.     We contacted Michael Jr Plumbing to set up an appointment to replace a sink and facet in our kitchen. Michael arrived ON TIME and started work immediately.     We had two issues. Not only did we have a clogged toilet that we couldnt get unclogged ourselves. With the recent artic cold snap we had a pipe freeze and burst. Talking to Jennifer and explaining that I am on a fixed income she talked to Michael and they really are doing a good job working with me on the payment. They came out in the dark and fixed us up. We are now clog free and no longer have a burst pipe. We are so grateful for Michael Jr. Plumbing and if ever needed in the future they will be our first call.

    Michael and David came to fix our leaking outside faucet. They replaced it, and fixed some bad connections under the sink, installed a Pressure regulator valve, and a new shut off valve. Our old shut off didnt work. They were prompt, professional and speedy. We will definitely use them again.

    Lifesaver! Came out 9 o’clock at night because my toilet didn’t flush and house smelled of sewer gas. He worked fast and went above and beyond to get my toilet back in use.     My line busted behind my washing machine this morning about 11:45am. I called several plumbers almost all of them was busy. I ended up calling Michael Shaver Jr. through a referral. About 2pm. His referral told me it would be tomorrow morning before he could fix my line for me. Since it was the holidays and it was 19 degrees last night. I didnt think I had much of a choice. Then around 4:45 I received a call sayin that he knew someone who was a licensed plumber that could be here in 45 min. I said great! yea, send him on. Then right at 30 mins later thats when Michael Jrpulled up. I showed him where the leak was. He pulled out the washing machine and showed me the problem. He walked me through what he had to do to fix it told me what it would cost. He said he could take a credit card but I opted to use cash. By the time I came back to pay him he was already done. I coudnt believe how good it looked and the time he done it in a whole 20 min! So by 6:30 I had my water back on. No leaks. Awesome guy. He gave me his card and I saved his number in my phone. He owns his own business. Really smart guy. And I would refer him to anyone. He will always will have my business. Thanks Mike

The pressure switch that got replaced still didn’t seem to be working the water pressure right, so they came out again for no charge to replace it again. I highly recommend him!
