Scheduling was easy breezy. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They sent me an email and text with the name AND picture of the Electrician that was going to arrive, which was awesome. Awesome experience! Making an appointment was painless, Carolina was very nice...accommodating, friendly & professional.I was kept informed about arrival all along the way, I knew who to expect, as a photo was sent...which is an awesome safety feature in this day and age! Roman, the electrician could not have been nicer or more efficient, as well as professional and friendly. I will be using Paragon again very soon, and I cant recommend them highly enough! GREAT experience!Id give 10 Stars if I could!

The technician was prompt, reliable and professional in resolving my electrical issue. Few days later, Carolina contacted me for follow up and ensure the job was completed with full satisfaction. Wow! Made a call in the morning and very cheerful person answered and right away was asking what I need done. I explained that I needed three fans installed and that I was going out today to buy them She said as soon as you get them call me. Well I bought them and all of a sudden my phone rang and it was Paragon electric I was told there is opening this afternoon Roman was at my door and did a fantastic job and explained how they work.I was good to go. Great job Paragon sorry I forgot the name of the nice lady I spoke to on the phone. You guys rock!!!!

I had lost power and I thought it was related to the storm. 2 days later, a lot of calls to FPL, and it turned out my power had been cut by an electrician that didn’t match the meter numbers to the account they were working on! Roman and Stephan came out figured it all out! I really appreciated all the hard work and their persistence in getting my problem solved. They are a great company, on time and professional! Roman came out to help us install a new outlet in the garage for our old fridge. We wanted to make sure our panel could support the additional load, and also keep everything safe and up to code. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgable. Gave us a fair estimate and came back, on time, when he said he would. I highly suggest you call Paragon for your next electrician—we won’t call anyone else!
