We just closed on the second home we built with Distinctive. Our homes were about 10 years apart. Distinctive must really be a good place to work because it was virtually the same exact people. The builders staff are so respectful and kind. We just love and appreciated our experience so much. If you are looking for a home in the areas that Distinctive builds then you need to see them. Highly recommend. -

We closed on our home a year ago. Distinctive has been awesome from start to finish. We love our sales rep. Lynne and the construction project managers were unbelievable. Service has not been needed for anything. We Love our Home! QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY! -
