    Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Mark helped us with a plumbing issue related to our new dishwasher. He talked us through everything that was going to be done and provided how much the work would cost prior to starting. We will definitely be using the company for future service needs.

    Technican arrived early and was very courteous and knowledgable. Performed annual maintenance on heat pump and AC. Ive being using Big Red since 2016 and trust their work. Ive also used their County Appliance side to have work done on my washer and my dryer. Again top notch service and very pleased. Highly recommend these folks. They also have service contracts which Im a big fan of and I pay a small monthly fee for the peace of mind.

    This review is for Phil (electrical) and Eugene (HVAC) as well as Big Red as a company. 10/10. Thank you all for saving the day on my Frankford home. Right as Phil got here to work on electrical, my AC unit began hissing and expelling freon. Phil was able to see what was happening before starting on what he was actually here for. I was able to get on the phone with Big Red again to see if by chance they could get me an HVAC person today. A miracle, Eugene was just down the road. Eugene was able to get the hole causing the leak filled, and my AC unit back up and running. Thank you so much to these techs, thank you so much to Big Red Services.

    The Tech Guy was very friendly and concerned with my problem. He explained some electrical problems very clearly for me to understand. He made a decision about my problem which was corrected with replacing the GFI plug on the left side of garage. This plug kept popping off the electricity in garage.

    Roy was superb... Professional and swimming to answer all my questions, to allow me to watch what he was doing so I could have a learning experience while he was here. Obviously I would not be able to do all that he got involved in, but I was able to learn enough to probably do my own drain next year. The thermostat issue that he discovered was a long-standing one that no one knew about only half the heater was actually eating up that was troubleshot and rectified fairly quickly. So instead of being a major water heater fiasco, it turned out to be relatively simple at least from his standpoint and a God sent to me because it didnt kill my wallet too much. Thank you thank you thank you Happy New Year

    Had a clogged drain for like a day or two, gave us a date and time frame on when to expect the tech to arrive. Was on time got the problem solved in a timely manner.

    I replaced my Furnace and AC and was not very well versed on the what I needed. Ryan Geiger, of Big Red Services, was very helpful and he explained in a very easy to understand manner all I needed to know. Based on Ryans presentation I decided to go with Big Red Services even though they were a little bit more expensive than the cheapest estimate. It has been two months since the replacement and I am very fortunate and happy to have selected Big Red Services.

    I worked with Big Red through Delmarva Pole Buildings. The wired the building and ran the service to the building and did a fantastic job. They were very responsive and professional and did good work. Anna who was the representative I worked with and asked questions was amazing and went above and beyond.     Repairman, Brandon, went right to work. He look for obvious problems, like contact with washer or gas line. He realized it wasnt those He and began to open up the dryer. He found there was a heavy build up of Lunt on the exhaust fan and the weight or where it was is what was causing the vibration. He took the exhaust fan cover off and cleaned all the lint and dust off the fan blades and walls of the exhaust chamber. Before reassembling the machine in let fan run. No noise was detected. He reassured the machine. He turned in on again, no vibration noise was apparent. He went out and checked exhaust vent and also cleaned lint which may have been holding the vent open.Brandon is a very conscientious worker. County Appliance should be proud to have him as an employee.Thank you Brandon

    Very pleased with the service and professionalism of Big Red Services - County Appliance. This used to be owned by the legend himself Lem - but the company that has taken up the challenge since he has retired has done him proud! I have a beloved old fashioned Kenmore Dryer that stopped heating and Ben fixed it up and cleaned my dryer duct just right! Not a computer board on it and only dials and one button - this Kenmore is reliable and worth taking extra care!
