Mitch Clemmons Plumbing saves the day again! I was able to schedule my appointment online, which was super helpful. I got a text with a picture of my plumber when they were on their way. My plumber, Steven Cruz, arrived 15 minutes into the arrival window and had my problem fixed in 20 minutes. Super polite and helpful. This is why Ill always use Mitch Clemmons Plumbing.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a Monday. Steven was prompt & professional, gave me a very reasonable estimate to install 2 toilets, shower heads & replace some valves. The work was scheduled & completed on Wednesday. Steven did an excellent job, was courteous, professional & clean. Highly recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing!

The stand-up pipe behind my washer was clogged. The water from the washing machine cycle was overflowing onto the floor. I called Mike Diamond Plumbing. They sent a plumber to evaluate the problem. He told me that his equipment was not able to unclog the pipe because of the pea trap. He said to repair the problem it would cost $1439.17.I called Mitch Clemmons and Glenn the plumber came and had the clog in the stand-up drain pipe behind my washer cleared up in minutes! The total cost was $98!My experience with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing was awesome. I saved over $1,300 for work that was not necessary! Plumber Glenn was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest and expedient! Mitch Clemmons has my future business and my highest recommendation!

Ive known Mitch for a long time. We had a toilet emergency and I gave him a call. He came over very quickly and was able to locate a toy that was flushed by one of my youngsters before I realized he even started working. The price was actually lower than what was discussed over the phone as a potential charge. I have recommended him before and after this service to anyone I know with any kind of plumbing need. Fast friendly honest and will take the time to give some pointers on how to get the next toy out yourself if you so choose to (which by the way I did a few days later).

I would definitely recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. The office sent me an email with the appointment time and a photo of the technician who would be coming out. The tech was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and the price. The price was fair and the job was done well. Steven and Nathan did such a great job! Unlike the home warranty plumber who came out, Steven and Nathan were professional, respectful, thorough, and explained everything to me- drawing me a picture of what was going on under my house and using photos to back it up. They gave a simple solution to the problem and (unlike the other plumber) started work on it right away, despite less than perfect conditions, so that I could get back to doing the laundry ASAP. If I had to sum up in one word, I’d say TRUST... I totally feel better knowing they are working on my house. I trust that it’s done right the first time and that they aren’t trying to scam me to buy a new system or something. I can find companies that cost a bit less, but they don’t have the honesty and professionalism these guys do...They are definitely worth it! Thanks again guys! You’re awesome 👏🏻!

Things you should know, we have a 50s era home, with 50s era plumbing, the plumbing it is needy. When needy plumbing meets a family of 4 you must have a trusted plumber on speed dial. Mitch has been that plumber for our family for many years. Recently we had 1001 things to do, get people off to work, to school, to study and then off on a family trip. The plumbing deciding to be needy was not on the priority list, a quick call to Mitch asked him to come and deal with it. Usually it is a clean out and done. This time the plumbing needed more than a rotor, while we went on our family trip Mitch and his team took care of the issue. We came home to the plumbing functioning and the yard in good order.

My water heater busted while i was out of state. Fortunately my daughter stopped by to collect my mail and discovered the leak. She called me and I called Mitch Plumbing, a tech was dispatched to my house within the hour, made sure the water and heater were shut off, and repaired the leaky hose the following day. It was taken care of while i was out of state. Can’t beat that service. Very professional and polite technicians as well.

I love that I can see thru the text message I received showing how close they were to arriving. I had a clogged drain - no problem on fixing that. Told the young man that came about how the water pressure coming out of my faucet was really low. It would come out strong and then go really weak. He checked the head of the sprayer and the washer inside was all twisted. He went the extra mile to try and figure out the problem.

We had a wonderful experience with Mitch Clemmon’s Plumbing. They have been out to our house twice in the past few weeks and we were so happy with both experiences. The first visit they were able to clear out our completely clogged drains. We had another company out a year ago and they were unable to solve the problem. They were able to clear everything quickly and efficiently. We had Glen out about a week ago for a different problem and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our guy from Mitch Clemmons Plumbing was great he showed up on time came in and got right to work .He thought we were going to need a new flange on our main sewer pipe which could have costs us upwords of a 1000 dollars with closer inspection he relieved us that it was in good shape and the repair only cost us 170 dollars and the toilet was back on tightened down and caulked up looking brand new thanks again and we look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I have a plumbing system from the 40s. My plumber retired and I decided to use some big name I hear on the radio all the time. They sent three different plumbers who each spent at least an hour trying to figure it out and gave up. Mitch Clemmons where able to send a plumber at the hour I requested and cleared my main line within 30 mins. They told me of an option to help clean my pipes better but did not press it. They are very knowledgeable tell you straight prices and are now my go to plumblers.

Late Friday night (after regular business hours and well into emergency call territory) both our toilets and showers backed up. The plunger wasnt going to fix this problem and we dare not call a big name plumber with us over a barrel. We waited til morning and called a place that specializes in clearing lines but they didnt have any availability and recommended another plumber. The second plumber didnt have any availability until Saturday night. One call to Trusty Plumbers and Mitch was out within the hour. He quickly and efficiently cleared the line and thoroughly explained the issue and our long term options. Lesson learned: call Trusty Plumbers first!
