    I installed my outdoor grill myself recently, but did not feel comfortable hooking up the natural gas line. I called Shadrach Plumbing and they sent Louis and his associate to do the job.     I had returned to my home in Fountain Hills after a lengthy time away and found a number of plumbing issues. I called Shadrach Plumbing as they are local. Shadrach responded and Tyler came over to fix my plumbing problems. He knew exactly what to do and had everything operating normally in a very short time. I was very pleased with the work and will call upon Shadrach to come to my rescue if I have future plumbing issues. I highly recommend their services.

    We had an entire home heat pump system installed by Shadrach recently. They were our second bid yet they tested and diagnosed the old equipment to make sure it was actually not worth salvaging. The bid process was totally low key and their price was very competitive. Two trucks rolled in early A.M and the techs had the old equipment out and new equipment in and functioning well by afternoon. The techs wore paper booties when on carpet and took no shortcuts: new junction box, new filter dryer, new smart thermostat etc. Overall a very stress free, professional install.Don W.     Weve had Shadrach do jobs big and small for us and were thrilled with their workmanship as well as the promptness and communication.Everything from installation of three custom sinks, two Toto toilets to finishing off a 90 % installation of a replacement garbage disposal.     Iā€™ve had Shadrach do work for me a few times. DeeJay was the most recent. He fixed a problem we were having with our cooling system. He was very open and transparent about what he was doing and explained things very well. Even helped me understand what I can do to help maintain the system.     We had a leak in the main line coming into the house that we thought might require jackhammering our garage floor to access and fix. Josh found an alternative way to get at the leak to fix it. We also decided on the spot to replace the water heater. Josh made a call and a new water heater was delivered within an hour. Workmanship was great, Josh explained everything he was doing, and they left with everything cleaned. BTW, his partner Daniel was able to change out an exterior faucet and flow control valve at the same time. We are extremely pleased!

    On a Sunday we walked out into the garage to find the floor covered from the hot water heater. Truthfully we were on our way to the Emergency Room - when it rains it pours! I was greatly relieved to have my call to Shadrach returned within 30 minutes, along with recommendations on a stopgap measure, and a visit scheduled for 8am the next morning. As a first time customer, I was very impressed with their responsiveness. The next morning, their technician Seth called enroute and arrived promptly at the committed appointment time. He examined the situation and explained the options to replace our failed heater, reviewed the costs, and completed the installation in a timely and professional manner. He was kind and considerate during a very stressful time. It was a pleasure to do business with Seth & Shadrach and I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing need.

    Very timely response and clean professional installation of two new hot water heaters and one recirculating pump to provide quicker hot water response. Also two buffer tanks to protect against possible over pressures. We were very pleased with friendly and knowledgeable technicians and their work ethic.     Our air conditioner quit working in the heat of summer while we were out of town. Our Home Watch Neighbor, Jeff Stack contacted Shadrach for us and scheduled the repair. Shadrach showed up as promised, identified the issue was a failed capacitor. They had the part in their van, made the repair and had our AC back on at a very fair price.     Searching for a great plumbing and cooling service? We had a minor issue with our bathtub drain stopper and other drainage concerns and needed a plumber to help diagnose/address our issues/concerns. Fortunately we found Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling through one of the Fountain Hills Facebook Groups. Many group members highly recommended Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling because they were professional, honest, friendly, and highly skilled.Tyler (Primary Technician) and Anthony (Shadow Technician) from Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling came out to evaluate the slow drain and removal of the drain stopper in our guest bathroom. They resolved both issues and then provided invaluable tips to keep our water shutoff valves and toilets functioning properly with our infamous hard water. We also had Tyler and Anthony descale and service our tankless hot water heater. We were only charged for the descale and service of the tankless water heater, the other items were considered a courtesy.We highly recommend Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling for their great communication, ease of scheduling, professionalism, on schedule arrival, and the quick diagnosis and resolution of our issues.

    Working with Shadrach Plumbing Heating and Cooling is always easy and stress free. They have a structured and well organized operating business. Ive worked with Shadrachs plumbers many times and I recently had the pleasure of working with Dee Jay on their HVAC side of business. He installed a mini split A/C unit in our garage. He had to cut through the sheetrock, usually a messy dusty job! His attention to detail and keeping everything clean was impeccable. I was VERY thankful to say the least. He left the job site perfectly clean and the install was nicely done. The unit works perfectly.!     Today Spencer did our annual HVAC inspection. He did a very thorough inspection of the AC unit and found that the compressor motor starting capacitor was going bad (they all eventually do, especially in the AZ heat). He was able to replace it on the spot saving us more headaches and cost down the road. Weve been using Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling since 2023 (for both HVAC and plumbing) and are very happy with the service and pricing. Everyone weve dealt with has been very friendly and courteous and explained exactly what they found. Highly recommended!

    I just moved to Rio Verde and needed a plumber to fix plumbing issues and install an on demand water heater. My friend in Fountain Hills referred me to Shadrach and I am so glad he did. They were always professional and yet still still very personable. I asked them to text me when they arrived and they never failed. They responded very quickly every time I needed them and their pricing was very fair. Louis was at every call and he took the time to research faucets for me that matched my existing, and I appreciated the quality attention to detail. Joshua, the owner, was hands on as well. They call themselves ā€œfamilyā€, but I felt like family to them as well. I have recommended them to my neighbors and will continue to promote their business.     I finally decided to remodel/update my laundry room, and when I removed the appliances I saw that the washing machine water shutoff valves were stuck, rusty and corroded. They had been perfect for forty-some years but were now most likely at the end of line. So I did a little research, read some reviews, and picked a local company called Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling. One of their technicians, Seth, came to my house. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and with a friendly demeanor told me exactly what he would do to remedy the situation. He then gave me a price which I thought was reasonable, so I said lets fix it, and within a short time my washing machine faucets were brand new. Overall the experience was smooth and painless, just like you always wish everything would be. Thank you Shadrach! Five stars!

    Needed expert plumbing due to a burst PEX section inside a wall. Made a call to 3 local plumbers in the area and Shadach was the only company that answered with a live person to talk to.     We experienced a water heater failure and pipe burst on a weekend. Our regular plumbers were not available to assist us. We called Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling and they responded immediately. Seth Free was the plumber who was dispatched, and he was an absolute model of skill, expertise, professionalism and dedication. Our home has two water heaters working in parallel, so we decided to replace the whole system. A big job, especially considering it was on a Sunday. He worked tirelessly to complete all of the work, and the owner, Josh, also came to lend a hand for while. Given the scope of the work, and the fact that it was a Sunday and these are plumbers, i expected a very high cost. But the final invoice was less than expected, and in fact very reasonable for the work performed. We couldnā€™t be happier with our experience with Shadrach. They truly went the extra mile for us.     I arrived home from vacation only to find my house was so hot my face was melting off like the guy in the first Indiana Jones movie. After some switch flipping and some of my favorite profanity choices, I concluded that there was a problem with the AC unit.I called this HVAC shop in the morning and explained my issue to them. I was advised that they would have a technician out with in a few hours to fix my AC unit.I would note that I called several other companies for repair and after the giggling and laughter stopped, I was advised it would be several weeks before a technician would be available to make a house call.The technician arrived a short time later and charged up the AC unit with refrigerant. I was advised of the issue with the unit and my house cooled down within a few hours of run time.     I built my home 20 years ago and everything has been great but have run into a few items recently. Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling has replaced both the hot and cold water cartridges in my master shower. The old ones were making a lot of noise vibrating in the wall. Theyve also performed a faucet repair in the guest bathroom, installed a brand new dishwasher and a new kitchen faucet and fixed an issue with my RO Filter. My hot water heater is 20 years old and I have never touched it. I may have Shadrach install a new one for me just because I am living on borrowed time. I almost never write google reviews so I just want to say you can feel confident with the integrity, honesty and quality of work. I have no financial interest in the company, just a happy customer.     A couple of weeks ago, I had multiple personal/household crises, capped off by my guest room toilet becoming a geyser.     Our master bath shower would not get hot and would just turn off when it got too warm. One plumber quoted us $2,000 to replace the valves and stated he would have to cut into the wall. I called Shadrach Plumbing to get a 2nd opinion. Richard from Shadrach knew right away what the issue was and we probably needed to replace the cartridge. He provided a quote up front and stated if we needed to replace the valves the cost would be about $1,000 and he wouldnt have to cut in the wall. Richard had to drive to Cave Creek to get the correct cartridge and within an hour he returned, replaced the cartridge and we have hot water again. The total cost was less than $400.00. Any future plumbing issues in the future I will call Shadrach Plumbing.

    Ridiculous prices - Too low! :-) The booking process with Christina was fast and easy. She was friendly and personable while also professional. They have excellent systems in place for reminder emails and text messages - they seem to be passionate about doing what they say and being transparent! Josh called 90 minutes before his scheduled time to say he was available to come early if convenient.We are newbies to the area, so were not sure what all our condo needed. He checked the A/C at our request and said that other than the filter, everything looked good. The filter for the Reverse Osmosis thingy in the kitchen got a clean bill of health. He could have easily done the mechanic thing and sold me new overhead camshaft megabyte defibulators for both. I appreciated his honesty in not unnecessarily upselling or cross-selling me. He also gave good advice about our hot water heater and did some work to regulate the water pressure.He checked out our original problem of a leaking water softener, patiently explained how and what a water softener does, and showed me how it worked. He will be back in a couple of days after I have run the system to either repair the current system or sell us a new one. As a security consultant, maybe I shouldnt say this, but I already feel comfortable enough with him to leave a signed check for whatever he thinks is needed.2 hours later, he was done. The bill was for less than $150!!!!!! That is ridiculous! I do not see how they can stay in business with such low pricing, but I am thrilled that they have figured out a way. Even with the standard gratuity that we added, he was still underpriced!Way to run an awesome business rather than doing lousy work while whining about supply chains or being short-staffed.     They inherited me as a customer from Joe Ciotta Plumbing. Called them the first time because of a water flow problem in our commercial building. They returned the call quickly and were professional. Theyve got a terrific texting system to confirm, and remind you of, the appointment. Also got a text on the appt day to let me know the name of my tech and that he was on his way.Jared was professional and polite, presenting himself with a smile and a handshake. He listened to the problem and asked questions as necessary. This time, it seems that I didnt actually need his help - he turned me over to the gentleman that inspects my backflow because he was pretty sure thats where the problem was (he ended out being correct). We walked through the steps of what if thats not the problem and how hed help after the backflow guy visited. I only got charged their visit-fee, which seemed totally reasonable to me.They have a secure way to accept your credit card payment when they visit, which I appreciated because our business is so small that I didnt bother to order checks.Pleased with my experience. I hope we dont need them again, but if so I wouldnt hesitate to call!

    I cant say enough about how great this company is. 2 days before Christmas we had a pipe burst behind our shower wall. My husband turned off the water to our house as it was the only way to stop the water. I called Shadrach plumbing, distressed obviously, as with kids and pets I cant have no water in the home. One of the owners answered and got service Technician Jared out within an hour. I was so relieved and impressed with the care, timeliness and professionalism with Shadrach Plumbing.
