Kevin with Royce Plumming was just fantastic! His estimate was 1 1/2 times less than another well-known local family owned and operated plumbing company. Our hot water heater pipe burst at 10pm and flooded my entire garage on a Thursday night. I called at 8 am next morning and Kevin had 2 of his amazing, kind, and knowledgeable guys(sorry I didnt get their names) come out to my house before 9am and restored our water in a matter of a couple hours and it was a big messy job as my pipe burst under my foundation. They fixed it perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. I will ALWAYS call Royce Plumbing for future issues 🤞🏻. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

The Royce Plumbing & Gas crew has done outstanding job for us. We needed to extend the gas line from the outside of our house into the laundry room so we can hook up our new gas dryer. After noticing something was amiss we called Royce Plumbing and they were at our house about an hour later. There was a leak in our hot water line right at the slab for the garage, found by HydroScout per Royces request. The following day they were able to cut the pipe and tie into it with new PEX lines through the wall. We were very impressed with the quick response time and affordable solution. They even fixed a small leak on a hose bib running to the washing machine and insulated the new pipes! Excellent customer service, we will call them for any future needs for sure.

When we noticed our hot water was leaking and caused some water damage, Royce had their tech out the same day to investigate. They soon installed a new hot water heater, which ended up being manufactured faulty, no fault on them. They had a tech out attempting to figure out the issue daily, one of which was here until 8pm. We finally have it resolved and have hot water. It is not common to receive great customer service nowadays, but this company goes above and beyond for their customers. I wish I could remember every techs name as they mainly dealt with my husband, but we appreciate you! We are glad to have a knowledgeable plumbing company to use again in the future.

I had a plumbing repair i attempted to do myself and realized i needed the assistance of professionals. I reached out to Royce Plumbing to assist me and they were able to send out two guys the same day within 3 hours of my request. The guys were able to fix my issue in a professional and competent manner. The price was very reasonable. They both had a pleasant demeanor and were a pleasure to work with. 5 stars guys you were worth it!!

I had a hot water pipe leaking behind the drywall in my bathroom. I called Kevin and he had a team of 3 guys at my house in less than an hour. They were extremely friendly, worked very well together and didnt waste any time getting the job done. The price was incredibly fair as well. Ill definitely be calling these guys when I need work done on future remodels. Also, ask for Aaron and/or Gabe, they really know what theyre doing.
