    I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark and his team for several plumbing projects, including the installation of new water heaters and the maintenance of our heating and cooling systems. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction.From the first consultation, Mark was thorough in assessing our needs and provided clear, detailed explanations of what needed to be done. His vast knowledge of plumbing systems was evident, and he took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel confident in the work that would be performed.The team worked efficiently and with great attention to detail.     This was my first time using Shahood & Sons and I was so impressed! Everything from making an appointment to getting the problem fixed was easy. Ryan and Demetri were both nice, polite, and explained to me how they fixed my tub stopper and a water shutoff valve. They also let me know how the new parts work before they left. I couldnt be happier and will definately use this service in the future.

    I had a small leak between my main floor and basement ceiling. I called Shahood and they sent Quentin out within an hour. He found the leak, fixed the leak and solved the issue immediately.     We had a kitchen sink that backed up at my wifes family daycare, and being a business we needed a quick resolution. Shahood & Sons was out there in less than 2hrs and repaired the backed up sink and had my wife back in business like it never even happened.     Feel like I’ve finally found a solid plumbing company with these guys. Started out getting multiple quotes for random jobs and they were often the cheapest. They showed up on time and did a great job. When they weren’t the lowest option and I went with someone else, the difference was noticeable! Great family company, highly recommend.

    Shahood & Sons plumbing made my dreams come true. We are in the process of building our forever home and we are very new to the building process and they have simply been the best with price, communication and work completion. We have met with so many companies from framing, siding, roofing, electrical work, site work, you name it and Shahood and Sons continuously checked in, touched base, went above and beyond and were the best! From the owner, all the way down to the newest member of the crew, they were all so patient, kind and knowledgeable about their work with our house and us as people.

    Mark and his crew came out and fixed our drain they also installed a fujitsu unit and it was done in a timely manner.     This is the HVAC company you need to call.What I suggest is before you even need to call them you write the name and contact number on your systems so you will never have to think about it again.Imagine this: there is a heat wave, you have 2 A/C systems and both have stopped working. You have place call after call and no one even gets back to you . My age bracket puts me in the catagory of at risk during heat waves. I have slept for over a week in the basement with fans... Shahood Plumbing was recommended to me, and my call was answered by a polite and humorous receptionist who put me at ease and sent my new best friend Cody to my how 3 days later. 2 days after that (parts were needed) had my a/c on, and hat educated me how the system works, why it works that way and what I needed to do.Educate, guide and repair with compassion and patience.The next time you ask yourself where are the ethical contractors, tell them they are at Shahood Plumbing and Heating

Cam and his team did a great job with the installation. They were friendly, respectful, and completed the job on schedule. Behind the scenes, office manager Amanda was extremely helpful with scheduling and completing all the paperwork for the MassSave rebate. Finally, we need to give a special shout out to Cody.     I have always used and recommended Shahood & Sons for their quick response and honest work, but they recently went above and beyond for our family when one of their employees, Quintin, correctly identified the smell of our electrical panel burning. Despite this being outside of his workload at our house that day (and in no way related to anything that they did - it was a solar company issue), he was diligent and calm and stayed with us until the issue was properly addressed and saved our house from potential fire. We have a family, and I cannot tell you how grateful we are for the extra care that was taken for us in this bizarre and extreme circumstance. Of course, they also completed the job they intended to do in a professional, prompt manner. Honestly, you just dont get people who care all that often these days, and these guys care. They are the absolute best.

    My furnace decided to die on me after 8 years in the midst of freezing temps. Calls to my regular HVAC service provider put me on an emergency wait list with earliest available a month away!     The best. Would give 6 stars if I could. Used them for a heat pump install, boiler replacement and new hot water tank while taking advantage of a Mass Save loan. Quick, competitive quote, offered great advice and helped with everything along the way. I received a half dozen quotes (and this is my second time doing a heat loan), but they are by far the best. Great staff and have already referred them to two local friends for smaller jobs (who are totally satisfied). They even took a few minutes to pet my dog every day 😀.

    Five Stars across the board. Andrew and Aiden were on time and prepared to work. They listened to my explanation of the issue and diagnosed the source of the leak in short order. They explained the recommended repair in terms I could understand. They completed the work diligently and cleaned up after. The cost of service, repair and parts was very reasonable. What more could you ask for? Simply excellent.

    We have worked with Shahood for a lot of repairs. They are always responsive, professional, reasonably priced and friendly. Most recently we had a pipe burst in our bottom floor. We called at 7:04 am. A team was at my house by 7:50am. The pipe was fixed and replaced by 8:50am. Team was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond.Cant recommend highly enough.

    I had a shower that would neither turn on or turn off and the water coming out was scalding hot. I called several plumbers and no one could help me for weeks. Shahood Plumbing came the same day!!! They fixed the problem and a few other plumbing problems I had been meaning to address. The plumber also pointed out a fairly big concerning issue at my water shut off that needed to be addressed. The people I dealt with were fantastic. I am very glad I called them and would absolutely call them again and recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

    There is nothing much worse in appliance land than discovering your hot water heater has failed. I called Shahood and Sons after another reputable company quoted what I thought was an exorbitantly high price to install a water heater. Shahood was here within an hour of my call, had a new water heater installed in less than 24 hours, and did it all for HALF the price the other company wanted to charge. Their customer service is outstanding; from the lovely woman who answers the phones to the men who came to do the work, everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. Mark, the owner, even called me himself, answered my questions, and explained my options in detail. We haven’t been so impressed with a company in a long time; they have earned a customer for life.

    Shahood - and specifically Cam and Cody, did an outstanding job. Furnace was not turning on. Another company came in, played around and said best thing was a new furnace. (No diagnoses of the problem). Shahood had a lower diagnosis/trip fee and actually diagnosed it and fixed it all for 5% of what a new furnace would cost. Outstanding and honest.
