We had ceiling fans and switches installed that required new wiring. Arc Angel was easy to deal with and their bid was significantly lower than the next closest bid. They were on-time and on-budget. I took away a star because they had to enlarge a hole in the wall to add a switch, and they went a few millimeters too far so the hole shows a bit under the switch plate. Their cleanup after the work was pretty good, but we did have to vacuum and dust drywall fragments left behind. It would be more accurate if I could take away 1/2 a star. We will use them again.

Arc Angels to the rescue! Our almost 70 year old fuse box was giving up the ghost. Way below code. Scarily undependable. They came out, evaluated the problem, and scheduled a replacement box promptly. They replaced box, labeled the switches, cleaned up, and left us very satisfied with an affordable bill. My home is very old and delicate working hands was used by Arc Angels. Michael Wright director was very helpful in explaining all the aspects of the electrical and how to bring an old house up to code. I have fire alarms now I did not have and I feel safer in my old home now. Thanks to all the workers that work so hard to make this happen. They worked really hard putting it all in. This is a transparent honest company! I purchased a fan from Lowe’s and was told they would pay for labor. Lowe’s does not front the money for anything accept paying the service man at door. I am going to take this up with them to return my fees I incurred. While the service has been misrepresenting, Mikes team, with Chris, were polite and helped me pay for unexpected expenses out of my pocket. Their work is outstanding and I appreciate their work ethic and kindness.

This is the third time I’ve used Arc Angel Electric.The first time I had them install 2 Ring Flood Light Cams, 2 Chandeliers, 4 ceiling fans, replace all the light fixtures throughout the house, and wire electricity and add lighting to my shed.The next time I reached out was to install a Nest, replace 2 ceiling fans that another contractor broke, and change the bathroom light fixtures.Today, they replaced a faulty ring flood light cam, installed 2 other Ring devices, replaced my chandelier light switch with a dimmer, rewired the shed to accommodate a 6.26 amp mini split and added an AC disconnect. I asked them to replace the remote and receiver to a ceiling fan. They attempted to do so and let me know that the fan was manufactured in away that would not take a third party receiver. They checked their schedules to see if they could accommodate allowing me to go to Lowe’s to purchase another fan and have them install it while they were here on-site. They did, and I was able to get the fan replaced. After completing the work, they walked me through all the jobs to show me that they were done and to make sure I saw that everything was working. The guys were patient, knowledgeable, and very respectful. They wore foot coverings in the house, kept the doors shut and the cool air in, and were pretty quick. I’d definitely recommend Arc Angel Electrical Solutions for any of your electrical needs.

I called Arc Angel and was pleased and surprised that I reached the owner, Mike, who gave me, over the phone, a quote for the job that I needed done. He was so pleasant and nice, and they were able to come out the next day. The electrician, Chris, arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. The price was exactly the same as the quote. They are knowledgeable and seem honest. There is no it will be $60 to walk in and then I can tell you the cost. I definitely recommend Arc Angel and will use them again in the future. I was having a power outage issue in one room of our house that I just could not figure out. It ended up being a problem with a connected outlet in a different room. We never would have figured it out on our own! They discovered the issues and made the repairs quickly. Before anyone arrived at the house I received a phone call for clarifying questions, and was notified of the estimated charges upfront. This transparency was really nice and it was completely accurate! I’m not familiar with electrical work, so I don’t know how to rate the pricing, but I would say that it was worth the cost just for the professionalism and peace of mind they left me with. Michael and his guys were great and reminded me that their work is guaranteed so they can come back if I continue to see issues. I will be happy to use them in the future.

Our electric panel shut down on a Sunday eve at 6 pm. The whole house without electricity. Michael tried to give us pointers to get it back working via phone & Facetiming, but nothing worked. He then came out to the rescue within 20 minutes and got us up and running with a temporary fix for the evening (which was very much appreciated in the heat of the summer and also saving our freezer and frig items.) Their technicians arrived the following morning and replaced/upgraded our 35 yr old electrical panel. We were only down for 5 hours during the process. The price was very reasonable and competitive. The price quoted was turnkey (no hidden fees and sales tax was included). I highly recommend Arc Angel for your electrical services.

Eric was great installing 2 ceiling fans! I couldnt be happier! He had extra work to do because of my outdated previous fans. He was able to get parts and finish the job same day, the day before my July 4th big family gathering! He was very friendly, courteous, and professional.
