He came out when a dining room light came out of our ceiling and quickly accessed the situation. We have had him come out 3 times to our house and has always done an outstanding job! I found A M E Electric on the Good Contractors Page, didnt know what to expect and was in a pickle with the smell of burning wire/plastic in my Mstr Bedrm. Tommy was here very quickly after I telephoned and went right to work diagnosing the issue. He quickly found the issue of the nasty smell and what had caused the problem in the 1st place. He checked the wiring of all the outlets in the room and will be back to check the rest of the house later as the electrical contractor the builder used was very sub-par. Thx for your honest work.

Tommy and his crew did a great job. The work was neat and clean and exactly as discussed. The brand of panel in our house was known to breaker issues. We need to replace the panel and allow for additional circuits. Tommy replaced the panel and indoor and outdoor light. He was on time and on budget. I will use him the next time I need an electrician and would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

I went on the Good Contractors List looking for an electrician to install a 240v circuit in my house. I picked AME from their list. Tommy and Bo from AME arrived right on time. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the work site left spotlessly clean. Cost was very reasonable. Overall, I am extremely pleased with AMEs performance. I will definitely use them again for electrical work.

After reading a few positive google reviews on AME Electric I decided to go with them. Tommy was my electrician a very nice polite man, the place I wanted lighting installed over my island was a bit tricky I even had a electrician tell me it couldn’t be done. Tommy came in assessing the area and determined it in fact could be done and was able to get them up I couldn’t be happier!! If your still looking look no further he can get the job done RIGHT!

Tommy from AME has completed work for us on 3 seperate occasions now, with more to come, Im sure. He does great work at an honest price. I wouldnt go anywhere else for an electrician. Hes brought our old circuit breaker back up to code for us, moved several outlets, and moved/removed a few fans and lights for us as part of a remodel.

They had to stay longer due to a connect and reconnect on Oncors end and he could have factored that in to the final bill but Tommy the technician in charge stayed true to his word. I needed a new electrical outlet installed. I found A. M. E. Electric on the Good Contractors List. I called them with the hope they would be able to help me with in a day or two because I have another project that was waiting on the completion of this one. To my delight, Tommy Anderson said they could do it today. He actually arrived a little earlier than he said that he would. He installed the outlet that I needed. Everything was done professionally, looked great, and he left the area cleaner than when he arrived. The next time I need some electrical work done, I will call A. M. E. again.

Working with AME was/is a great experiance. It is so hard these days to find a service that does not overcommit and underperform. The crew around Tommy definitly exceeded my expectations. They brought everything they need for the job to the sight and showed up on time. If I had questions, they tried to explain it so even I understand.I am really happy with my new ceiling fans, porch light and garage light and I am looking forward to have my doorbell and pendant light installed soon.

We had two ceiling fans quit working and they needed to be replaced. We called Tommy with AME Electric and scheduled for him to come out and install new fans. He showed up on time, got the fans hung (no wobbling!), and left us with no mess! I will definitely use them again and reccomend them to anyone I know!!

There was a chance that we would have to cut into the wall to find the problem (outlets were out; however the circuit breakers never flipped), but he was ready to exhaust all options before doing that. Very pleased with services provided today with A M E electric. I had a pool pump motor that went out. I bought a new one off web and plumbed it in but could not get it to run. I thought with just two wires leading to motor it was 110. Previous house remodel contractor cut some corners. AME quickly discovered that I had 210 running thru lines - and with a few fixes like new breakers and good grounding had my motor spinning like a champ! Price was very reasonable and well under what I thought I would have to spend.

Tommy was actually recommended by a co-worker who was very pleased with his services. Tommy called and advised he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come 15 minutes early. I had two light switches replaced, an outlet repaired and a Bluetooth thermostat installed. Very pleased with his work, and have already recommended him to several other friends. I will definitely use again in the near future for several other projects I have planned.

Tommy, the owner of AME was fantastic. He showed up on time, diagnosing the wiring problem in our the main bath of our daughters house and ran new wiring, replaced a ceiling exhaust vent and light with a newer model which is very quiet.. He worked hard all afternoon correcting all of the wiring with new switches crawling into the very hit attic to correct improperly wired circuits. He also reinstalled a door bell transformer I had removed for the painters. He gave me a fixed price for labor up front , stuck to this and only charged for the new materials he needed. I am so impressed with his professionalism, efficient work and reasonable price. I would not hesitate hiring AME again. Thanks so much!
