I called FannCo at 1:49 PM today to see how far out they were scheduling. We had to turn water off at our home last night and had no running water at the time of the call. They sent their tech, Caleb, straight over after he finished the appointment he was at when I called. He arrived at 3:30 and had our problem repaired and water restored by 4:00 PM! He was kind, friendly, expedient, and overall the exact person you want to walk in your house to fix something. I am so grateful to FannCo and Caleb for making my life so much easier and getting my water back on!

We had FannCo out for two repairs recently. The first, to install a kitchen faucet, clean out two drains, and figure out an issue with low flow in a bathtub. The second was for a break in the main water supply line for the house. They were able to come out on a Saturday to fix the supply line issue after we discovered it on a Friday afternoon. Both situations were resolved quickly, at a reasonable price, and they tidied up after the job exceptionally well.

We had them out today to assist with partially blocked drains and strong odors coming from one of the bathrooms. They were onsite quickly, worked efficiently, very knowledgeable and great pricing. This is the second time we have used the company and were impressed both times. Great local company - highly recommend.

Cannot praise this company enough. Called on behalf of my senior neighbor who was without water over Christmas due to the freeze. Called the day after Christmas and they showed up at his house within 30 min (they prioritize him since he had no water and a senior). His broken pipe was located, fixed and the rest of his lines were checked with great care and professionalism. I will definitely recommend Carl and his company to anyone. Thank you for making this hectic time of the year a stress free one! :)

After trying to DIY my way out of a clogged kitchen sink drain to no avail, I decided to get in touch with somebody who does it for a living.I called 10+ plumbers in the area for price estimates and availability. FannCo was the first to be able to come out to my home, AND I got a reasonable price estimate over the phone.Might have just been luck, but not 15 minutes after placing my call for inspection, FannCo was at my door. The technicians were kind, courteous, and professional and found the root of my problem almost instantly. In under 20 minutes, my kitchen sink was functioning properly again. On top of that, I was offered some advice for any future drainage problems.AWESOME SERVICE! I will be using FannCo for any future plumbing needs.

The store called 2 plumbing companies before FannCo.Now the store has the facilities back in service thanks to FannCo. Employees are thankful that FannCo fixed the issue.

I had water damage coming from a downstairs bathroom wall. The baseboard showed obvious signs of water absorption, it was swollen and separating from the drywall.I called Fannco and they sent someone over the following day. Caleb and Jackson showed up a bit earlier than the appointment time (no complaints from me) and started to asses the problem. They informed me that they cannot confirm the leak without cutting the drywall out, this is to be expected as the area was small and the suspected leak was directly behind the wall.After carefully explaining what work was to be done, and what the price ranges were. They proceeded to get started.Throughout the entire process, Caleb and Jackson took the time to update me on their progress and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from. Needless to say, the replaced the damage section and patched up all necessary plumbing.The workplace was left spotless and I couldnt be happier.This isnt the first time they had came out to do some work on the house for me, each and every time, their level of customer service and professionalism still amazes me.If youre looking for quality work, timely individuals, and a can-do attitude, this company wont disappoint.I highly recommend Caleb and Jackson, they will fix whatever issues you have, without giving you the upsell BS.Another amazing job guys, will call and recommend you to everyone looking for superior workmanship.

Woke up in the morning to find my toilets were not flushing and my showers were not draining. Contacted FannCo based on reading the Google reviews and they responded right away. Found the plug, explained the estimate to fix before starting, and then took care of it. Also gave me some ideas on how to prevent future occurrence. Only issue (but I did not take a star off for this) was that they dont take AMEX.

Excellent work. We had one plumber who had told us that we needed to break a hole in the foundation to repair a stoppage. I asked Carl for a second opinion and he fixed the problem in less than two hours, without any foundation work, and at a fraction of the price!

Came home from a week in Wyoming to find a leak in the pantry caused by a clogged condensate line in the attic from our a/c. Carl came out in the afternoon, assessed the problem, cleared the line and repiped the area to prevent further issues. Carl is extremely professional and polite. I will never use another plumber.
