    I called Mr Electric to get a Tesla Wall connector installed, they came out the next day. Cody Ables did an amazing job explaining options available and pricing.     Jayce was very professional and friendly. He also did a safety inspection on my home, and told me about a few others things that he would suggest. He installed my ceiling fan in a timely manner, and cleaned up after himself.

    The guys who came out to do work on my home were absolutely outstanding! One guy name was Ray and i don’t remember the other guy name. They were very very professional and very knowledgeable about their job. They made sure i understood every detail and always asked questions to make sure i was satisfied throughout their contract here. They gave me recommendations on what they thought would make my home safer as well, regarding electrical issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. I really really appreciate those guys and wouldn’t hesitate asking for their services again if needed.     Cody did an amazing job. I had scheduled an appointment the day before for first thing and the morning and that’s exactly what I got! As soon as he arrived he was explaining to me throughly the steps we would take to see where the issue was. He was able to detect there was something likely wrong with the breaker and gave me the next steps to solve it. He replaced my breaker and finished in about 30 minutes! Had my ac going back up in no time since it was the breaker. Overall great job Cody.

    Mr. Electric did a fantastic job helping us fix the wiring in our daughter’s room. After several years of the fan light flickering we were thrilled to get it fixed. Our Electrician Jayden had same day availability when we called to come out and assess the problem. He was able to quote us the same day what the job would take and to our delight had availability that week to do the job. Jayden & David did an excellent job in not only fixing our wiring problem while also being respectful in our house. They did a great job cleaning up including moving furniture back. I really appreciate that they helped make sure the room was ready for our daughter to return and highly recommend their services for anyone else looking for an electrician!

    I spent about 5 minutes explaining the problem and Josh Leuty immediately knew where to start looking! Expertise and professionalism were evident, as he was able to clearly explain what the issue was in an effective and simple manner. After conversing with Josh a bit I requested a quote for the addition of two outlets and Josh was able to adapt and present a satisfactory quote to install everything!     OMG! I can’t even say enough about Aaron Alford, his assistant and Mr. Electric. I had an emergency when a tree fell on the power line to the house and basically disconnected my house from power! Talk about desperate and me having surgery scheduled the day after this to have to come home to recoup to a powerless house!? Aaron was out immediately after we called the company and checked the damage and gave an estimate. Immediately the next day, obtained permits needed and following spent ALL day re-doing my entire electrical panel 7am to 4pm. He did everything that could possibly be done as soon as it could be done-permit wise, waiting on city inspector, waiting on Oncor He did great work and my new panel is above code ready for another 20years! I was especially grateful that even when done-and I am sure ready to go home-stuck around to explain all of it to my insurance adjuster who was on his way! I will always use Aaron and Mr. Electric for any future electrical needs for sure. Call him and them, they definitely believe in GREAT SERVICE!

    Travis is an excellent tech! First off he arrived even earlier than expected which was great. Can’t beat that! He also took his time to understand my problem. When the breaker box that needed to be replaced was not in stock he found a way to work around it and saved me a ton of money by doing so. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He took his time dealing with my home warranty company to help get my repair paid for as well. He’s just awesome. Very glad to have someone I can trust working on my electrical system.

    Moises Guardiola Fixed Operations Director here at Black Eagle Autos. I have to let you & your company know that Ally Dingman is perhaps the Greatest asset your team has. Yesterday 12/17/24 was the worst day a Shop like mine has ever faced. Half of my shop had no power. The 1/2 that did not have power was all my computers & compressor. If you dont have them then you cant assist your clients. Ally was So calm & assuring that no matter what she could have a tech here by the morning. She also advised me to contact Oncore to see if that was our issue. I did & it was a Oncore issue. Regardless due to Her & her Alone you will always have my business in the future.     I purchased an EV and wanted to get 60a service to my garage. This was the 2nd or 3rd company that I tried, but ultimately ended up choosing Mr Electric due to their quick response and immediate availability. Dylan came out the same day and quoted me for the job and answered all my questions. I originally told him that I wanted a 14-50 outlet, but after he left, changed my mind and wanted a 6-50 outlet. A quick email and a description of what I was wanting to do was all it took to make the adjustments. Dylan and crew came out and installed the service and with 2 hours to spare. He ended up taking the 2 hours of labor off the quote since it was a quicker job than he originally expected. Seemed upfront and honest. Pricing seemed a little high compared to others, but the quality of service and attention to detail warranted the additional cost, for me. I am very happy with the service and everything looked very neat (electricians code).

    Travis Carter was our electrician and did an excellent job. Replaced defective light fixtures and bypassed the ballast on some fluorescent lights so we can now use the long lasting LED lights.     I wanted 4 motion sensing perimeter lights installed and a flood security cam and was initially stumped by the sticker shock so to speak especially for the first install which was more than double the price for each additional light. In all fairness however, I hadn’t had electrical work done in 15 years or more and there are “electrical” safety issues to contend with to start, I’m sure. The fact that I needed lights & home security, needed to improve the electrical health of my older home, and last but not least, having Nathan M. the electrician show me several possibilities that Mr. Electric with its many years of a solid reputation & experience could offer me and I could comfortably afford was the icing on the cake that eased me into doing the project the same day plus a few more electrical improvements! Nathan was very patient from the get go and listened to my concerns and expectations. He worked it seemed tirelessly all day through the evening including having to find & replace a missing bracket and proper screws in his van, plus having to work in the attic in the heat of Texas summer!     We were very pleased with David. He did a variety of electrical projects we have deferred for several years. He replaced our faulty smoke detectors which were 25 years old.     When I called for an appointment, Mr Electric immediately sent Shaun Howard came, gave me an estimate of what for a celing fan and 2 hall light fixtures and completed the job fast and efficiently. He is so nice and professional and was great to work with. Will use him again.

    Chase was very nice and professional. He answered all my questions and I had many. Very easy to work with and helped in regards to fixing what was priorty and what can wait, made me aware of items to keep an eye on, and never pressured me into getting something I didnt want or need.

    Dylan was polite, salt of the earth kinda guy. He was also very informative of the best location to setup my new ceiling fan. He did a full inspection of my home to make sure everything was working properly and made some recommendations. He was fast and cleaned up after he was done. I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of, it felt like a friendly neighbor was in my house. I will definitely use Mr. Electric again!
