    I need a new water heater due to the old one was leaking. Im looking plumber with Bradford White License since after research this is the BEST BRAND for water heater. I found Water Heater Warehouse with great reviews on yelp. I called for quote and the rep said need to speak with technician. Surprisingly Chris the owner called himself. That is totally a plus if the owner spend time to talk with customer and answering all questions.The appt set up for Sat, originally between 1-3 but got an email a day before it changed to 2-4. Danny and Hugo arrived on time exactly @2P, very knowledgeable and friendly technicians. I told them that I spoke with Chris will add the Corro Protect Anode Rod. They said this the first time to install it. I was nervous but finally they can figure it out and installed it great. Im so happy with the service and price! Its has been 5 days and hope not having problem in the future. TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT 100% !! THANK YOU CHRIS, DANNY AND HUGO !

    I just finished having my water heater installed by Water Heater Warehouse and I am experiencing a feeling that I have never really experienced before after hiring a service company. Complete satisfaction! From my first phone call where Maria started the process off with concise, straight to the point conversation that set expectations from product to price to scheduling! She is a master communicator and keeps you in the know at every turn. No hype, no nonsense, no bait and switch, no broken commitments, no gouging, no pressure. Water Heater Warehouse exceeds expectations. The installers were fantastic. They arrived on time, they were very friendly and approachable. They worked efficiently and left the scene cleaner than when they arrived! I had a total of 3 bids for this job. Water Heater Warehouse was an average $1000.00 savings. And my bids were from competitors with equal overhead etc. and, to be honest, the bid did not totally drive my decision to use Water Heater Warehouse, I knew before Maria gave me a bid that I could trust her and that I would get a better job with them than the other 2.     The installation was vet professional and well done. The team communicated exactly what needed to be done. I was given an arrival time of 8-10 and they did not arrive until 10:40. I had to call the main office to find out their arrival time - apparently they have no way for the team to text their arrival time, that should be addressed by the company to avoid customer irritation.

    Holy Smokes....there is a reason this company has the FIVE STAR rating it does...virtually PERFECT experience with my water heater replacement. Lowest price quoted by far for a high-quality 40 gallon gas water heater. Responsive office staff with a written quote within minutes, technicians arrived on time as scheduled and did an outstanding job. I wondered why they were replacing the earthquake straps, gas line, pan and other parts and they said to bring the system up to current code.     Very impressed by this company. Installed my Bradford White Water Heater in less than one hour and did quality work.     When I called Water Heater Warehouse, Sabrina answered my call and listened to my concerns I was having regarding a tankless water heater installation by a general plumber. After listening to my description of what happened she was able to diagnose by the symptoms and error codes that it was reinstalled incorrectly but asked for photos to work with her team to verify. Rather than simply trying to send someone out and get a paid job she recognized an opportunity to make an investment with a potential future client by suggesting I reach out to the plumber and have him correct his error.After I explained that my original plumber asked me to seek out someone who specialized in Rheem tankless water heater installations and would reimburse me she gladly set up an appointment with one of her service technicians.Eddie was able to fit me in on his way to another job as he completed his previous job ahead of schedule. Upon arriving, Eddie received my explanation of what had been happening and quickly diagnosed the issues. He was able to remedy the 3 issues with the installation very quickly and had me test the unit thoroughly by opening numerous hot water faucets in the house to see if everything worked properly.I want to thank both Sabrina and Eddie for their professionalism and honesty while gaining a new client for any future needs. Their honesty was refreshing in a day when so many are just out for a quick buck.

    Today Water Heater Warehouse installed a new Bradford 40 gallon WH in my home. Sergio and Charly turned up on time, removed the old WH, then gave me 20 minutes to clean the floor and install a new piece of baseboard. Then, under an hour later the new WH was installed and working. The price was much better than four other companies I contacted for the same WH. I’m very pleased with WHW and my new Bradford WH.

    Truly a lifesaver. We just bought a new house and the original water heater flooded our garage and stopped working. We have a baby at home and my parents a were visiting so having hot water for baths and laundry, etc is incredibly important. We needed a new water heater ASAP. It was Memorial Day weekend and every place I called wasn’t going to be able to come out to replace our water heater until the following Tuesday.     Firstly, their pricing was very reasonable. Their bid of the tankless water heater INCLUDING install by a certified and licensed plumber was lower than some of the other plumbing companies INSTALLATION ONLY bids! When I was ready to schedule them, they were able to come the next day. Our Installation team of TIto and Danny were great. They were professional and very detailed in their work. Tito took the time to show me how he was planning to run the plumbing/venting and showing me the possible cosmetic result of the plan. He patiently explained all my inquiries during their install. Lastly we tested and vented all the affected faucets to make sure there were no issues. Im very happy with the whole process and their fair pricing.     R & R two tankless water heaters that were 15 years old and install one large tank with the capacity to handle our needs. Installation time for three installers was 8 hours. The cost was competitive, but the quality of the service exceeded my expectations.Their two technicians completed the annual service this week and fine-tuned the operation of the unit. Exceptional attention to small detail. Here about one-hour. The service charge was $250.00. They also took pictures of the unit from all angles which were sent to my phone.     Im satisfied with the installation of the new watet heater and the upgrade to meet the new code. The only negative I have is that the installation started an hour after the quoted time window but it was at a time later in the day so I knew that there was potential for a slip. A quick call to the main office resulted in an adjustment to the plan and they were able to get a technician to prepare for the installation so that when the main team came they could get started right away.

We also discussed about safety concerns so that I would make the best informed decision. And then knowing my situation they were able to fit me in the next day. THE water Heater Warehouse honored what the original installer told me, even if he mis-spoke and went ahead and changed the filter at not cost. They didnt have to do that, but they did and that says a lot for their honor and commitments.Thank youI previously gave this business 5 stars after purchasing and having them install a Noritz tankless water heater. They told me to have it maintained annually. I asked them what it curtailed and they said a water flush and change of filter. I asked them what the cost was and they said (at the time) around $200. I dated my filter to remind me when to get this maintenance. I I called about the maintenance a year later and was told it would cost $250. That seemed reasonable considering the filters are usually expensive. As the technicians were doing the maintenance, I noticed the fume exhaust had a gap which was allowing the dangerous gases to escape directly into the garage. I reminded the tech that their company installed the unit and this needed to be repaired. The tech could not put the Noritz exhaust pipe directly into the original water heater pipe, so he just taped it against the pipe. I hope this does the job. After an hour of flushing the unit, they left. As I inspected the job they did with the exhaust, I noticed that they never changed the filter. I called to complain and got an email back from Steve Charco, indicating that the job does not include the filter and if I wanted it replaced it would be an additional $199. That was not what I was told when I purchased the unit. Further, Steve said the filter only needs to be changed every other year, again something that I had not been told when I originally purchased the unit from them. Buyer beware that you are looking at $450 charge if you want the filter changed and unit flushed. I replied to Steves email that this is not what I was told when I purchased the unit. I am awaiting his response.

    Water heater went out on me. Sergio came and looked at it and got it going again, but he recommended we replace the gas control and burner assembly. Estimate I received was upwards of 600 bucks. When I called in to the office they determined the water heater was still under warranty. They typed up a document stating which parts I needed so I could file a warranty claim with Rheem. Parts cost me nothing. Only had to pay to have them installed. Manny, the guy that originally installed my water heater in January of 2019, gave me some sound advice for next time. Good looking out.     Our water heater broke on Friday afternoon last week, so we had no hot water. I started my internet research and reached out to 3 different companies for price quotes. All estimates were through the roof and they expected us to purchase the water heater. I then came across all of these great reviews for Water Heater Warehouse. I gave them a call and spoke to Marilee. She was very knowledgeable, polite and extremely patient with all of my questions. She gave me a reasonable estimate for the replacement of our 40-gallon heater, which INCLUDED the brand new water heater! They even haul away the old one and install all new flex lines, drip pan, etc. All with a 6 year manufacturer warranty, and a 2 year parts and labor warranty. Mario and Sergio were here right on time on Monday morning and finished the job in about an hour. They sent a text to say they were on the way, there were no hidden fees, no extra cost for this or that, just the price that I was quoted. Both technicians wore masks and kept social distancing guidelines, which is important to me. I will gladly refer my friends and family in the future for any plumbing needs.     Overall the experience was great, from service, responsiveness, politeness, and from the sales person (Michael), to the service rep (Lucy) and great set of technicians to interact with (Luis and Charo-I think?). The only weird thing I saw from the install was the water heater pan and the position of the drain orifice which is facing the back left corner of the heater closet and I can’t access it if I wanted to. Not sure if that can be remedied? Otherwise the install, heater and new fittings look nice and neat in the closet and is performing great.

I got an instant text message notification that showed me the exact cost, and another text message when George was on his way. George was super nice and courteous. He and another guy got my water heater and recirculating pump installed within 2 hours. He was able to charge my credit card over the phone and I got a receipt via email instantly. All in all, a seamless job and they were a pleasure to work with! Will be calling them for future needs!

    I had 10 plumbers come out over several months prior to contacting Water Heater Warehouse. All of them either said they couldn’t do it. Or didn’t want to do it. Or didn’t call me back because of the size of the job. Said it was too difficult, couldn’t be done … I called water Heater Warehouse at 7:30am, by 3pm they were at my place of business. By 6pm I was on on the freeway leaving my shop with a newly installed water heater. They literally did in 2.5 hours what 10 other plumbers said couldn’t be done. In less than 12 hours after making initial contact my water was installed!!!! Communication and customer service are off the charts amazing … I’m adding a pic I took of the workers. Because they lifted a 30gallon water heater up a ladder and Into the attic like it was nothing . THEY ARE AMAZING!!! If you are thinking of hiring them, stop thinking and do it! They are efficient, professional, knowledgeable, FAST AF and affordable!

    I called these guys after I installed my own tankless heater. I was getting an error code and a bit stressed cause we need hot water in the house. They said they would be over in 15 mins, showed up, did a quick diagnostic and realized I had a separate gas line in front of the house for just the water heater that was off.Simple issue, but they were kind enough to not charge me anything and gave some tips on tankless setups, potential rebates, and even complimented my work, and Ill probably go with them for my other water heater that will need replacing eventually vs replacing myself cause after the rebates is totally worth going with them versus all the time it took me to install.Alot of other plumbers would have unlikely tried to help as they didnt install it, says alot about these guys!!!

    Customer service is beyond exceptional with this company. Requested a quote at 11:00p.mm and Chris, the manager shot me back a message in less than 2 minutes. He really takes care of you. Water Heater Warehouse has the most competitive rates. No other company compares. The technician was also very friendly. We ran into an issue having to replace our water pipes because they were so old and had corrosion. Seeing that Water Heater Warehouse does not specialize in plumbing, Chris referred a reputable plumber who was also very reasonable in price and he showed up the next day on Memorial Day! The technician, Jimmy came over on a Sunday to finish the job (his day off, mind you). By far have never had such great customer service with a company. Truly an honest company and would definitely use again and recommend to my family and friends.

    Water heater pilot went out. Re-lit it but would only stay lit for a while and go out again. Called at least 6-7 places on yelp and decided on The Water Heater Warehouse.     Water Heater Warehouse came on the same day I requested an estimate. My 8 year old 40-gal Kenmore was acting up with the 7 blink control module error AND the temp sensor error. I tried fixing it myself by replacing the sensor but nope. So I was facing either a $400 repair bill or just replace the entire heater with a modern tankless. I asked for 4 estimates and Water Heater had the best Yelp reviews AND price. So I signed the contract.They came the day after for the install. There was some confusion on the extra work I had requested but they made it right and we came to a fair compromise. Eddie was fantastic. It turned out to be a really complicated install cause I was moving gas and water lines from interior to the exterior of the house. Eddie and his partner were right on time at 9am and worked until 9pm!!! I felt so bad for them. But they stayed and made sure everything worked perfectly.     I called two plumbers to fix my water heater before having Sergio from The Water Heater Warehouse come to have it finally fixed. The previous plumbers I called all asked me to get the parts from Rheem the manufacturing company because they dont have the parts. Sergio was able to get the parts and fix it quickly on the same day of the appointment! I paid $199 which is half of the price another plumber quoted me. I really appreciate their professional and quick service, and I dont have take cold showers anymore. =)

    Thats how business should be done. Customer first and responsive. My service included replacing my old water heater with a tankless one, and obtaining city permit. Two technicians came in the time frame promised and finished the job in the time promised. Cleaned up the work and took some pictures (the before and after) that were attached to the invoice, which is helpful. Overall, just a pleasant experience with the company and their customer service. Oh, and the price was fair and reasonable after doing some comparison. With the $1500 rebate from Sol Cal Gas, this was definitely worth it.

    Chris gave us an excellent bid over the phone and even suggested texting him pictures of our current set-up when I was unsure of accepting a bid given over the phone. He was able to quickly review the pictures and confirm that there was nothing unusual about our setup that should change the bid. I really appreciated this approach. His bid was very competitive, and the work Manny and his colleague did was excellent.Chris was also the only person I talk to that suggested that they might be able to get our existing hot water recirculating pump working again instead of replacing it. He also gave us a good bid to come back and replace it if they couldnt fix it, but thought it would be worth trying to flush it out after replacing the water heater. After cleaning out the sediment and giving the pump a couple of manual cranks to get it moving again, it worked!Between the great bid on the water heater replacement, and cleaning rather than replacing our recirculating pump, they saved us a lot of money while doing an excellent job. Everyone involved was friendly and professional, and the installation was quick and clean. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
