They weren’t canvassing the neighborhood like other businesses were to capitalize on the event but gave an honest evaluation that educated us and allowed us to know why we should consider replacement. Austin and his team were great to work with and the replacement crew was top notch - taking them only 1 day to tip and replace the roof so that we could get back to normal life. They replaced our entire roof in a day despite an unforeseen change in the weather and still did a great job. Prior to our roof being replaced, Austin personally came to our house and fixed some minor repairs to keep water from leaking in until they were able to come out and complete the full job. QE Roofing did a timely, high-quality job repairing my roof from storm damage. They are very professional and excel at communication. However, their expertise goes beyond simply doing a good job. They explain frankly and honestly the tradeoffs between different types of repairs. There is no pressure whatsoever to do work that would make them more money. I would hire them for everything if they did other work besides roofing. They handle billing online (if you want that) and dont require you mail them a check or pay in advance. In this day and age, it is difficult to find companies like this.

Our home suffered roof damage during a terrible storm in June because high winds caused a tree to fall upon the roof. We instantly searched for roof repair companies and made phone calls. QE Restoration stood out among all the others and responded the fastest. They knew exactly how to work through the insurance process too (which made life easier with handling that portion of the process). The workers covers our shrubs and flowers before starting the job. Materials were delivered a day before the job started. They asked us where to place all the materials so we chose a spot on the driveway. As soon as the sun was up a large team of roofers showed up and started the job. Unbelievably the whole job was completed in one day!! Our house is large, with lots of breaks (meaning differing angles of roof lines meeting), and steep. All the stripped off shingles and nails were neatly collected. Then they yard was rolled with a large drum magnet that got up all the nails. I couldnt believe how clean everything was when the job was complete!!!!!I dont think my house looked as nice when it was brand new and we moved in. We wont be needing a roof for decades, but when we do, you bet I will hire QE again. Oh, I forgot to mention, they did all the battles with the insurance company and our whole roof approved for replacement. For several years we had been getting leaks patched. The insurance company wanted to do a partial job again. Austin was quick and an expert at taking care of that for us. This is a PROFESSIONAL and honest company. Dont trust your familys roofing needs to anyone else. You wont be sorry.By the way, it was 6 years ago that QE replaced our roof. We are still happy with the job done.

I had a roof leak two days before Thanksgiving in the evening. I called at 7:00 am and received a callback from Austin within 30 minutes. He was at my house an hour and a half later in tow was his little boy. He was out of school for the holiday. Austin climbed on the roof with a go pro showed me the problem and then with permission fixed it. All within an hour of arriving. I can’t say enough good things about this man. In August 2022, I started to have a roofing water leak on a Friday evening and called the QE Roofing after hours number and within 10 mins I received a call from Austin. He came out on Saturday morning, inspected my roof and gave me a very honest and professional explanation for cause of the water leak. The price was very affordable and by the end of the week, the roof was replaced/repaired. Fast forward to March 2023, I had another water leak (Different portion of the previous replaced roof) unrelated to the previous replaced roof so I called QE Roofing and again, Austin responded within 24 hours, inspected, made repairs, and sent me a detailed video of the cause.
