    I cannot recommend Five Points Roofing enough. They really make the process from start to finish so easy on the customer. We worked with Clay and Jorge. We needed our roof replaced after a hail storm and about three weeks before I had my son. Clay was so incredible and fit us into the schedule before my c-section. 6/5 stars for these guys!

    We used Five Points twice about a decade ago and had a good experience at a previous house. When it came time to put a new roof on a different home we called them without hesitation. The whole process was smooth and professional. I talked with Jorge initially and he was a great representative for the company. Alex was helpful with everything from the initial inspection and planning, all the way to wrapping up the insurance details. Zillon ran the installation process and it was just as smooth. Everyone I spoke with at the office by phone was also professional and friendly. We had another great experience and will gladly use them again for our next property.

    Ive had the best experience with Five Points Roofing (specifically Alex and Jorge). We had hail damage to roof and gutters and Alex managed everything flawlessly. He acted as a liaison with my insurance company and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He also went above and beyond to provide detailed photos and info to my insurance company if and when they questioned anything. He met my adjustor the day of their inspection and made himself available for any concerns or questions that came up. When it came time for the project to begin, Jorge (and crew) was awesome. Professional and conscientious throughout the entire process, ensuring my property (and neighbors) was protected and left in perfect condition. They are also just friendly and kind individuals. In the end, my stress and dread over this process was completely unnecessary :) Five Points made it painless!

    My first experience with a homeowners insurance claim. I had a weeks worth of questions before signing a contract. Alex help take the anxiety out of the process by answering all of my questions (phone calls and emails) without pressure. Will on site crew manager made sure all of the roof materialsarrived, and the install and cleanup went smoothly in one day. Five Points Roofing was second to none, with honesty and professionalism, in my opinion. I recommend this company.

    I would highly recommend Five Points Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. These Google reviews do not lie! I called Five Points Roofing because I noticed an extremely small leak in our sunroom. Nathan the roofing consultant showed up on time and took a look at our roof. He indicated we had hail damage! From that point on Nathan took charge in dealing with the insurance adjuster and got it approved. We were getting a whole new roof! I was truly amazed! The repairs were planned and that morning I met with David the project manager. David walked me through what was going to happen that day. His team of roofers stripped the roof, repaired much of the damage to the sub roofing and started installing the shingles. This was like watching a swat team of skilled roofers.My wife and I were shocked that they accomplished this all in one day. Even our neighbors were astonished by the quality of the work they did.     The whole company was very professional and experienced; this is a very top-notch operation. Alex did a fantastic job getting the inspection done, getting a detailed quote prepared and was very easy to work with. The crew that arrived to install our new roof ( hail storm ) worked 13 hours and completed the job in one day! Wyatt was the crew manager and was onsite the whole time, communicating with us and letting us know everything that was going on. The whole experience with Five Points was fantastic. We had never had a roof replaced, and chose Five Points due to recommendations from our neighbors after the 2018 hail storm. We can highly recommend them !

    Hi! I came here to say that I’ve been in customer service for 20 years. I know when I’m dealing with someone who does bare minimum and when I am dealing with someone who goes above and beyond for their clients. Zillon Russell deserves all the praise when it comes to handling my roofing needs. He talked me through the whole process with my insurance company and never let up when we were facing rough experiences from insurance.     Five Points Roofing came recommended through a friend. I had seen another house they had worked on, and even other professionals had commented on how they had done the job right. A couple years later, I had an insurance claim, so I gave them a call. The salespeople were very accommodating and helpful. They navigated the insurance process expertly, making this a no-hassle experience. They worked with my adjustors to demonstrate how the partial replacement was not going to match the other aged shingles, and got the claim adjusted to a full shingle replacement.When I finally settled on a color and shingle style, they were able to install it sooner than expected. They showed up when they said they would. Eight hours after the first truck showed up, my roof was done, and they had swept and packed up. They were respectful of property, and had a supervisor on-site during the whole process.The roof looks great, and they used a quality shingle. I wouldnt hesitate to call them for your next roof.

    Alex Hostetler was very knowledgeable, & personable. He met w/us to review the procedure Five Points uses in installing a new roof. He explained the process re: time needed to install the roof, when materials would be delivered, protection of shrubbery, etc., every effort to avoid infringement on neighbors during installation, how the procedure works in conjunction w/our homeowner’s insurance. Along w/answering every question we had, Alex sent us a list of homes w/roof shingles of the color we selected, & kept us updated on when the schedule would allow Five Points to start.Wyatt Wolfe was on site early on the day of installation, worked tirelessly along w/the crew to insure a first rate installation. Once installation was complete, Wyatt made sure that our lawn, side walk, driveway, porch rails, etc. were cleaned up & free of debris! They took care of everything for me, and made the whole experience effortlessly on my part.     Five Points Roofing replaced our roof in the summer of 2023 on two of the hottest days of the year. Despite the extremely challenging working conditions, I thought their crew was professional and hard-working. The roof looks good and everything seems fine so far. Caleb did a good job working with our insurance rep to explain why we needed a roof replacement and Wyatt provided strong on-site project management. I have a number of tender plants around the house and was worried they might get crushed or trampled, but the crew was careful to direct debris away from the foundation in a way that protected our landscaping.

    We contacted Five Points after a recent hail storm. They inspected our roof and identified damage spots and helped us communicate effectively with our insurance company. We ended up needing a total replacement and went with Five Points. They were awesome from start to finish.     Alex Hostetler was great from the beginning until the end. He had actually inspected my roof and found no damage in 2023, but after another companys employee was working the neighborhood and said he found hail damage, I asked Alex to come back and verify since I trusted him. Indeed, there was damage from a hailstorm that was confirmed later in 2023. The crew worked quickly and informed me of the process as they worked. It has been a great process to this point.

    Id been battling my insurance company for months, trying to get all the windstorm damage covered, when I contacted 5 Points. Their representative, Darcy Irelan, took over and within two weeks, all damage was covered and paid for. The roofers arrived and tore off the damaged roof and replaced it by the afternoon. By the end of the day, the roof was on and every bit of torn off material was disposed of. Truly, 5 Points is the best company, of any kind, that Ive ever worked with. And Im no spring chicken. Every employee I talked with was friendly and competent. And Id especially like to thank Darcy Irelan, who was a joy to work with. Five stars for 5 Points Roofing.

    We just used Five Points and I highly recommend them. Everything was easy from beginning to end. Darcy is great to work with and communicates everything so it runs smoothly.     It began with our Senior Roof Consultant Darcy. Darcy was very professional and knowledgeable expert. She worked with the company to put together a comprehensive competitive estimate for the job. Then there was Jorge our project manager. I cannot say enough good things about Jorge and the installation team. Since we were not available to be onsite while they were working, Jorge texted me regularly with updates and photos. The installation team arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and did a great job.     UPDATE- FIVE Points has totally restored my belief in them. They have returned to make repairs to my roof on two separate occasions. Each time my ceiling needed painted.     On May 3rd, 2020 a severe storm damaged my roof and water poured through the ceiling of my garage. I called Five Point Roofing from a neighbor recommendation, and within an hour, a Five Point Repair crew was at my house sealing in the damaged shingles. The company helped with the insurance adjusters and did an excellent job replacing the entire roof. Honest, up front, good price, good crew and professional.. I give them a five star for how they helped me. They are good, everybody knows it , so they are busy. You might have to wait a week or two to get your roof replaced, but it is worth it. Close to scheduled install date, they sent a detailed text of what to expect the day they would arrive, asking questions such as if we wanted assistance covering things in our attic, informing they would be moving our patio/yard items to protect from damage during the work, and that they would provide coordination with me regarding our satellite technician & reinstalling dish. There was daily communication during the several days of roof install, with what to expect each day. After the job was finished, they went to attic to remove the coverings (that were covered with debris), swept the attic floor, and outside returned the yard/patio items back to their original place. Most important of all, they did an excellent job replacing the roof as well as bringing it up to current codes.     I will always pick five Points Roofing. They went above and beyond at each step of the inspection, instillation, and follow up process.Knowing we needed to replay our roof that was more than 15 year old caused us pause as we did not know how to go through the process. After talking with Darcey they quickly came out to inspect the roof. After the inspection it was clear we needed a new roof but started to get push back from our insurance company. Multiple people worked hard within Five Points Roofing and after multiple calls from Five Points, my insurance company agreed to replace the roof. This was only done after an inspector from the insurance company look at the roof with Five Points. The date was set and the roof was replaced. No hidden costs. No surprises. There was a small issue after the installation after spray paint fell off the roof on the driveway, but they did EVERYTHING to fix the issue. They came out multiple times to clean the driveway and ended up stripped off the aggregate sealer and then resealed the entire driveway.I WILL NEVER PICK ANYONE ELSE TO BE ON MY ROOF!

    Called them 2 yrs ago when getting estimates. They were the only company that actually showed up on site, got on the roof, and inspected it. Others gave me estimates based on Google maps images. I was told my roof had 2-3 years left. No charge. Sure enough about two years later I got leaks in a big storm so I called them back. They are very busy but came right away and provided an estimate in a couple of days. Said they couldnt get started for about three weeks but later called and told me they had time available much sooner if I was ready. I was. Supervisor arrived at 6:45 A.M. as promised and crew was on the roof by 7:00. Its a very modest house but they had the old roof removed, rotted decking replaced, vent installed, and new roof complete by noon. They left no mess, no scraps, looked for dropped nails with magnetic rake. Heavy rain the next day and it all stayed outside. Completely professional first class job. Very happy with the whole thing.

    I want to highly recommend Darcy Irelan and Jorge with 5 Points Roofing. Last April we were hit hard by a hail storm that caused roof damage throughout Middle Tn. The next day after the storm I saw 2 men walking my street from another local roofing company. I had them inspect and they both showed me photos of my room and where there was damage. They wanted me right there and then to contract with them before doing any of my due diligence. They even tried pressure and said I had better get started before everyone else got as busy as they were. I told them I wanted to ask my insurer first before moving forward. I then called our National Insurer and had them send someone out to inspect. Long story short they said there was just some cosmetic damage but only a handful of shingles needed replaced. I didn’t agree with our insurer but our insurance adjuster said their contractor/inspector was adamant it was not in need of a new roof and showed photos as well.Being a Realtor I knew better and I had seen the evidence of piles of roofing sand at our downspouts and questioned our adjuster about that. They really said it was quite normal after a hard storm like that, which I again questioned being in this home for 16 or so years and working in home sales for going on 3 + decades and not seeing anything like I saw. My insurer then abrubtly sent me a check for just a few hundred dollars within 2 days. I quickly rejected the offer. I Called another big named roofing company in nashville who was recommended. I went round and round with them and didn’t feel like our business was all that important to them, as it would take over a week for a return calls and they kept telling me how busy they were. I called 5 Points and spoke with Darcy Irelan and explained my circumstance and that my insurance company I had been with over 2 decades refused the claim. Darcy asked some very pertinent questions and set up an inspection with her guys. After the inspection Darcy called me right back and said she could see this project through and convince our insurer to put a new roof on. I was not 100% convinced she could pull it off but she was steadfast in her argument with the insurance company and said she could. This was already after the insurance company tried to settle for a few hundred bucks and already denied the claim mind you. She laid out a detailed plan right there that answered all the what ifs. She explained what we would do together to prove and to convince the insurer they were wrong. She explained it almost like it were a chess game and she knew all the coming moves of our Insurance company that could be played. I put my full faith in Darcy and it has been an ongoing battle for months battling the insurance company and the more it went on, the moves she said they might take place, happened just like she said it might.During the negotiations with our insurer we had three other partial cash offers from our insurer as she continued to argue now with the National insurers claims office. She kept telling me to hold off even when the offer came in at over $7,000 when they started at around $300. During this period of negotiations our Insurer even switched our adjuster 3 different times on us during this process and would sometimes wait 2 weeks to call back. Darcy spoke with me several times after hours and and weekends as we attempted to catch one of our new adjusters on duty. It was a cat and mouse game they were playong with us. Which I can only imagine they would do all this to confuse the situation and wear us down just to settle the claim for a lessor amount. Darcy was like a soft spoken pit-bull with the Insurer. Very mater of fact with confidence and tenacity in her voice as she finally got them to relent and our insurer paid over $12,000 for our new roof which was completed today.I strongly recommend Darcy Ireland and Jorge with 5 Points Roofing.     This is my first time to have ever had an insurance claim on my home and I have been a home owner for 47+ years. Not knowing what to expect, I basically put my trust in Doug Price and 5 Points Roofing. Doug came out and explained the process from contract signing to last shingle being put on. When Mike Cates showed up with his crew, he too explained the process. I had many questions and did not hesitate to ask them. Bottom line is/was the entire process went exactly as both Doug and Mike said it would. Within 4 days after the job was completed and the insurance company paid their part, I received all applicable paper work via email from JJ Burkhardt who works in the office of 5PRC. 5PRC worked directly with the insurance company thereby removing any headaches for me. Let me say this in closing, the roof looks great, the job from start to cleanup was flawless for me and if I have to do it again, 5PRC will be my only option.     I had a pleasant experience with Five Points Roofing. When I filed a claim, the adjuster called a couple hours later saying hed be at my house in 30 minutes to look at my roof and nobody needed to be there (in fact, he said the roofer would only be in his way!). I immediately called my contact and he dropped whatever he was doing and went straight to my house so hed be there to talk to the claim adjuster. Im glad too, because he was going to leave with the intent of placing the front of the roof only. My contact said hey no, look at the back and thus got my whole roof replaced. They helped me though the whole process and always got back to me promptly no matter my question. When I came home, there was a new roof and no other trace of them having been there!
