    I’ve used Rex’s plumbing twice for my business in the past week (for different purposes) and they were amazing each time. Tyler did such a thorough consultation and estimate. I knew exactly what the plan was and there wasn’t any surprises. He was very professional and kind. Tyler and Jose ended up doing both of the jobs I needed done and they did a great job! They went above and beyond and kept me in the loop about everything. They were both so kind and helpful. I’m incredibly impressed and grateful. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

    Rex’s Plumbing was recommended by three different people. I was impressed with this company after my first phone call with Riley. My appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Tyler was prompt, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the solution. I was given a written estimate before work began and the cost was less than I feared! My fluffy pup absolutely loved Tyler and didn’t want him to leave. Tyler treated him like a buddy from the start. I’ve always trusted dog instinct and Zeke was spot on. I am very happy with my experience and will use Rex’s for all plumbing and HVAC needs. Happy employees say a lot about how a company is run; glad to find an ethical company out there!!!

    Called Rexs this morning when we noticed a leaking water heater. We were scheduled to have Terra come out 2 hours later! (Yes! There is such a thing as a female plumber!) Terra was quick about diagnosing that our water pressure to the house was far too high and quickly came up with a solution. We were given options and pricing was discussed prior to the work being done. Two hours later, everything was accomplished! It was a wonderful experience and resolved in the quickest of time. Five stars for Terra! And, many thanks! We will definitely work with Rexs in the future. A wonderful experience.

    Very positive experience with Tyler from Rexs Plumbing. Plumber came very promptly, figured out the complex issue with had with our shower, and was able to fix the other issue with sewage pump we just uncovered. Great service, nice people.

    Im clueless when it comes to pipes and water, all I know is my Garbage disposal is not working, sink constantly backing up on both sides and drains really slow. The tech (Tyler Robinson) showed up on time, great communication, very friendly, and my palmeranian pug dog even enjoyed his friendly presence and he likes nobody.....lol..... Tyler was easy to talk to didnt try over selling and explained everything to me as he worked step by step. New disposal is in and my sink drains quickly.     We used Rex’s Plumbing this past weekend and they really saved us! We had a leak in one of our water pipes in our basement crawlspace. Jose arrived at our house within 90 minutes (on a Sunday mind you). Jose worked hard in a very tight space and took care of our issue as quickly as possible. Throughout the job he was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed. Highly Recommended!

    My water heater started leaking last night. I called Rexs Plumbing at 8am. James, the tech arrived at 9am. He did an assessment & gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate. He went back to his shop, got the replacement water heater & parts. Started work at 11am and finished by 3pm. All work was done professionally. James did a great job.I am super pleased with how everything went. I Highly recommend Rexs Plumbing.

    The Rex plumbing service technician,Terra, was great. I appreciated her giving me an estimate before starting the work. She worked efficiently and went the extra mile to fix the leaking tub spout. She did a great job installing the new kitchen faucet. I definitely would work with Terra again.8/7 Kevin diagnosed our issue with delayed hot water at the kitchen sink and an exterior issue with the exhaust from the tankless water heater.     I am very pleased with Rexs Plumbing and Heating. First time using them and it wont be the last. From making the appointment on the phone, to the work that was done on my tankless water heater was very friendly and professional. Tyler was the tech that came to the house. Tyler is young and knows the business. I explained the problem we were having and very confidently took care of the problem with a phone call to a coworker for a second opinion before he started his work. I admire that. Tyler has only 6 years in the business but he is very smart, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Rexs Plumbing and Heating.

    Kevin was extremely helpful in analyzing the situation with the furnace and determined nothing wrong with it. We fired it up and it worked beautifully.     This is $1324.00 notice the clip holding the weight of the gas pipe in the air duct?Left the place dirty too.Would not call back,The gas bracket isnt even mounted flush to the wall.I am happy to say the owner came out and corrected the gas pipe and fixed the issues.

    Kevin from Rex plumbing came out to do service on the heater and make sure things were in working order for winter. He got into some trouble shooting spots but got the job done and replaced a new thermo coupler on the heater. Now we r good to go for the winter months ahead of us.     I called Rexs Plumbing to fix a bizarre issue with a leak in my basement that only occurred when I used my dishwasher. I couldnt figure out what was causing it because the dishwasher wasnt leaking itself. Tyler was amazing and troubleshot the issue down to a cracked part within the appliance that slowly leaked at the back of the unit, then leaked down to the basement. I highly recommend Rexs!!!

    I called Rexs concerning a plugged kitchen drain, at the suggestion of my sister, who had had a good experience with them. James was very efficient and nice. He worked to clear my drain, which was clogged at about 25 feet from the sink, and then he made double sure that it was clear and would not give me more problems. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions for keeping the drain clear in the future. I will definitely be calling Rexs again if I have other concerns.

    Highly recommend. We had a sewer back up into our mechanical room drain on a Sunday. Kevin arrived shortly after we called Rex and he fixed our problem. No up selling or unnecessary service contracts. Plus you get personalized customer service. Our AC quit, with our 92 yr old mother’s room temperature soared above 90°f. Although booked days in advance, they understood our situation and responded right away. Kevin expertly troubleshooted the problem and corrected it.     Once again, Rex’s people were a delight to work with. I called them with a whole house humidifier issue. The dispatcher, who answered the phone (no automated instructions here, thank you) answered within 3 rings, scheduled service for that very day. Let me repeat for emphasis, That day! The plumber, Terra, worked for an hour or more explaining what she was doing with each step. The problem was elusive. Terra completed an extensive troubleshooting exercise. Terra called Kevin, an HVAC technician, for further guidance. Since the problem was not discovered and further investigation was needed, no charge. Kevin came out the next morning to investigate further and found the problem, fixed it. Elusive indeed! This company is my answer to HVAC and plumbing problems. It’s so comforting having people I can rely on… nothing beats peace of mind.

    Rex’s Plumbing, Heating & Air never disappoints! I used their services recently when my backyard pipe froze (because of the winter frost) and burst. Eli and Cody were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their office also helped me in communicating the issue to my insurance. Awesome experience! Well, my air conditioner needed servicing, and this summer is hot! They had availability same day and the gentleman, Kevin, was phenomenal. When he was finished my furnace looked brand new and my house is nice and cool. The entire staff from the office manager to the owner are caring and dedicated individuals!     Kevin and Rex were a huge help when the business I work for had a water heater meltdown. They were able to get in the day-of to diagnose the issue, and after finding that there was a short in the motor, they called around and found a replacement piece - in Denver no less. Rex drove down and picked it up, and they were able to install the piece and fix the issue on that exact same day.The price tag wasnt super cheap, but the fact that they were willing to go all the way to Denver and back, and able to get everything back up and working on the same day was huge for my business so we didnt have to shut down for more than a few hours. Two guys willing to confront the improbable! The unlikely! Just imagine, for example, Flash Gordon and Spiderman; two guys teaming up to step out on inspired realizations and discover that existing conditions were actually masking effects of a changing water table. The causes were hidden from view. Years in the making. Tyler and Kevin put their heads together and probed for causes. I offered speculations that had long since proved unworkable. They continued their search and cautiously discovered a pressurized cavern of underground water below our basement floor, kept in check by the combination of unsuspected shortcomings in our old equipment and the inadequate evacuation of a perpetual inflow of fresh water from our immediate area.Now imagine the scene of a submarine “blowing” its tanks to facilitate an emergency rise to the surface, wherein you will hear the outrush of trapped air as it explodes up to the surface. This is what we were stunned to experience spontaneously in the course of their investigation. Once the trapped underground water could escape from its pressurized underground layer, it burst forth and flowed quickly to the surface, outside the house. The noise was breathtaking.     Best service in town! My wife accidentally flushed her rings down the toilet, so we called Rexs. They immediately made an emergency visit and sent Jose Guerra, who is by far the best service representative weve ever worked with. Jose did everything possible to locate the rings from inside the house and outside and even went into the main sewer line on the street. Jose was here for 7 hours trying everything possible, and even the owner, Rex, came to help with other solutions.     James did a terrific job. He quickly located the problem and replaced a new shower cartridge.It was just a bit pricy, though. Their cartridge cost me $380, while the Delta cartridge sells $64 at Home Depot.

    I feel extremely fortunate to have been a customer of Rexs.I bought and had installed a Navien Tankless water heater NCB-210E, and after consulting with Rex himself, we scheduled for the next week. The install was complete in two days, finishing up with Rex checking the system, and explaining details, and answering all my questions. His team was professional, punctual, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.All of my phone calls/messages/emails to Rexs office were promptly returned in a friendly and helpful manner. The reminder phone call the day before Rexs teams arrival was a really nice touch.With customer service and a price that both were second to none, you cant go wrong when you call Rexs Plumbing and Heating.****Edit 10/1/20 Three years after installation of Navien Tankless water heater NCB-210E: I just wanted to note that Rex promised me that this tankless water heater would need no significant maintenance for years after installation. And he was 100% correct! Ive not had a single issue with any part of the water heater or installation! So, I cant rate Rexs Plumbing and Heating on any repairs, because there has been no need. The installation was done correctly and has performed as promised! You can bet, though, if I have any plumbing/heating or AC needs, Ill call Rex without hesitation, and you should too.

I called at 7:30 am with a water heater not working at a rental property and a new one was installed by 11:30 am.     Jose worked all day to try and retrieve my wedding bands that were accidentally lost down plumbing. He tired several methods and ways to flush and pull out the rings.     The original cast iron T pipe started leaking. Turns out prior owners , probably in the century prior, had patched it on the top... And the patch disintegrated and gave way... Clogging the waste pipes in the process. I know this wasnt a little patch job but more than likely the replacement of what was left of the cast iron and lead toilet flanges. So I called Rexs plumbing. Theyve performed boiler and hot water baseboard work for me in the past and Ive always been satisfied. This job was no different. Their plumber Brian showed up, we discussed the issues and solutions, and he got right to work... Very happy with the work performed at a fair price and within the estimated time frame too! What contractors do that anymore? Not many. Ill continue to use Rexs for all my homes plumbing needs.

    We called Rexs Plumbing & Heating to replace a water heater that started leaking. Terra came out the next morning, looked it over and gave us our options. We decided to get a larger water heater and also install a pressure regulator and expansion tank. Terra did an excellent job!     Fantastic experience from Ben and Kevin! I had a sudden loss of hot water, and loss of heat from baseboard water heaters. My water heater was throwing codes, and I am not technologically savvy. After 20 to 30 minutes of being frustrated, I called Rex’s and was directed to Ben. I gave him some information on the water heater, but ultimately he offered to FaceTime, and he helped me to troubleshoot one of the codes. He guided me through cleaning the air intake. This seem to fix part of the problem, but there is still a code. He was stumped, and then told me that he would get to my house in 30-45 minutes. He was there in ~20. After determining there was an error with my baseboard switches, he went to go find the switches to replace. In the meantime, he recruited his colleague, Kevin, and returned with him to evaluate the issue. mind you this was late afternoon on a Friday, and my heat was not functioning correctly. They helped fix it enough so that I had heat over the weekend, and we coordinated to replace some parts later. I was so appreciative of their responsiveness and efficiency. Ben and Kevin with Rex’s go above and beyond to make sure to provide quality service. I will definitely use them again.Update:Another pleasure working with Rex’s. The had an appointment to come and replace my valves, and between 8 AM and 11 AM. I got a text at roughly 8:30 AM that they would be in 20 to 45 minutes, and they were there within 20. Katie and Ben went straight to my boiler room, I got to work. They finished and we’re respectful of my time. There’s no more errors with my water heater or my baseboard heating.

    My hot water heater went out Thursday evening. I rent my condo and was given a reference for another company from a neighbor. Unfortunately that company was unavailable, but they did give me a reference for Rexs. My landlord called the next morning and Kevin was over at my place within an hour of that phone call.     Our Furnace stopped working Thursday evening the day before we were expecting snow and cold. I called Rex’s plumbing and heating first thing Friday morning to request repair and spoke with Stacy. She called me back within 10 minutes and had a tech named Kevin scheduled to respond that afternoon. Kevin was a great tech. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he wore boot covers inside our house without being asked. He quickly diagnosed the problem and wasted no time to go get the parts needed before the supplier closed. When he returned he replaced the gas valve and also performed a thorough cleaning. I also really appreciate that Kevin worked late that night to make sure my family had heat.     I called Rex’s for a quote on fixing a poorly installed shower arm by the contractor who built my home (only discovered after a leak began well outside of the home warranty). Kevin Mallet came by the following morning to examine the problem and was able to immediately find a solution and cut, weld, and test the shower within 30 minutes, brining it up to code. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! The job came in significantly less than another quote from Lion home service, who also had massive wait times (3+ weeks).     We’re lucky that we’ve escaped most major plumbing issues, as we’ve not had to call a plumber but twice. The first time we called Rex’s Plumbing, Rex himself came out and took care of a faulty shower faucet. Rex fixed it in no time at all and only charged us the standard service call fee. The second call was for a pipe repair and Rex’s sent master plumber Eli Pitt. Eli spent over three hours taking care of our pipe repair. The job even required removing drywall. Eli worked hard to fix the pipe and we’re grateful. The charge was fair, not at all unreasonable. If we ever have any plumbing needs we’ll be sure to call Rex’s Plumbing. Thanks for a job well done!

    I couldnt rave more about the service we just received from Terra at Rexs plumbing. We were hunting for estimates and technicions werent doing any diagnostics and simply told us we needed to replace our water heater. Not only that but their pricing was astronomically high. Not Terra at Rexs Plumbing and Heating.Terra did a full diagnostics on our heater and found a viable solution so we didnt need to replace it. Terra also caught that our water pressure was far too high and found us a solution for that as well.     I had them install a shower head and an undersink water filter. The plumber was very professional, and did a great job. He was even very careful to place cardboard down on my countertop to protect it from scratches where he placed his tools.Update 2024: Tessa was accommodating and nice to work with. She broke down pricing by what she gets paid for time, overhead, and only 10% profit for the business. When she finished early, the price was lower than quoted as well. I suspect a lot of home service companies are getting bought up by private equity in Fort Collins because prices are just skyrocketing. So its nice to work with people who are paying employees well and making modest profits for quality work.

    I have used this company for years. Rex initially replaced frozen pipes in 2 duplexes years ago that I had just purchased on foreclosure.     Kevin from Rex’s was excellent. Our indoor plumbing had an issue that Kevin pinpointed before even walking into our house by checking our houses water pressure via the spigot outside. From there he correctly diagnosed our issue and fixed it in about an hour by replacing multiple parts.     Luckily, we havent had too many plumbing or HVAC issues but both times we have, weve called Rexs. Kevin has been our service technician both times. Hes prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly. Our first issue was with the water heater; Kevin fixed the leak and diagnosed a water pressure problem that he took care of right away and has since saved us money on our water bill. Today, he came out to check a clogged AC unit. The repair was quick and gives me an external way to make sure it doesnt happen again.
