    Chris came out on NYE to give me an estimate for a water pipe leak. Originally said he would be out 3 days later (this all fell over the new years holiday, so understandable). He ended up coming earlier and was able to get it fixed quickly. Price was reasonable. Would definitely call Chris again for future plumbing needs.

    Chris gave up his Saturday to help my mother unclog her backed up pipes. It was a nightmare of a job I assure you and he was nothing but terrific and kept me in the loop all day long. Stayed late, well after dark to get it done, didnt give up on us. Priced very reasonably and will use again and again in the future! Thank you again, Chris!

    Southern Brothers came out to put a conversion kit from natural gas to propane on my new range. And they also installed an expansion tank onto our water heater for us. The communication was perfect. Pricing was very fair. They showed up when they said they would and we’re extremely polite and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future for our plumbing needs. I had used another well known local plumbing company, ‘Butt Plumbing’ prior to this who did a poor job and took advantage of us and so glad I found southern brothers. Quality service!!

    I called the office number on Monday at 0630 thinking I was going to leave a message with a call center. To my surprise, Dylan answered the phone and I explained my situation. He told me he would call me back as soon as he got to the office to check the schedule and see when he could come out and address my issue. In the meantime he gave me some items to check and try to resolve my issue. Around 0800, he called back saying he could come out in the afternoon after taking care of another client and shuffling some other jobs around because of the weather. Dylan came out a little after lunch and Chris showed up right behind him. They looked at my problem, gave me a solution and told me parts would need to be ordered and they could come back Wednesday afternoon to correct the issue. I would not hesitate in recommending Southern Brothers for any of your plumbing needs. Constant communication throughout the whole process from start to finish. Professional, on time and true to their word. So hard to find folks in the trades with these qualities. Thank you Chris and Dylan for coming to my rescue, putting my mind at ease and doing a fantastic job that other folks should have done the first time around this time last year.

    Chris and Michael were great! They did a complete re-pipe of our entire home and all the way out to the water main. For the extensive work we needed done they were reasonably priced and do good quality work. Very responsive and Communication was great too.     Chris was great! He helped us with a minor kitchen sink drainage issue and didnt even charge us. Next day our water heater started leaking. He came out that day even after 6:00 pm to replace the unit in a timely manner. Highly recommend these guys.

    Just had Vincent and Michael here to install a new Motionsense hands free kitchen faucet. I had a new faucet in no time at all! Not only did they arrive at given time , they both were professional, friendly, courteous and efficient.     Southern Brothers fixed a toilet I had that was leaking at the base. Took the time to explain the repair and was responsive when short notice rescheduling needed. When the leak returned a day later, the work was covered under their warranty and they came back out as soon as they could to repair. Will use their service again. Thanks Vincent for the great work!

    Contacted Southern Brothers about a pipe leak on my washer box. Responded immediately to me and had a time set up for the next day. Replaced my box in less than an hour and added an access panel so there wouldn’t be a mess for me to clean up after.     Sump pump went out. Chris helped diagnose it quickly over the phone at around midnight and then promptly came and made the repair.No other plumbing company I tried answers the phone with an actual plumber. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and then a firm price once he was able to look at the old pump. Everything stayed within the estimate. Despite the bad weather (coldest day since 1996 at -1F) Chris was out and taking care of customers when many other places I called had sent their plumbers home.There is a real difference when you can deal directly with a plumber who owns the business. Fair pricing and quality, prompt service. Five Stars!!! Will use Chris again.

    Amazing response time! Within 30 minutes of calling to explain our issue, Vicki returned my call with a next day service appointment. Service guy called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He immediately diagnosed the issue, gave us the quote and went to work! I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues we have in the future!
