    Tyler Cox and Neil took down my dining light and installed the new one. They were thorough, clean, and efficient. Very pleasant men. The cost was reasonable.     Today I met the Sparky, Roberto, Cantu.He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed two flood lights to be replaced, one in the front and one in the back.Previously, I wanted both of them to be in the back, but for some reason one of the floodlights in the back, it wasnt there anymore after the eleven years. So now it is a one in the front and one in the back replacement.In all with trees everywhere in rural Hawthorne, it worked out.Roberto, checked the equipment from the box for replacement. He checked my connections, and checked the electric switches, then did the replacement.Everything worked out wonderfully.I appreciate Robertos personality. Hes very people oriented. I felt very comfortable with him in his presence and because he knew what he was talking about! Yep, that part.Thanks Roberto

    I called this company for same day service and Tyler was able to come within an hour of that call. He was very knowledgeable on what happened with my service panel and also pointed out a factory issue that occurred on my new build. Not even an hour later he completed the job and was able to assist us on warranty options. I would highly recommend Tyler!

    Mike Pace came out on Christmas Eve. Receptionist the day before said it would be between 8 AM and 12 PM, I requested on the earlier side if possible and he was here by 8 AM. Promptly and effectively installed a box and connected our garbage disposal after a recent kitchen remodel — Plumber couldn’t do it because of difficult placement of things, Mike solved it instantly. He was friendly and pleasant, too.

    I had the pleasure of experiencing the professional workmanship of Mr. Tyler Cox and Mark his apprentice/protege. Tyler is a very patient and meticulous tradesperson who acknowledged the skills and abilities of his co-worker Mark. Both of these young men brought a wealth of on hands experience to the electrical deficiencies of my building. I cannot express enough the gratitude for the work they accomplished in such a short period of time. I would certainly utilize them again should there be a need to do so. Thank you for the service they provided, the task that they accomplished was not easy but the time spent on my project was well worth the wait.     Awesome technician. I think Mike must be a genius of some sort. He figures everything out in no time and gets the job done in no time too. We hired him to put an interlock for a generator and swap out all the breakers. They were very old and unsafe. He rewired the control panel and updated everything. Looks great. Competitive pricing. Well worth it. Mikes sense of humor is a lot of fun and it made the whole project a very pleasant experience. Quality workmanship, competitive pricing, on time and a pleasant person. Doesnt get much better than that.

    We had Mr Sparky come out to replace a microwave (and move the outlet that had just been plastered into the wall!) as well as install a surge protector and fix a couple other things. Tyler Cox was friendly, professional- he and his apprentice did a great job, were timely, and were upfront about options and pricing, and thorough about safety and bringing things up to code. This is the 2nd time we’ve hired Mr Sparky and I would do so again.

    I had Mike pace come out to add a 50 foot cord to my kiln, not only did he do it fast, but he went above and beyond by afterwards, helping me fix and turn on my kiln when it was being tricky. He was a friendly guy that I would call back if I ever needed any other electrical work.

    My experience with this company was great. Customer service of the office staff made me feel valued, and under extenuating circumstances, they got a tech out very quickly and after business hours. Tyler Cox was the technician on the job and was amazing! he was very skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. I felt like a valued customer and person. He took his time discussing the issue with me, and teaching me, and taking records. He had a heart for the customer and to do his job well and it showed!

    Hired for multiple electrical repairs and updates in an older home. Randall was very friendly and explained to me exactly what he was doing and why each addition was necessary for safety or code compliance. He worked diligently for over 12 hours total over two days to re-device the entire house to modern standards. I will definitely stick with this company for the remaining repairs.

    We had four ceiling fans with non functioning lights and were advised to purchase new light kits, but the recommended kits didn’t fit, so we purchased four new fans. On the third visit which was for installation, Randall and Dan showed up and installed the fans in short order. They let us know what they were doing, asked us our light preference and removed all of the packing materials. They were great.

    Randall and Tyler were excellent. Called Saturday and they were out here two days later that morning to fix all my breaker issues. Did a full inspection and recommended a few things to get me up to code as well. Super friendly people and highly recommended them. Already scheduling some other electrical upgrades and projects for the house.7/23/24Tyler and Dan came installed a ton of light fixtures, installed exterior plug, and troubleshooted a few breakers for me. They did a fantastic job and great people as well. 5/5 again for this company.

    Mr Sparky came to install our new bathroom Exhaust Fan/Heat Lamp/Nightlight, which came with a 3-way switch that controlled each of those functions independently, but initially the electrician connected the new fan to the old switch on the wall, so that it only operated the exhaust fan, heat lamps & night light all at once. But, when we asked to have the 3-function switch connected, Mr. Sparky was super cooperative, and has now installed the 3-function switch, at our convenience. We are very happy with Mr. Sparky!

    We returned from an 8 day vacation to find a tree down in our backyard ON TOP of a powerline. Not only was it the weekend, but also Fathers Day. We called a few electricians that weve used previously, referrals from friends, etc. NO ONE answered the phone or called back that day. Mind you, there were bad storms in our area and a lot of power out. I am sure they were on calls, unable to assist and just could not get to our call.After hours of waiting for returned calls, we turned to google and Mister Sparky popped up with great reviews! Called the number and got a LIVE HUMAN after a few rings. We were so relieved! They were very professional at the call center and scheduled an emergency visit to our home. We had to pay an emergency fee but thats to be expected, outside normal operating hours. We were were just thankful for someone willing to assist us, and it was an emergency.After scheduling, I received a text from our technician, Colt. He let me know that hed be helping us but that he was on another call and it would be a few hours. When he was 30 mins away he called to tell us he was on the way. Upon arrival he looked at the damage, reviewed cost and let us know the details. He had to go to the shop to get parts, was back in an hour or so, completed the work timely and was very professional. He waited for GRU to come back to turn the power back on in case there were any issues. After the job was complete he called to let us know that we could return home and had power!We were thrilled for the fast response, awesome service, running water and AC! I HIGHLY recommend Mister Sparky, and specifically Colt.

    Literally the Only company I trust. Randal was above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Even after working a long hard day Randall came to my house in the middle of nowhere at like 8pm and had everything needed on hand and fixed it all in less than an hr. Because of a shady business prior poor installation. He took the time to describe the products use and even warranty for everything.He knew my son had a hearing sensitivity and we had a dog and when he needed to test everything he gave us a heads up so we could step out so no one’s ears would hurt. Explained very well what the issues I had were and why. Fixed 2 outlets that werent receiving power and a double tapped breaker (2 wires in the same breaker location). Was completed in a timely manner. Cleaned up his mess and tools so that it looked like he was never here. Talked a little more before leaving and gave pointers for the future. Would definitely call again and also highly recommend to anyone needing prompt and professional service.

    Randall went above and beyond. He arrived late in the day, and even went back to the shop to get what he needed to complete the job. While we discovered things I did not expect, it was worth it to take care of those as well from a safety perspective. He stayed until quite late to finish the job. Now I just wish the front office staff who answer the phones and help schedule technicians could have made this as smooth as Randall did.

    Called Mr. Sparky for a faulty outdoor outlet (and surge protector) after my calls to two other electricians were not returned. Corey called five minutes before scheduled arrival time ( a nice policy to alert owner) and arrived on time. He was very thorough and checked all outdoor outlets as well as interior ones (finding an interior one not working too. His colleague Randall assisted . Both were pleasant and efficient. I added the surge protector (full home and heat pump) which I had intended to research at some point. The life time warranty and transferability on their brand made the somewhat higher price ) worth the 2-5 yr warranties of other brand. I learned the quirky name Mr. Sparky, is the Irish term for an electrician, which is the country of origin of this company.

    Thanks for getting the job done ! Very professional, wonderful attitude , and very pleasant. Any questions we had he answered them without us feeling like it was a bother . You can tell he really loves his work ! If I have another problem I will surely call again ! Thank you for helping ! He did the whole box for us removed the old one and put in a new one . It was a mess when he got here now with the new box it looks amazing ! All the rooms and everything are marked . Appreciate the hard work that was done here at my home !

    I have used Mister Sparky a few times and Roberto has been the one that has assisted us each time. He has provided us with amazing service, great advice, and positive attitude. My 3 year old enjoyed him being there also!
