I’m so incredibly grateful to Jerred at Comfort Experts, who came through for me again in a pinch — for the second time this week!Jerred had returned to perform some pre-scheduled cleaning on my outdoor HVAC unit when a dispatcher from a nationally-known home improvement store arrived to deliver and install my new dishwasher.Well, as this dispatcher began his work, he noticed that my water shut-off beneath my kitchen sink was broken and wouldn’t shut off all the way. He informed me that he was unable to proceed further until it was fixed, told me to call him once that had happened, and then asked me to leave him a good review on Google.Then he walked out my door and left me with a partially-unboxed dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen, and several new problems to solve.Already familiar with Jerred’s knowledge and proficiency from my previous work with him — as well as Comfort Expert’s reputation as both an exceptional HVAC company AND a plumbing repair service to boot — I walked outside to where Jerred was finishing up and explained the situation.Not only was Jerred able to solve this unexpected dilemma by fixing my water shut-off valve, but he also installed my new dishwasher for me — so I didn’t have to call Mr. National Brand Dispatcher to come back and do it.But honestly — I’d much rather spend my money with someone like Jerred, who knows his stuff, provides excellent customer service, and goes above and beyond for his clients.And if this is the kind of stellar employee that Comfort Experts has on their team, why on earth would you want to go anywhere else?(I’ve included some before / after photos of my newly-cleaned HVAC, as well as some shots of plumbing work in-progress and my brand new dishwasher!)

Kellen came to our home to diagnose an issue of not cooling very well. He serviced our unit inside and out. The service & the diagnostic was only $17.00He diagnosed our outside Trane system as struggling to maintain an efficient cooling to the inside unit (the compressor was on its way out).The inside unit was diagnosed that there a few pinholes in the condenser.He suggested a new more efficient unit inside and outside.We agreed, he told us that a representative ‘Don ’ would be over later that afternoon to help us pick our new unit. There was no high pressure sales at all.Two technicians ‘Chris & Alex’ came over Saturday to install our new system.They worked for eleven hours taking the old units out and installing the new system.They both asked if there any questions we may have at each step of the installation.The new Amana system comes with a lifetime warranty, that’s almost not heard of in this day and age. Alex explained that if we have any problems in the future that we are covered.Comfort Experts is now my go to A/C company.

Ian was a true blessing today! I’m a New homeowner and only been in my home since April. So it was a huge surprise that i was having issues with my toilet backing up into my tub! Recently I had a great referral from Angie’s list and decided to do the same to find a plumber. Comfort experts were the first to call and Rebecca was extremely helpful in setting appointment. Within the hour I had a knock on my door and was greeted by Ian and his personable smile! Although I was hesitant to proceed after the quote Ian assured me that he was knowledgeable and his integrity spoke volumes! He treated me like a human being first and customer second which confirmed I made the right choice in moving forward with him completing the repair. Furthermore, Ian kept me informed with exactly what he was doing and completed the job in under an hour. In speaking to him I found out he was a Veteran which further explains why I absolutely love this guy! Ian you ROCK and I really appreciate you!

Thorough explanation of how our system is operating, and recommendations provided for routine maintenance and additional services that had clear explanation for why. We have been with this company for 11 years and counting. Every single time the service person gets here, they are clean, courteous, knowledgeable, transparent with all the info, etc. They are truly a 5 star company throughout.They take care of all our a/c needs and since we have a service agreement with them ($20/month) they come out 2 times a year for a checkup and cleaning, and service discounts. This company takes all the questions out who to call for a/c, plumbing and electrical.You cannot go wrong with this company!

In 2014 I remodeled the full bathroom and that involved placing the thermostat to the Amana HVAC in a different location. The unit has had issues with where the thermostat was placed. Justin was thorough in his assessment of the problem and agreed that the thermostat, where it now is, does not get enough return air to accurately judge the temperature in my home. He suggested a location that would resolve this issue and will move the thermostat next week. I expect to see a very nice drop in my electrical bill.Justin completed the relocation of the thermostat to the living room. The unit is now cycling on and off and the temperature in my home has improved tremendously. So glad I found Comfort Experts Inc. after I googled Amana dealers in the DFW area.

We were nervous because of our financial situations but, we all know the triple digits are coming soon so it was a must. Just so you know, Im reserving 5 stars until I see how their warranty program holds up. This company did a fabulous job installing the the new air conditioning unit on my primary home, so I called them to do annual mannual maintenance on our rental unit. During the servicing, they discovered that the capacitor was not operating properly. While no one really wants to hear that news, the good thing about this was that they were able to repair it at the same visit. No waiting for them to come back. Im not going to say that they are the least expensive company, or even moderately affordable. They are probably one of the two highest price points out there. But you get what you pay for and so far, I have been impressed with their quality of service and the professionalism of their personnel.UPDATE:11/14/24 Can you believe it? My second AC unit in my primary home also died (builders grade is horrible) so I called this company to take care of it since I was so pleased with thier work replacing the first one which I mentioned above. (And BTW I have not had any issues with the unit they installed previously. I bumped them up to 5 stars.) Daniel and Abel (I think that was the second technitions name) were friendly and professional! Just like with my first AC unit, they had to completely replace the unit in the attic as well as the outside compressor. They laid drop cloths inside to protect my carpet and floors and managed to get the interior unit up the stairs (which make a U-turn halfway up) and up the pull down attic stairs with zero problems and no damage to my walls or home. No one will ever say a full AC install is fast - it pretty much takes all day - but these guys never stopped and always appeared to be working quickly and efficiently. Daniel even took care of a problem early into the process when he found that his paperwork showed standard filtration instead of the in-line higher quality filtration I had requested. He took one look at my copy of the signed agreement and Oh yeah! Thats the Aprilaire one. You are supposed to have it. Well get that installed right away. He didnt even say he had to check with the office! And when they were done, both of them spoke to me and made sure I was satisfied with the install, that my Nest thermostat was still working in the app, and made sure any questions I had were answered. Great install team and a great company! This is the second time I have used them to replace one of my AC units and I have been completely satisfied each time.

Do not order the Tier One AC unit! It will not keep up with the Texas summer heat above 100F!! Their tier 3 unit (installed in my house) is much better and keeps up with the Texas heat of 110F+. Their tier 1 Goodman unit (which I brought for my daughters house) the temperature goes to 78F+ by early afternoon to continues well after midnight before improving. So disappointed!

They let me know when Im the next stop for the technician as well as when they are on their way/getting close. Fortunately, we have a service plan that has covered many of the expenses for no additional cost. We decided on a Level 4 heat exchange system, just good enough to be called Ultra High Efficiency, and were really looking forward to getting it installed.Edit - One Year Later:Our system has done an awesome job over the past year, saving money every month! A few winters back, before the big winter storm that left us without power, our heater stopped running. They were there as soon as possible and got us set up with a new ac/heater and got it installed. They have service plans where they come out once a year and check over your system. Ours had a 12 year warranty. A thingy on the outside unit went out over the weekend and they came out on a Sunday and got her working again. God bless Dennis, it took him about 15 minutes to replace the defective part and we were cool again within an hour. All it cost us was the call minus 20%. Simon was professional and friendly. He fixed the partial blockage of the drain on our heat pump. Also recommended I consider a compressor Saver which would extend its life. We are considering it. All the Comfort expert people are competent and friendly.

The service tech was great. He was friendly and professional. He had worked a long day before coming to our location and most people would have not been at their best. He was on his game the whole time. He was more then fair. He repaired the system and went out of his way to do his best. We went above and beyond what a person would normally do. On a 10 to 1 scale I would give him a 10 on everything.

Texted the customer service least night at about 8pm and they had a technician out today to help diagnose an issue. It ended up being something that will require a plumber and their plumbers are booked solid for a couple weeks so Im going with another company for the plumbing repair, but Ive been very happy with this company every time Ive used them. Will definitely be calling them again with any A/C related issues.

Thoroughly inspected and cleaned my compressors identifying defective capacitor as reason compressor has been making unusual noise when running that needed to be replaced. Showed me pictures of everything inspected and verified to be in good condition. Answered all my questions. Clean and friendly.

Had a furnace repair needed after I had a power surge that knocked out my main electrical panel. I called in the morning and they were able to come out same-day. Dennis was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offer me options for repair. All in all, it was a great value - so much so that I signed up for their maintenance plan. Will definitely be using them again (unfortunately) 😁.

Jose G and his crew did a fantastic job! All professional, pleasant and of course knew their stuff all was explained very very well !!This is the second system Jose G and his crew have installed for us in two days. Back to back. Each install posed their Own challenges due to how system was installed previously by some other company. Jose G did not get deterred. He quickly analyzed the best approached and explained how he was going to do each installed and explained why he needed to do it that way. Very very impressive. We are very very satisfied with comfort and their staff. All was cleaned and back in order after install. Very professional knowledgeable and personable. If I had 4 hands I’d give them 4 thumbs up!!! Thank you !!Today, March 2 2021, quality control person Theresa coe came out to our house to check out the hvac install previously described above.. this appointment had to be pushed by us twice due to weather and other circumstances on our part. Just to point out that the quality control would of been performed much much sooner after the install had it not been for us having to push appointments... so NO delay on comfort experts side. So anyway Theresa was so nice and professional .. checked all out and explained many details throughly.. very informative!I give Theresa Coe very high marks! She represented herself and comfort experts very well! Thank you so much!
