    I guess Id have to say Ive had more than my fair share of experience dealing with plumbers and plumbing issues. Clogged drains, broken pipes, water heaters gone askew, leaks at the meter, screwed up irrigation systems, blah blah blah. Since moving to this area Ive had to yell for help a few times but Ive not had anyone make enough of an impression that I would bother to call them for the next incident. My basis for choosing a company and awarding stars begins with the first person I speak to. I want that person to be reasonably pleasant and handle my call in a competent manner. I got that when I called ELITE so I booked an appointment. The gentleman who was to provide my service called ahead to let me know how long it would be before he arrived and he appeared as promised. His attitude and ability to converse as he and I discussed my peculiar problem demonstrated that he was intelligent and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and then set about getting it done. He discovered that the leak, beyond causing a pond to form in my living room, was dangerously located directly above a live electrical power source. The situation required a second person so he made a call and very quickly his supervisor was there to assist him. Another impressive person had arrived. He smiled and introduced himself. His manner was positive, self-assured and professional. I was stressing but his explanation of what was going on and what would be done was clear, simple, reassuring, and that done the two of them smiled, nodded politely and headed out to slay the dragon. They did that rather quickly and reappeared to give me some information and recommendations and I paid my bill which was happily less than I had expected. Will I call someone new the next time I have a problem? Nope, Ill call ELITE. Great meeting you, gentlemen. Awesome job.

Acknowledged their drain cleaning special during our conversation and scheduled me for 3pm-4pm with a prior 20min call from the tech. Jose showed up right on time, inspected the kitchen drain and ran his 75ft snake in the drain and successfully cleared it.     I had a clogged kitchen sink drain and called Elite Rooter. A plumber by the name of Jose Diaz was sent out to my place promptly. Jose called me while in route to my place to assure me that he was on his way. Upon his arrival he greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. He quickly accessed the sink disorder, provided me with the diagnosis, acquired my permission to began the task of solving the issue with my kitchen sink and got right to work.     Elites technician Carlos fixed a toilet fill valve and installed a hand held bidet. I had the parts. Carlos was very professional and gave me a cost estimate upfront. There were no fees to get a repair estimate. The cost was $190. There is a 1 year warranty on the work done.

    I have been having plumbing issues for the last month and every time I call elite rooter they’re always so nice and accommodating over the phone.I’ve had the pleasure of mainly working with Francisco and he’s been such a wonderful communicator. He shows up on time and always on the earlier side of the time frame they give me for arrival. He’s been very professional and an extremely hard worker.Francisco needed a second opinion at one point due to a complicated plumbing issue we had so he called his senior tech Kristian. He arrived on site quickly and was super helpful and really dedicated to making sure the issue was diagnosed quickly and let us know the best way to proceed. They came the very next morning (love they were so prompt) and had the issue fixed by the evening.Love this company and will definitely be calling them for all our future plumbing needs going forward.

    Wow is all I can say the service tech Jose was prompt,honest and worked his but off on a tough recurring clog I have since I live with 4 women, unfortunately Ive got bigger issues with my plumbing so we werent able to clear it but thats ok because they stood by their word that if the couldnt unclog theres no charge, regardless I tipped $69 thats the least i could do for the expert advice on how to proceed with my plumbing issues, thanks Jose for all your hard work and honesty 👍

    I had two other plumbers come to my house to fix a plumbing issue. They both gave me quotes that I didn’t feel quite comfortable with. I thought it was way too much for the work I needed done. Michael Lanphier from elite router came out and I felt that he was honest he gave me a good price. He gave me different options of different ways I could fix the problem and explained what was involved. I was extremely happy with the work he did. I would recommend elite rooter. He was very professional and completed the work promptly and I feel the problem was fixed right for the right price.

    Having needed plumbing replaced under our home throughout, Rafael and his team were excellent. He was thorough, explained everything wrong and what needed to be replaced and took lots of photos to show me. He also took photos afterwards so I could see what they did under my house. They cleaned up completely after each day’s work and took proper Covid safety measures at this time. We will definitely be your lifetime customers.

    We had a tankless water heater that had a pipe with corrosion + control panel failure. Dion trouble shooted the issue and then recommended we get a new tankless water heater installed. The new systems are working well and actually fixed another issue that we were having in our house which was poor water pressure under certain fixtures running simultaneously. Dion and team worked from 8AM until 11:30P on a Friday night to restore our hot water. They were courteous, professional and extremely hard working. They cared for the work they were doing and making sure that our family had a proper system installed. I would highly recommend Dion!

    First off, I want to say that this is a very very trustworthy and skilled plumbing company. Im a homeowner with a large home that has a lot of plumbing and I had a seriously tough clogs that despite my best efforts I could not handle by myself. I was really excited to see just how kind and professional Jaime was when he arrived. I always ask my wife if she would feel safe in the house with a technician by herself and she resoundingly said Yes.I could tell that Jaime is a very experienced and hard working Plumber and because of that Elite has another loyal customer bc thisclog was a doozie. Il have no doubt that this is a field where aspiring for five star reviews is very difficult whether its because people dont have a very good idea just how much work can go into it or because their expectations are not realistic or whatever but they definitely earned the five stars.I had to swallow my pride and despite my best efforts with various snakes and bladders and air pressure, every possible remedy I could think of, could not beat this clog. In fact they had to call in for an even bigger drain snake and within minutes, it was delivered. I know the feeling and they pulled it off. its especially important that a company is at least big enough to be able to maneuver and work the logistics the way that the management has herethe staff that I spoke with assured me that Id be getting a call the morning of about half an hour beforehand and I did, and they were very helpful in ng e to pay telephonically using my credit card. likewise the Plumber that assisted Jaime passed all of the same professionalism tests that I had, and I wish I knew his name because I would definitely mention it here.Thanks again to everyone at Elite Rooter, I owe you one.Im thankful and impressed that they will charge what is advertised which is becoming a rarity these days and because of that made sure to tip very well and definitely know exactly who to call in the future whenever I have any plumbing issues.     Rafa and the Elite Rooter team were prompt, patient and professional. Rafa came over to inspect what I thought was a slab leak where the pipe runs underground to fill our swimming pool. After diagnosing further by running the water to the pool, the problem turned out to be a leaky connector above ground that needs to be tightened and a calcified hose bib that needs replacement. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future!

It had to be rootered, which is the name of the company so that implies the drain will be rootered, and it cost and additional $56 because it wasnt just a Ptrap rooter. This seems misleading.
