    Saved my sanity And some money. Im extremely handy at fixing my own stuff but this shower cartridge was my Nemesis. If I started wrenching on it anymore I would have had to replace my whole shower. They arrived probably 30 minutes after I called them...on Sunday! Jared showed up. Super cool dude down to earth. He was chill, very patient, and always had a smile. I honestly thought I was going to have to have the whole shower assembly replaced. But he was able to get to the cartridge and only have to swap that out which saved me a lot of money. Thanks Cactus and Jared.John.

    From start to finish Cactus Plumbing and Air was great for me! Justin came to my home and answered all my questions and best of all didn’t make me feel silly for asking them which can sometimes happen. He took the time to explain things to me and really made feel like I was getting a great deal, which after asking around they really do offer the best prices which in todays economy people need companies like Cactus Plumbing. The service men came, did the work and even though they warned me in writing and verbally they would have to break some drywall to install the new until, they didn’t even do that which saved me money too! My house feels amazing! I already referred them once and will refer them again and again!

    My tech had been working since morning and came out late at night. He knew we needed ac for our business and customers and came out asap to ensure minimal down time. Blown fuse in Trane unit inside the unit and a couple minor fixes and we were good to go. Got a lot of pointers and maintenance advice. Amazing service. Tech had years of experience and it showed. Very thorough in checking for other issues just in case it was multiple problems. Great tech.

    Came home from out of town to find it 99 degrees in my house on 4th of July night at 8pm. I have pets so had to try to do something. Called cactus and told them the situation and they sent somebody right out. There tech Frank got right on it and by 11pm I had ac again. He was knowledgeable and fast and super friendly, especially for being pulled out at night on the 4th. I thought the price was reasonable for a holiday and will definitely be using them for all my ac needs. Thx guys for saving the night

    We normally work with a small, local plumbing organization in Fountain Hills. However, they had no one available to respond to our emergency needs yesterday. Enter Cactus Plumbing & Air. They are based outside Fountain Hills, but, while I remained on the phone, found one of their techs for us who was wrapping up a job Tempe. Jeff arrived about an hour after we called and took care of the problem efficiently. Jeff was was clearly experienced and capable as well as good at explaining what the problem was. I would recommend him for any immediate and complex plumber need you might have. Thank you Cactus and Jeff for a job well done!This was a pricy fix, but considering the need, worth it.
