I hired Tart Construction to reconstruct decks, to put a new tracking system on my screen porch, and to replace wooden rails with vinyl rails. Brandon Tart is knowledgeable, professional, and pays attention to detail. He arrives when he says and makes sure your project is being completed according to schedule. It was a pleasure working with Tart Construction and I highly recommend his services. I will use him again.

Brandon replaced my Hot Water tank.1. Any question I asked via email was promptly answered.2. Showed up even a few minutes early3. After a little troubleshooting (so I wouldn’t replace a heater that didn’t need replaced) confirmed the repair.4. What was suppose to be an in and out job got a little more involved. Brandon was pleasant and patient.5. Replacement done. No mess left behind. Paid the very reasonable labor fee. All is working fantastic.I would definitely recommend using TCS. Purchased a new house and needed someone to make repairs on a punch list following close of escrow. Brandon Tart performed all tasks quickly and professionally. We were extremely pleased with his work. He was friendly, thorough and affordable. We decided to install a plywood floor in an unfinished attic and he again did a great job. We were impressed with his dedication to the task and his construction abilities. We then asked him to put a new tile flooring in our screened porch and the result was equally pleasing as his other projects. There were no delays and no price add-ons. I do not hesitate recommending him to anyone looking for a truly skilled and pleasant contractor.
