Grant and his team did an AWESOME JOB!! We just moved into our house and found out our water heaters were 12 years old; the freezing cold showers we were taking make so much more sense now. Anyways, these guys did a fantastic job for us and literally bent over backwards to ensure we had hot water running throughout the house in time for Thanksgiving. Highly recommend!

We called this company due to having some wiring issues at the house. We were so happy to have Marco Bianchi as our technician. He noticed there were issues with our control panel where the wiring was not secured and it was faulty - causing our outside meter and control panel to pose a fire risk. He showed and explained everything to us and how he could fix it. We had an outdated surge protector and he recommended that we get a new surge protector with higher capabilities. He also installed it for us in a very neat manner.All in all, Marco is a very nice man. He explained everything to us and didn’t try to upsell us. He gave us options to help us save money. He was honest with us about what needed to be done. In fact, he helped us resolve lot of potential safety issues. Now we can sleep better at night. He fixed everything quickly.I would highly recommend this company and hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to get Marco as your tech.

Dillon Ashton was awesome!! He was knowledgeable, professional, and arrived right on time. He quickly identified and fixed the issue with a clogged pipe in our kitchen line. Dillon took the time to explain in detail about what the problem was, and gave us useful information on what repairs we would need in the future. Not only that, Dillon had a great attitude— he had to fix our clog on the roof in the pouring rain, and he didn’t complain once. Highly recommend working with Dillon, we will be calling him for all of our future plumbing needs!

I had one of their plumbers and one of their electricians come out. PLUMBING: Upgraded my old outdoor water faucet that was leaking and shooting water out everywhere whenever the garden hose was attached. He was very nice and detailed and made sure that I didn’t have any other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed before leaving. I will absolutely continue to use this company for any/all future plumbing/electrical needs. Photos of the old faucet versus the new one :) ELECTRICAL: Rey is “the king” for sure! What I thought would be a simple replacement of two nonworking electrical outlets turned out to be extensive troubleshooting on his end due to what sounds like some “not up to par“ previous electrical work on my home. Turns out it was a GFCI outlet that had actually had some burning on the inside wiring and a couple of wires connected the way they shouldn’t have been. He was beyond determined to troubleshoot and figure out the problem and fix the problem and in the end that is exactly what he did along with explaining everything in detail in “non-electrical person” terms the entire time! I will absolutely continue to use this company for any/all future plumbing/electrical needs. Photos of some of the old outlets versus the new ones :)

I cannot recommend TopTech enough! We were thrilled with the work they did installing lighting and switch plates at our house - an intensive job that involved climbing through a very hot attic, etc. They quoted us 3 levels of work/prices to choose from beforehand, and we felt no pressure whatsoever. Caleb, Tyler and Noah were extremely prompt, kind, and professional, and cleaned up everything once complete. Price was very fair, and we love the result. Would absolutely call them again for future projects.

Top Tech did some electrical and plumbing work on my house and their team did an excellent job. Marco Bianchi came out to assess the problem and was very professional and honest. He is obviously a very experienced and knowledgeable electrician. Marco answered all my questions and addressed my concerns leaving me with confidence in the work he planned to do. He set up a service date and they were right on schedule. Marco and Hector Aguirre showed up to do the work (there was another technician that I did not get his name). They did everything they told me to do and kept me updated along the way. There was some unexpected water issues and they immediately brought out a plumber, Jonathan Perry, who was also very professional and efficient with his part of the work. In the end they did exactly what they planned to do and they did a great job! Marco, Hector, Jonathan, and the other technician (apologize again for not catching his name) all did an excellent job and I will be using Top Tech Electric and Plumbing again in the future.

He even installed a washer 220 volt wiring fitting on the dryer that the delivery installers left off. He even recommended future circuit breaker box refurbishes for later.

Fantastic Plumber and great guy. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my plumber, Dillon Ashton with Top Tech, was. He showed up on time with a smile on his face and ready to start immediately. He had a professional look and a genuinely friendly demeanor. He diagnosed and found the problem in an amazingly short period of time and fixed it PDQ. In fact, he found it and repaired it so quickly that I almost felt embarrassed for calling him but I’m glad I did. While I am always sort of shocked by the price of repairs, they did a great job with both the repairs and all the communication of the issues and remedies needed. Mostly I probably just am a little old school on the cost, and they definitely provided all the justification and rationale for the required repairs. All in all a great experience.

December 23rd 2024 my sink clogged up at 7pm at night. I Found TopTech and they were the first to reach out, schedule an appointment, and visit on December 24th. Johnathan Perry arrived on time at the earliy provided window of opportunity (8:15 am), was clear in explaining various options, answered my questions in terms of root cause, and gave honest advice. He showed me a few things to help in future troubleshooting.His professionalism is appreciated and his expertise in the repair was done the first time around. We tested all respective repairs for the drain being fully unclogged, we tested the new sink dispoal and all of it worked. Again on December 24th. No extra Holiday Charge etc. I appreciate TopTechs promptness and professionalism. I will be using them again in the future.

Thanks Alex and Rob for the quick and professional service. We contacted TopTech Electric through Yelp and they responded immediately. While I was trying to replace a bulb from a high ceiling recessed lighting fixture using a telescoping pole, I inadvertently pushed the already-detached reflector out of the canister and into the ceiling. The ceiling is about 12 tall at the first staircase landing and I most definitely could save the money by crawling through the 2nd floor attic, hopping across several ceiling joists to reattach the fixture myself, but I rather pay a professional to do it. I know my risk tolerance. The quoted service price was reasonable and they were upfront about it. If you dont accept the quote, you just pay a $55 service call fee and theyre off on their merry way. If you accept, they wont charge the $55 service fee. And while they were here, I asked for a quote to modernize our electric panel and get our home up to modern code. Alex was able to quote me on the spot while Rob took care of the lighting fixture through the 2nd floor attic. Another company claimed they need to set up scaffolding and wanted to charge $350! What the heck?! TopTech charged far less than half of that! Well be reaching out to TopTech Electric once we are ready to move forward with our remodeling plans and have our panel upgraded. Thanks gentlemen! Not only that, I received a call 2 hours later from the TopTech Electric office to follow-up and see if I was satisfied with the work.

But he was honest and just pointed out that I had installed the breaker incorrectly lol. So instead of paying almost $600 for troubleshooting (of course i have the most expensive breakers), he just fixed my mistake and charged me almost $90. I will definitely be a return customer.

Tree roots damaged some connections to our main water line. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to get the job done so that we could have water running again and set us up to get the system rerouted.Eric R. and Anthony came the very next day and did the reroute job. Also very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They showed up a little before 10am and got the job done by 2pm. He arrived within the time frame provided. And, within 45 minutes, Dillan provided quick and professional service by finding the problem, providing a solution, and installing the fix. Only two negative comments that one was not their fault and the second is just a company policy that i understand. 1) Took a while to get the service done (storms in the area made demand for service above their ‘ability to keep up - not their fault.) 2) it was very expensive. (They told me the cost beforehand and i agreed to it. Also to get quality people you have to pay more. The quality of the technicians were top shelf. The communications with the company were great as well. Sent photos of technicians before so you had a safety check. Really loved that.

We all feared it was a slab leak until the installer Eric came out to perform diagnostics on the issue. I was taken by surprise when I had to get a new electric panel. I got 3 estimates and I chose TopTech Electric. I’m so glad I did. They were on time, worked very hard all day, were efficient and all very professional and personable. Marco and Tyler were just great!!! Top Tech replaced my electrical system two years ago, and when I had a partial outage this week, their immediate response was excellent. The manager called me to walk me through some steps to confirm the outage.The next day, Rey Vargas came to check my system and knew immediately how to resolve it by turning my sub panel breakers on. Rey took the time to educate me on how the system works and he was extremely patient and professional answering all of my questions.The company did not charge me for this simple fix which was a great relief to me.Thank you for the super speedy response and excellent service by the manager and Rey.

If youre looking for an electrician, look no farther! David Acevedo and his coworker from Toptech was professional, on time, and honest. I wish wed gotten his coworkers names too because they both done a terrific job. David came on time to give us a quote and was also on time to do the work when hired. We are converting a detached garage into an office so they meticulously done the work into the evening and came back the next day to finish up the last details so it can pass the citys inspection. The price was very reasonable. They cleaned up everything as well. We will definitely use them for any future projects in our home.

Great customer service from Caleb today who helped me address multiple small electrical issues in my home! We ended up replacing a couple breakers and installed a home surge protector system to address voltage spikes from the transformer feeding power to my house. Ill continue to monitor, but things are working sell since his visit this morning. I will also be recommending Caleb and TopTech to any of my neighbors that might be experiencing similar issues.

Alex did a great job!! I made a request through yelp on Thursday night and got a response Friday morning and was able to get an appointment for the same day. He came over on time and helped me installed 3 ceiling lights, 1 ceiling fan and 3 breakers. He even helped me changed a couple of light bulbs on a high ceiling for free. Super professional and fast! Highly recommend!
