    I needed to replace a hot water heater on a rental property that I own. The property in question is approximately a two-hour drive from where I currently live. Travis & Sons removed and replaced the heater with no hassles keeping me informed by phone on the progress of the job. They responded and took care of the problem on the same day I contacted them, keeping my tenants inconvenience to a minimum. Tenant was completely satisfied with the job. Great job.

    We had a Kohler Shower Faucet that quit delivering hot water while we have company in town. I tried all the easy Youtube solutions and nothing worked. I wasnt about toattemp to replace the cartridge myself. My wife called Travis & Sons late yesterday. Corey came out today and confirmed the cartridge valve was bad. He replaced it and got everything working properly. We are very impressed. We used a different plumber for a problem last week and they really overcharged us. Travis & Sons is our new plumber company! Corey was friendly, efficient and showed me everything he was doing. We are really glad we found them. Thanks to Corey my sister-in-law doesnt have to take a cold shower!

    Superb service. It may take a few days before one can get an appointment, but the wait almost assures you a true expert in his field. We had the pleasure of Cory remedying a number of issues this old house has had. Cory explained exactly why we were having the problems we were experiencing, what he would do to fix them, and showed us how much it would cost, before we signed. I highly recommend this company, especially if they hire such pleasant, knowledgeable, and hard-working young men as Cory.

    Called Travis and Son’s after hours for a water heater tank failure I came home to. Matt was awesome, patient, and extremely helpful! Provided me with replacement options to chose from with pros and cons and Casey was here the next day to remove old tanks and install a new one I decided on, a Rheem Marathon. These guys are local to Fountain Hills, AZ, super friendly and very professional. I won’t be looking for a plumber should I need one again as I will be calling Matt at Travis and Son’s. Thanks guys!

    Matt is a true professional from start to finish! He genuinely cares about us and was so helpful and knowledgeable as we worked through our list of issues.     We had them come out to replace a toilet for us - they actually picked up the toilet and brought it to our house. Several weeks later, our other toilet started leaking. Came out again and after looking at the toilet and potential issues - we decided to replace it. The plumber drove into Scottsdale (we are in Rio Verde) and back to pick up a new toilet, installed it and charged the same amount as the first toilet. When I asked if we needed to pay more for the diagnostic time and drive time he said no, that was not your fault. Wow! I was fully prepared to pay for diagnostic and drive time, but we were just charged the flat rate to install the toilet. Always happy to find honest businesses that know that treating the customer well has bigger payback than padding the bill. I know who our new go to plumber is. And I will tell all our neighbors as well.

    Our downstairs was filling with raw sewage, you can not even imagine the NIGHTMARE! 4 other companies said the soonest they could get there was 2 weeks. Even the company that I use for my rentals did not attempt to help me. Mind you, toilet was overflowing and the shower was filling up.The awesome lady that answered the phone was so kind and empathetic. She told me would try to move some jobs around and have someone come between 3 and 5.Matt arrived at 5, and the job was a nightmare. I am an engineer with extensive construction experience, and I could believe the illogical manner that previous plumbers had remodeled the old house. It took Matt hours to figure out what was causing the problem because of previous work that didnt make sense.Matt toughed it out and was determined to resolve the problem before he left! He trudged on until 10 PM, but HE FIXED THE PROBLEM ! Thankfully we were able to clean the place the next day. I admire Matt for his hard work and determination. The poor man worked until 10 just to make sure we were taken care of before he went home.I will now use them to repair my rentals. No amount of Thanks can express my gratitude.JUST AWESOME!

    I called, the response was polite and timing (next day) was great. They were later than scheduled but both the repairman and the office called ahead of time to inform and keep us apprised. The reason for only 4/5 stars was the unexpected final quote and invoice. $250/hr. * 2 plumbers = $500/hr. Is it worth it….(?)

    They fixed a leak in my shower, corroded pipes under my sink, and installed a dishwasher. These guys did a fabulous job on all three. They were meticulous, thorough … they did the job I would do myself if I knew how to do what they do. They provided a quote and stuck to the price they gave. Others challenges came up, and they asked first, gave me a reasonable price, and stuck to that. I love this company and will not use anyone else for future plumbing needs!

    Louis installed a shut off valve for our domestic water service coming into our dwelling unit. The work required cutting a hole in the wall and installing the valve in the wall cavity. The drywall cut was so precise that we are able to use the cut piece as a temporary access panel. The job was done quickly and Louis made sure that any dust was cleaned up. We want Louis back for our future plumbing projects!

    Great company !!! The owner answered his phone on a weekend. He sent Lewis out the very next day . Lewis is great to work with and does an excellent job of communicating what needs to be done.     Great service from start to finish. Called at 11:39am and received my receipt after work was completed 3 hrs later (sooner than I expected). Mark was very professional and had patience with me as I told him what tub faucet issues I was having. Louis arrived right on time and immediately knew what to do. No wall demolishing needed to repair what needed to be repaired/replaced which was what I was worried about. I’ll be sure to keep them in mind for future repairs or replacements!

Paul the plumber did a very professional job. Great workmanship and attitude. Even cleaned up area afterwards. Paul said thats the only way to do things. Was actually referred to Travis & Sons by a competitor.. I think that says a lot. Suggest using them on your next plumbing project. I certainly will be calling them again.
