When Hector arrived he listened to the humming noise my a/c was making after another company had installed a new motor two weeks earlier. He was able to determine the motor speed was set too high, adjusted it down thus eliminating the noise without affecting the output of the blower. Runs like a champ and is much quieter now. All of this took less than 30 minutes from the time he arrived to the time he left. Great service!

Ambassador is a great company. First and for most, they are always responsive and always very professional. I wish more service oriented businesses functioned like Ambassador Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Andy runs the business and he has always been very helpful, even helping me troubleshoot issues after hours, over the phone, for free. Hector the repair technician is a master at what he does. He finds the solution quickly and fixes it. He is friendly, outgoing, smart and very professional.We have two AC units in our home, and they’ve had to do some work on both in the last several years. As a homeowner it’s such a relief to know that such a reliable company is at your service. I would highly recommend Ambassador.Yesterday we returned from vacation, and found our main AC unit was not working. Ambassador tried to get a repairman out that evening, but couldnt’t, and Andy walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone. When that didn’t work, Hector the repair man was at my home, first thing in the morning and he found our problem and finish the job within an hour.They’re just a good and reliable and honest company. They have been to us a breath of fresh air as it is very difficult to find d and select a great HVAC company for our business needs. The staff is very attentive and listens to the reason why we are calling and what steps are needed to get the positive end results. Andy and his staff are super knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC and Andy will personally call me to discuss all options on either the Scheduled Maintenance or on any Repair that arises due to any HVAC issue. Their response time is outstanding and the HVAC Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Sam is very technical, knowledgeable, honest and passionate in doing the job right the first time. This company has been great to work with. They installed a new ac in our house 5 years ago and we have the twice a year service and techs are great, Tyler is the best! I had an issue today - a Saturday afternoon- with my ac, and called and spoke to Andy and he was super helpful- did some troubleshooting on the phone and asked me to call back regardless. ( turned out it was an electrical surge which caused a weird buzzing) but I couldn’t figure it out so he sent Tyler over and he took his time to go through the entire system and check everything, explain stuff and got everything working again very quickly. I also love that the techs wear shoe covers, since we don’t wear shoes in the house. They are always super neat and tidy and like they weren’t even there- except everything always works better after they are here. Always a pleasure to do business with them. They are prompt, reliable and professional but also personable. Thanks guys!Update: had a new guy, Ricardo, equally awesome and helpful and thorough, easy to talk to, awesome service as usual. It’s always a pleasure to have them at the house.

We have used Ambassador Air for over 15 years and in two homes. Andy and his crew are super easy to work with. Cassie and Tina in the office are always helpful and accommodating, no matter the issue. Hector and Sam are the main technicians I have seen lately, though there are others who are very good. I dont discredit the other technicians who work there. Over the years I have come to know these two, they are incredibly efficient and I trust their work and opinion on issues I have had in the past. We are very happy with their work and I continue to refer them to anyone who needs air conditioner work done.

I was having an issue with the HVAC UV bulb and my thermostat was unresponsive. It was my first time calling Ambassador Air Conditioning. They answered my call quickly and had a technician (Tyler) come out the same day (within an hour or so). This was great given the hot temperatures! I called Ambassador Air to check out our A/C at our condo unit and I couldnt be happier. They were out to the unit within an hour and were able to diagnose that what the problem was after some testing. Our expansion valve had failed, but when they went to pull up our warranty, no results came back. They could tell something was wrong and that the unit should still be under warranty based upon the manufacturer date. They took the extra time to research why by making some calls. They learned the A/C company that had installed the unit years prior had misspelled our last name when registering the AC, causing the warranty not to pull up on the manufacturers website. Ambassador Air called up the manufacture and got them correct their records and the manufacturer issued a corrected warranty. This caused the part to be under warranty, and saved me hundreds of dollars.I couldnt be happier and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

July 13th 2020 First and foremost, Sean showed up and was on time . The technician gave me a clear explanation of the situation I had and presented several options at different price points. In all, the kind of service visit I like to have.August 7th 2020 Sam arrived shortly after the estimated time. My AC condensate pan was full to the brim with water - almost ready to overflow. So, Sam first worked on the blockage. Since I am on the ground floor of a three-story condominium building, he explained that even having a float switch would not prevent my unit from having an overflow because the units above me would be backing up into my unit if there was a blockage in the line. He re-piped underneath the condensate pan to the outside drain along with several other things. In all, he worked very hard and diligently - and did what appears to me to be an excellent job.

My A/C was on its last legs and I requested and received a very competitive quote to replace it, the one problem, we are having a new roof put on my condo starting in Sept. and Ambassador and myself, wanted to try to keep the old unit running until the roof was done. Technicians came out 3-4 times to insure we had A/C, even installing small parts at no charge to put a bandaid on the old unit. They were extremely concerned about making sure we had A/C in hot south Florida and were there as soon as we called. We are having a guest in a couple of weeks and I finally decided along with Andy the owner that we should install the new unit and make sure the unit is ok once the roof was done. The service was above and beyond my expectations and I would call it truly PHENOMONAL!! Thank you Ambassador! YOU WERE A LIFESAVER!
