    My daughters car broke down On the I 4 Expressway. We had a towed to tires plus on Sunday. Seth and his team called me Monday and was quick to find the issue with the car and get it fixed. We got it back on Thursday morning. I would like to thank Seth, Kisha, Mariana, Cole and Jonathan at the S. Kirkman location for working so hard to get my daughters car back on the road. They had to put in a new transmission, 2 O2 sensors, new A/C unit and cv axle. They started Sunday and had the car ready for pickup Thursday morning. They let me know everything they found wrong with the car, gave me updates and really made me feel like a valued customer and respect my decision on what to fixed. Answer any questions I had also. Really great place to go get your car fix.

    On vacation from Louisiana, noticed one of my tires was balding due to alignment issues. Tires already had +50000 miles on them. I called their competitor first, and they were high, but told me they couldn’t get me 4 new ones. Called tires plus, the store on South Kirkland. Not only did I save 200 bucks, they were able to order and install 4 new tires as well as do an alignment in one day. I spoke to at least 5 of their employees throughout the day and was extremely pleased at the level of communication they kept with me. I never actually met any of them, due to the fact that let me drop the car off thanksgiving night and pick it up Black Friday night. This allowed me to spend time with my family at the parks. I would like to thank Joseph and his staff at the S Kirkland location for completing the job not only quickly but also at my convenience. 5 stars for these guys. Thank you sooooooo much!

    I recently had a new set of tires put on my Jeep Cherokee. I made the appointment on the internet after I picked out the tires. I arrived and they got it done in no time. A week later, I had a problem with a brake line leaking. My Jeep dealers was jammed up and I decided to try Tires Plus. Sergio was my advisor. He was superb and had me back on the road in no time. Kudos to the team at Tires Plus - Kirkman. I will keep seeing you for tires and some repair work! Highly recommended!

    Not so bad. In fact with exception of just one person, most staff was friendly, respectful, helpful and kind. The vehicle was fully cared for also. Mechanics dont mind answering questions. Thats important when you dont know what the vehicle is all about. I plan to give them another try if needed in the future.

    I ran into car trouble while traveling for business to Orlando. About half way there, I found myself broken down on the shoulder of I-75 South. After googling mechanics near my intended destination, I came into contact with Randy at Tires Plus on Kirkman Rd. I described what I thought was a failed alternator to Randy and asked a very simple question, If Im correct about the alternator, can you get me back on the road today? Like a true professional, Randy assured me that he could, with 100% confidence and genuine kindness. After towing my car nearly 100 miles to Randys shop, I arrived to a warm welcome from the entire crew. These guys blew me away with their positivity and energy! A few hours later, I received a call from Randy stating that my car was ready. Since the work was covered under my extended warranty, Randy personally handled the payment with the warranty companys claims adjuster. I simply paid the taxes and was back on the road, same day, as promised. If only I could give Randy and the guys at Tires Plus on Kirkman Rd 10 stars. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thanks again!

    Great service and wonderful staff. I recently had some mechanical services done here. when I got there I was already frazzled about needing service and concerned that I would be spending a whole lot of money. The gentleman who assisted me, Randy was so helpful, he calmed my concerns by being kind and keeping me fully informed on what was needed for my car, which ended up not being as bad as I anticipated. My car was serviced in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I left there satisfied and will definitely be back to have my vehicles serviced.

    Customer service is simply outstanding at Tire Plus on Kirkman road. I have brought my cars for tires, balance and oil changes for years and they have provided always a great service. Moreover, they run inspections with respective recommendations; which bring value to the service. Do not expect paying cheap, their prices are above average. Nevertheless, they are reliable, fast and professional.

    Awesome service after I changed my tires and had an issue with weird sporadic deflation. These guys really do honor their warranty and always provide quality and timely service!     Hit a pothole and blew a tire at 7am on Christmas Eve. They didnt have the tire in stock, but were able to rush one in. Their service was amazing!!! From my first call to driving away with 2 new tires only 2.5 hours. Great price, and amazing, fast service!

    After spending 4 great days at Universal, went to leave the resort only to find a flat tire. After calling several places to find an exact match for the tires I already had on my vehicle and having no luck, I called Shawn at Tires Plus back because of his professional and helpful customer service the first time I called. Offered to order and have tires matched and also told me what was in stock. Time was an issue and luckily the tires in stock were better than what I had. Since we had an 8 hr drive ahead of us, they made a stressful situation easier on us with all their fast and professional help.

    Great customer service. Ill start it off with this due to the fact that the GM Shawn made sure that my services with quick and he made sure to handle any issues then and there in the moment. Upon inspection of my vehicle he called me personally and informed me of the issues and even waited an additional hour for me to contact him and give him the okay to have what was needed for my vehicle performed. Due to his service and the politeness of each worker there. This is my first and only tire plus I prefer to do business.

    I came with a flat tired that turned out no have two nails very close instead one. So they recommend to change the tire, which I did. Service was reasonable quick, about 30 min. The only reason Im not giving 5 to this place is because after my car was done it took them about 15-20 min to process the paperwork. Otherwise good place, good service

    I have been here so many times & they are always so thorough. In my opinion they always give me honest & trustworthy advice. Could the prices be lower of course but that is like everywhere unfortunately but THEY do try to help with discounts. I love how they show you what is wrong & not just tell you.     Traveling back to Ohio, we had a screw in our tire. Shawn was awesome from the first phone call. He met us at the door and held it open for us. He showed us our tires and let us know that 2 of them were bad. He was not pushy when he gave us our options. After deciding on 4 tires, he had one of his guys pick them up from a different location so we didnt have to wait as long. He was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

    Took my 2002 Ford Taurus SEL into this Tires Plus after my engine started to overheat. The staff was very friendly and prompt with their communication of information so that I never really felt out of the loop. It turned out that my water pump and water belt needed changing and they charged me a very fair price for the service since they didnt waste time to charge me extra labor fees. Best of all, I didnt have to deal with the usual 10 page report that I usually get from Midas telling me how everything in my car from my ABS to the power windows is going to explode if I drive another five miles. I would recommend this location.

    I came in with 2 burst tires on the rim that needed to be replaced asap, it took them 35 minutes between me going in though the door till I had them in the back of my truck. Im very happy with them durring my emergency and I will go out of my way to go here next time I need something fixed.

    Customer service here is impeccable! I had 2 tires changed in about an hour, and they seemed pretty busy as all of the lifts were occupied... So Id say the timing of the work done was pretty decent. Theres also coffee in the front that you can help yourself to (cant tell you how it is since I had none, simply an observation I made).

    Went in for an oil change at 7:00am and they started promptly. Was told I had a nail in one of my tires and that one of my other tires was balding. I replaced both and I was in and out by 8:15am. Great service and very honest and respectful. :)

    Went there for the first time today and Shawn was awesome. He kept me updated on my vehicle the entire time. I went in knowing that I needed the maintenance service and a rough idea of how much it would cost, but I didnt let them know that. I asked for a comprehensive inspection of my car to see if they would try to upsell me on something that didnt need to be repaired or something shady... Shawn called me up to the counter and said you want the good news or the bad news?, I asked for the bad news expecting some frivolous repair... You need new wiper blades, the good news is your car is in great shape and just needs the regular maintenance service for the mileage. ! The cost was then explained, which was comparable to the dealership and the service was completed. They have won me over and I will be returning and recommending this place. Great job guys!

    !! This is my place for my all in one automotive service. Cause they are ALWAYS have enough staffed workers here to take care of my needs. Even when their busy or running late, they still will expect me.     While traveling recently in the Orlando area, we had issues with two tires on our car. Not familiar with the area we lucked out when we found Tires Plus. Travis was very helpful when greeting us and assisting with the repairs. We thought our whole day would be spent dealing with the issue and not able to enjoy our vacation. Turns out they had us in and out in no time and we were able to enjoy most of the day! I would definitely recommend Tires Plus.

    Im always very leary about car maintenance services and tires. I absolutely hate to go and am awful about putting it off. I had a great experience here from the moment I walked in. Travis greeted me and explained eveything to me and put me at ease. The staff was very professional and efficient with me and the other waiting customers. I got what I needed for my Ford Explorer and was so happy I returned 2 weeks later with my daughters car for tires. Travis was there and remembered me and that means alot.     Had a screw with a head the size of a nickel in my tire today. These guys got the whole thing taken care of in less than an hour, and didnt try to upsell or convince me to get work I didnt need done. Ive used this company for a long time around her country, and theyve always done right by me. The location on Kirkman seems to be more of the same. Ill be back (hopefully not too soon!) the next time I need service done.

    For awhile we have been having a problem with our oil leak in a 06 dodge stratus. Most shops have left a bad taste in our mouth as well as overpriced. My fiance took the car in and she was given advice, help, and guidance than the car blew a fuse while in the shop and they took care of that. I will be going here from now on unless in the next few weeks something goes wrong

    I rarely take the time to post anything, but this Auto Repair Facilty is second to none. Shawn and his entire Team treats me like family everytime I visit. Over the years of course we have had minor mistakes but they jump through hoops to make it right quickly. They are so transparent that if I request to see something they take me to my car and show me whatever I want and they even allow me take pictures of my 2nd largest investment and why work is needed or tires. Great job guys and I recommend them to everyone!

    Ive been to a few tires plus in central FL and I can say that I was impresed by the professional and sincere service I got on this visit. All started with a fir handshack from the clerck and a timed oil change and tire rotation. Little things as having my car parked facing front on my way out, and a clear explanations of services done. Will come back to the same location for sure.

    Great customer service . The prices are the prices so things tend to be a bit more expensive than you would expect or find at smaller shops but the quailty of parts and fime you save by not having to go back and forth to the parts store yourself is a big help and no brainer . They really dont try and gouge you or inflate the numbers jus state the facts and what they can and can not do which ,in this business is hard to find! I recommend them to everyone fleet commercial or other wise civilian all get treated with the upmost respect and handled in a timey fashion! Great work gentleman
