    Custom Mechanical modified our return ducts in our Sea Colony West unit. The response was excellent and the estimator was able to explain the modification clearly and provide an estimate within 24 hours. The men who did the work, Federico and Luke, arrived on time for the work and completed the work in a very competent and tidy manner. And they explained the work to both me and my wife very clearly and patiently. Very satisfied with the entire process.

    We hired Custom Mechanical to install two smart thermostats in our home. Dennis called ahead to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. He is knowledgeable and professional.     Grateful to Derrick for quickly installing my new smart Thermostat (which I purchased separately) and even going above and beyond by checking the HVAC air filter (which happened to have caught a lot of dirt) and promptly proceeded to wash it (since it was a washable filter). Couldnt be happier with Derricks savviness about HVAC systems including setting up this most recent model of Ecobee -- he quickly figured it out and explained very clearly how to use it properly!     Our AC stopped working in Selbyville. Custom Mechanical was highly recommended by a friend that lives near our house. We bought a Ryan home and just called the company that was listed under warranty for the unit. I wont mention them by name but they came and were atrocious. They wanted to charge over $1,500 plus additional labor. Custom Mechanical came and charged $519 for the entire job. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. From their dispatcher to the people that answer the phone to the people that come and do your work. Use them you will not get taken advantage of and they will be very honest. That is not easy to come by these days it seems.

    We needed an emergency service on our A/C. Of the companies Id called around to, Custom reached out first - Greg, the tech, said he could be here in 30 mins... and he was here in 30 mins. This was the first good sign.Greg was very courteous and got right to work. He quickly determined the issue was a faulty contactor, and was clear on the pricing to replace it. With our approval he replaced the part and after some monitoring and inspection of our A/C system, had us back up and running literally within 90 minutes of us calling them.We had the house cooled back down before we had to get the kids to bed.     My AC went out and rather than have it repaired, I decided to just replace the heat pump. Got about 3 estimates including from Custom Mechanical. Steve came out and scoped out the equipment needs and sent me an estimate. It was the best of the 3 using American Standard equipment and reasonable given todays economy. In addition, Custom Mechanical offers financing. Its summer and very busy so installation was about a week and 1/2 out from contracting with them. The crew arrived early and was here most of the day (the air handler was in the attic over the garage on a very hot day). Im extremely pleased with the unit - its running very efficiently and effectively - and with the service provided by Steve and the install crew. Many thanks for getting my home comfortable again!

    We had a small tub issue that needed to be taken care of. We called our usual plumber, but it went to voicemail. We called around to neighboring plumbers and no one would be available until Friday. This was a Wednesday that I called. We finally decided to go with Custom Mechanical because of the great reviews. The associate that I scheduled the appointment with was kind and understanding. To my surprise, I got a call the same day saying the tech was available to help us with our issue. When he arrived he was very courteous and efficient. The price was reasonable, but honestly, I didnt mind because they were able to help me the same day we called. This was our first experience with Custom Mechanical and not our last. They will now be our go to for plumbing needs.

    We had a great experience with Custom Mechanical, they installed a new sink for us, they came out bid the job and when installation was complete it was actually a tad less than quoted. The tech was knowledgeable and very thorough. We alsoHad him look at a tub faucet that we had trouble with he told us to get the replacement part from faucet manufacturer and call if we needed it installed. Another company wanted to charge us 350$ toReplace and never once mentioned that we could get the part from the manufacturer for free. That honesty was worth so much to us. After my current heating and air contract is up with another company, custom mechanical will be getting our business for sure.

    Just had our spring contract service call, and, as usual, the experience was painless and pleasant. Scheduling is easy (online, email or phone), and technicians arrive when promised. Our tech asked - and listened - about our systems, and responded appropriately. Service was clean, careful, efficient, friendly.Weve been customers of Custom Mechanical for more than 20 years, with annual service contracts. The annual contracts (like an insurance policy) are not inexpensive, but they are very inclusive. And in peak summer season, contract customers receive priority service.

    On Saturday, my house was very hot. The compressor was running but the air handler was not. I called this morning at 7:45AM and talked to Robert. By 9:00AM an HVAC Tech showed up, diagnosed the problem, repaired it by 11:00AM. Air handler motor module had failed. Unit was bought new in the early 2000s. Excellent work by all involved.
