I cannot express how very satisfied I was with KPB generator services. They fixed my generator for a very fair price, they showed up on time and did an excellent job. This is the third generator company I have used over the years maintaining my whole house generator. It will be the last one I need to use because I am so happy with them. Once the permit was approved it was a very quick installation, they answered all our questions along the way and even replaced the sod after the tank was installed. Leighton was absolutely amazing during this entire process of quoting, executing the contract, coordinating the installation and helping us with all the final steps with our new home generator! Excellent service! Kind and helpful every step of the way. All the workers were polite, paid close attention to every detail as they performed their work and very careful as they worked on each aspect for every part for the electric, digging for the tank and delivery of the generator and the gas tank. I highly recommend this company! Installation completed yesterday 3-30-3023.

Pat, Junior, Tony, and Malik did an outstanding job.With the uppermangment in place, Im sure they have trained all their crew to do exceptional work.I am sure most generator companies do a good job installing new equipment, which is relatively simple and straightforward. But, I believe no other cookie-cutter generator sales and installation company are in the same league as KPB regarding problem-solving older units. Most companies will try and convince you that your generator is old and needs to be replaced as that is the simplest and most profitable way for them to go.KPB lovers generators, and they would rather repair an older geneator with multiple problems than sell you a new unit. They take it as a personal challenge and take great pride in resurrecting older units.If some other company tells you, you need a new unit; do yourself a favor and have KPB give you a second opinion, and if you need a new unit, get a better quote from them.
