    I am so grateful for Odean and Ideal Air. My boiler wouldn’t turn on and I had no heat. Odean was able fit me in last minute. He arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problems that another company created. I have an STR and had guests staying at the house, Odean understood the importance of ensuring the heat was taken care of especially because this is a business.I can’t express how appreciative I am for the service and I HIGHLY recommend Ideal Air to anyone looking for HVAC services. Odean is definitely a true professional and does amazing work!

    Thanking the heavens for Ideal even though it cost us $700! Instead of annual maintenance, we needed an oil pump replaced. Odean, per usual, handled the job and our questions thoroughly.     It was almost a blessing to see the technician, Kevin showed up earlier than the expected time when our AC unit not working during the heatwave! He did call us before he came. Kevin was patient in explaining to us what he did and found. He explained the various service plans for fixing and maintenance of the unit. He was professional, polite and thorough.     We had our oil burner blower fixed. Super grateful to Aderito from Ideal Air. Very bright and hardworking guy. Our previous company said that the blower is stuck and we need to replace the whole unit + AC for 11K. Aderito pulled the blower out and replaced it with a new one for 1.5K. Super polite, explained everything, worked till 8:30 pm until everything was done. Cant be happier about them. After 3 days with no heat, I am so thankful that there are real professionals in the field!!

    It started with an AC problem and ended with a full replacement. It took a few rounds of calls to figure out how to reach the right contact through the main line. But it worked well once I was able to text the manager directly. The manager was responsible and took my concerns seriously. The installation did not go as smoothly as I expected due to some unexpected matter, however the manager was able to present multiple options to have the problems solved timely. The technicians were all very kind and always showed up on time and worked hard. They also listened to my suggestions and took actions accordingly. At the end, I was happy to have a brand new set of AC and gas furnace to enjoy for the coming years.

    Aderito was very professional , knowledgeable, and corteus. The girl who answered my call was very kind and did everything possible to get me attended to that same day since our heat wasnt working properly. I had call previous companies and they had very limited availability and outside of my schedule time. Aderito communicate very clear on every step.     As parents of a newborn baby, we were desperate when the furnace went out, the temperature was sub zero and our inquiry calls were turned down by several service providers. Odean and his colleagues were kind of accepting us and scheduled an appointment on the same day. He arrived quickly and did an excellent job of repairing the furnace. More than that he offered constructive suggestions on many equipments. The service is professional and the price is reasonable. I strongly recommend their service.

    I hired Ideal Air HVAC to clean out our lengthy dryer vent hose, most of which is located in our 5 foot basement. They called me at 7:30am to to see if they could start early (8am). I had specified a 9 am start so that I could take care of my 75+dog beforehand, so I said no. When they arrived, they realized there was no vacuum in their van. 35 minute delay to pick one up at their office.Once the vacuum was set, Kevan and Vinny were quite efficient. They were kind enough to do additional vacuuming in the basement for me. I would recommend them for any dryer vent solutions needed.

    Great experience. The AC technician Odean was friendly, professional, knowledgable, honest, and quickly provided an affordable fix when other outfits had told me to expect a gigantic bill to replace the entire AC system. When I was confused or unclear, he was patient with me. Planning to set up a maintenance contract with these guys to avoid stress in future.

    Their technician arrived 15 mins early to service our dryer vent. He did the job in about 45 minutes, and left everything meticulously clean. He took pictures of the areas that he cleaned, and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. Though I had to play phone tag with their office staff several times before confirming our appointment, I will absolutely hire them again!

    Had a great experience with Ideal Air HVAC. I had a problem with the heating my house and need urgent service. They sent Odean early next morning even though he had another appointment at 8 he came by at 7 to my home and fixed the issue. Then the next day came back and did regular service.     Odean was very friendly and informative when he came to look at our AC unit. One of the best technicians that we have ever had. He was able to correct the issue and had us up and running again in an hour. The bill was within reason.     Kevin did a great job fixing our daughters A/C system. We were able to get a same-day appointment, and he figured out the problem and installed the needed part (which he had in stock). Poor guy had to spend lots of time in the very hot attic doing the repair, but that did not deter him. Thanks for all the hard work! We also liked the excellent communication we received: email and text notifications after we booked the appointment, when Kevin was en route (including his photo so we knew who to expect), and a copy of the invoice and receipt by email. Excellent service! We will definitely use your company again!

    I booked an emergency appointment when the installer wouldnt come out because it was a holiday weekend. Odean himself came out and performed the service of finishing a job that shouldve been done as part of a new system install. He knew exactly what the problems were and proceeded to preform the repairs. The booking system and communication is refreshing knowing exactly when theyre going to get there. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again

    Excellent, fast, professional service. I called when my gas furnace suddenly went out during a snow storm. They were willing to come out on the spot for a very reasonable price. The boiler ended up coming back on, but I set up an appointment with them for the following day. The technician arrived even earlier than anticipated and was very courteous. I dont have much experience with furnaces, so he took me step-by-step through how the furnace should work as he checked every part. In the end, he ended up doing a regular maintenance and replacing a part, all for a couple hundred dollars. He even didnt charge me any extra for the evaluation and gave me a discount on the part that he replaced. I was very happy with the service and the professional demeanor of the technician and would recommend Ideal Air to my friends and family.

    We returned from vacation on Sunday to find our A/C was barely working on one unit and not working at all on the other. I called a few places today (Monday) and got appointments for 7-10 days from today. Its 90+ today with 72 degree dew point. I called Ideal at 8:30 and they said theyd be out at 10. They called a bit later to say that theyd be later as the tech needed to assist at another site. He showed up at 12:30. This was amazing when everyone is trying to get AC help in this heatwave. Its now 3:30 and the house has starting cooling nicely. I cant thank Ideal and their tech Kevin enough for coming out in this awful weather and working in the oven-like attic to get us cooling again.

    The technician (Kevin) arrived on time and cleaned each of the indoor unit vents - vacuuming and sanitizing thoroughly. They even sealed up some of the holes in the ducts which were leaking cool air. Replaced the dryer ducts and tested the condensation unit in the attic. These guys are very methodical and answered my questions. Glad this is done.

I always felt gouged by the local HVAC company Ive used for 20 years without making an effort to try someone new, so I Googled and found Ideals outstanding reviews. Were of course thrilled to have our furnace working properly again thanks to their dogged determination to resolve a particularly vexing issue.
