    My Family and I met the Gibraltar Home Improvements Team at the Nassau County Home show. My daughter was impressed and took all there information.We set up an appointment, Gilbert came to our Home and was very Helpful in giving advice.     My experience with Gibraltar Home Improvements was a pleasure!! The process of updating the front of my house from new siding to concrete work including, new doors, new steps and porch and building a portico on site was haunting but Andrew and his crew made this project a great experience. He put us at ease during the entire process. Andrew and his entire crew were punctual, professional, welcomed changes and paid attention to details. Andrew made himself available at all times.     Gibraltar placed new sidings on my house. The job was all done in one day and is beautiful! The team was professional, efficient, responsive and cordial. Andrew responded promptly to all our questions and Gus, who headed the team on installation day, addressed a need we had not even thought of.     I hired a contractor to repair my front steps and walkway for, what I now know was, an exorbitant amount of money. I paid up front but he did not finish the work!I then called Gibraltar Home Improvements and they immediately came to my rescue.     Gibraltar helped us with a ton of projects including adding frost depth footings to existing outdoor stairs, insulating an exposed foundation wall, and a complete bathroom remodel all done really well. Andrew was great to work with helping keep the projects organized and moving quick and the quality of work was top notch. The attention to detail especially with the bathroom was excellent taking uneven tiles/ walls/ ceiling and totally reworking everything so the room is perfect. The tile work especially has gotten a lot of complements and overall I would highly recommend Gibraltar whether itā€™s for a smaller project or a more extensive project like we had.

    I had been searching for months for a contractor to redo my bathroom and had just about given up when I caught sight of a Gilbraltar sign in front of a home in my neighborhood. I signed with Gibraltar the very next day because they had it all - the right price, experience and mindset in sync with what I wanted to achieve. Most importantly, they were licensed and insured, an absolute requirement of my coop building.I could not be happier with the end result. Gibraltarā€™s fine craftsmen went out of their way to meet my many specific needs. As the attached pictures will attest, they turned my tiny space into a beautiful, sleek and spacious looking spa bathroom. Gilbraltar also gave me a mirrored entranceway as an added bonus. It gives the appearance of being an extension of the bathroom replete with a lovely wall cabinet that provides enormous storage space for toiletries.     I have been working with Gibraltar Home Improvements for a long time. Just to name a few of the projects they have done over the years, they sided my house, updated my kitchen, replaced my porch steps and sidewalk. Most recently they installed some outdoor lighting. At all times they have been totally professional and their work is of the highest quality standard. Prices are competitive. It is a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend Gibraltar.     I contracted with Gibraltar to completely gut and remodel my kitchen and bathroom. As part of the remodel, they took down the wall between the kitchen and dining room, closed up the existing kitchen door and dining room window and installed a sliding glass door in the dining room. They also installed a small deck off the dining room. The bathroom remodel involved replacing the bathtub with a walk in shower. I could not be happier with the end result and only wish I had done this years ago. Working with Bill, Mario and the Gibraltar team was a pleasure.

    My experience working with Gil and his crew at Gibralter was great! From providing me with an estimate through the finished project everyone at Gibraltar was dedicated ,professional, and responsive . Every time I contacted Gil for any reason he called or texted back within minutes, even on the weekend. Any issues that came up were handled sensitively , fairly and swiftly . I had plans to renovate my kitchen, dining room and powder room and met the wonderful folks from Gibraltar at a Home show at The Nassau Coliseum. I clicked immediately with the team of folks who were there and wanted to learn more about this company. After doing some due diligence on my end I narrowed down my search to three different companies and was so pleased that I went with Gibraltar.Gibraltar made the process so easy and once I contracted with them, they worked with me on the design, layout and materials.. Gil, Sally and Mike were amazing and answered all my questions at the beginning and throughout the process. I canā€™t stay enough positive comments about Alfredo and his crew who demoed my kitchen and dining room down to the studs and created a gorgeous open concept new room for me!     I stopped into the showroom, looking to get a new bathroom remodeling job done and create a relationship with a contractor and got both. My wife and I are thrilled! The salesman; Andrew stoped by my house the next day, reviewed the status of the reconstruction needed and gave me a price quote. I must say the price quote was higher than I expected, but Gibraltar made me feel so comfortable that I moved forward with the work. I must say that I was mostly impressed with the demolition. I originally thought we needed a remodeling job done, but they did a total reconstruction, which is better, everything was replace! The final product impressed me even more, now I understand the pricing better. I do not regret proceeding with this project. The technicians were so friendly and attentive as well! Quality work along with the installation of quality products create happy clients! My next project for them is to refinish my basement. I could go on, but I wonā€™t. Last comment; Andrew followed up frequently to make sure we were happy with the process, progress and products we wanted to use. Thank you Andrew!

From the first day, the project manager worked with me to find a reasonable price, the workers always came on time, on the agreed upon date, ready to work and all I had to do was.stay out of their way!! AND, they completed the job beautifully in a shorter period of time than I thought! No dragging on at all!! No job was too big or too small.     I had to re-do my roof. After speaking with different companies, I finally pick Gibraltar. I got very lucky to talk to Gilbert. He most have the patience of a saint. He walk me to every step of the work. I had wanted to change my gutters location and without question he did it to even better then what I had imagine... the crew that show up to do the roof, where professional, efficient, fast and clean.     Iā€™ve had bad luck with contractors for too long but FINALLY came across Gibraltar who have been very easy to work with (especially Dan). I think anyone who had several home improvement projects done can agree that usually contractors arenā€™t the sharpest tool (ironically) but I felt confident with this company and even the workers they sent showed far more competence than all the previous ones we used in the past, which is especially important since I have a 2 year old & my wife is recovering from chemo treatment.I would totally recommend giving Gibraltar chance. Very easy to work with and the pricing was good.     Had such a great experience with Danny and his guys! Our porcelain floors came out stunning and tight and gorgeous. We had a huge problem with the tile when delivered because the delivery man was alone and the truck did not have a lift, so the guys had to lift and carry 9000 tons of tile ( this is literal) out of the truck and load on their dollies. This is a huge task and they did not complain nor charge us. We are grateful no one slipped a disc! Definitely recommend Gibraltar and we are using them again for our kitchen renovation in a few months.

    I found this company a few years ago when a marketing professional approached me on the street where I live in Elmont. At the time I was looking for a trustworthy contractor to put a roof on my house and was shopping around. Gibraltar gave me a very reasonable estimate but I later decided not to do the project but kept there number for future reference. Iā€™m so glad i did that because now, a year later Iā€™m in desperate need of a new driveway !I literary had one of those old style concrete tire path driveways with grass in the center. Thatā€™s how desperate! Having already had an estimate for my roof I felt totally comfortable trying them again and was so happy with the estimate and collaboration about the design and possible challenges along the way. The job was finished in less than two days of work.     As a supplement to my previous review, I just want to share my latest experience with Gibraltar and Andrew Pappas in particular. I was in need of an urgent renovation to a small apartment that I own. Initially I wasnt sure if they would accept a job like this but to my relief, they did. Andrew worked with me to plan the replacement of the bathroom and kitchen areas and I cannot say enough about the job he did. Through the process, Andrew made suggestions as to additional work that should be done. This was done in a low pressure way with very affordable options provided. His attention to detail, communication skills and his ability to work with the Cooperatives Management made for a stress free renovation. I would not hesitate to use Gibraltar again.I cannot say enough about my experience with Gibraltar. From start to finish of my projects, the care and attention given to us was incredible. The lines of communication were always open, the work was done by professionals who went above and beyond what they were required to do. My kitchen came out beyond expectations and the work done on my bathroom was top notch. I highly recommend them.

    April 2021, I have a projects for my home I place a call to Gibraltar Home Improvements for a Quote they came and see the projects Gilbert and Susie listen to us and advise us, and at the end we agree on the price. From there on everything was on time also I have to said the Crew are great ,neat, respectful. Knows what they are doing , if I have another project Yes I will use Gibraltar again and yes I will recommend them to friends and family.

    Great experience working with Gilbert Ortiz at Gibraltar. He provided detail information of all the work before it was done answered all my questions. Workers were professional and very detail oriented. Project #1 was the side walk which was finish in 1 day. Project #2 siding and gutters excellent job. Looking forward to more home improvement projects with Gibraltar in the future.

    My experience with Gibraltar was great! I had seen a neighborā€™s house being redone and it looked wonderful. When I asked my neighbor they told me it had been Gibraltar that had done the work. When their salesman came back they had him come and talk to me and my husband. He gave us a price that we worked out and got financing for. Within a week I was approved by the 3rd party financing and had gotten a call to schedule my roof and siding. After a false start and some bad weather the roofing team came in and then followed a couple days after by the siding team. Both teams were very respectful and professional. They cleaned up and explained things to me and my husband. We were very happy with the outcome! Would totally recommend Gibraltar!

Their price fell into my budget. They are very fair within the market. The job was fast, clean and very well done. My kitchen is exactly what I envisioned it to be. It is spectacular!
