Colin Was very polite finished the job finally. Filters were put in the..furnace. Much better than just leaving them at the front door where I found them this morning.Still waiting on invoice. Was striving to pay them cash. And have paid put on invoice for receipt. Didnt happen. Still waiting for invoice . So guess Ill pay via ck. Strange as I thought paying cash counted. Initially I was very happy with service great job Alec for putting in my new furnace control but that changed with just filters at door. Some of my disappointment lifted with arrival of Colin Munro around 2pm. Still had to cancel my late am appointment to await person to put in filters.. so they did strive to correct problem.

After receiving three bids to replace our furnace and incorporate a heat pump, we decided to go with NOCO Energy Solutions. They were not the least expensive, but we felt most comfortable with the thoroughness of their review of our situation. Their ideas for a system were most straightforward and in our evaluation the best choice, both in the near term and long distance.The system has now been in place for one week--and due to the Colorado weather, weve had both temperatures that require heat and days that call on the cooling function of the heat pump. The mechanics are almost totally silent (you *might* be able to hear the furnace if you stood right next to it) and so effective. Its as if they werent there, but the house is comfortable.We had an older high-efficiency furnace that was nearing the end of its service life (15 years). The leap to this new set-up was significant and feels like the right move. Ill be interested in seeing how it affects our utility bills.Overall: Amazing.

We had NOCO install a Mitsubishi heat pump and replace our old gas water heater with a heat pump water heater. They did an amazing job. Great precision in installation and set up. Very personable guys. Answered every question, provided a lot of education. They also inspected, tightened up and sealed all of the pre-existing duct work to make sure the entire system would operate at 100% efficiency. Best professional service/repair experience we’ve had in ten years. Recommend them very highly.

Also love the Carrier Infinity system they installed. Super quiet, great programmability. Hybrid gas and heat pump system has worked great from summer to winter.

I have been interested for the last year in replacing my old furnace and AC system with a ducted air source heat pump so I contacted several HVAC contractors. I was impressed by the knowledge of the NoCoEnergy people so I went with them. So far, Im very happy with the system and it seems to be performing well. Their installation crew was very professional, considerate and knowledgable. Their office staff were also very helpful in assisting me in doing paperwork to obtain government rebates on the install. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend NoCoEnergy to friends and neighbors.

NoCo did a great job install a new system for us. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work was high. We felt very comfortable with the workers (who all wore masks while they were on site). They were extremely professional, even going so far as to lay drop-cloths down over the carpeting. The new system is running well and is much quieter than the old one. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using this company for 15 years or so on maintaining our furnace and A/C and Nate and his employees have always done top notch work. The do not try to oversell you or pressure you into anything like some of the other companies do. I would recommend them to anyone for the work they need done in these fields. We just had them replace our 23 year old Furnace and A/C and they did a superb job in a timely manner and was very conscious of keeping things clean and not bothering us.

Wanted to upgrade my hvac. mechanical systems - and was thoroughly impressed with the entire project. Design, demo, installation, re-engineering, friendliness, followup and communication. If you need a new system talk to NOCO Energy Solutions, they will go beyond the normal heating/cooling replacement if you desire. I have 2 heat pumps and 2 different systems and will be able to live comfortably on the 2nd floor in the summer. Also did bath fans, humidifier, ecobee thermostat that we run with our phones. They know their stuff.

NOCO really is fantastic. They replaced our gas furnace with an electric Mitsubishi heat-pump. After looking around at what technologies were available, and having other companies bid our system, we were left believing these guys were ahead of the curve. If youve heard of Mitsubishi split-head systems or ductless in the past, youd be surprised to see how far theyve taken it, and what all is possible. After NOCOs expert install, Id be personally offended if someone I knew went with anybody else.

Their craftsmanship and expertise was second to none after a recent replacement of our a/c, furnance, and humidifier. With a small team and little corporate overhead, they are able to spend time on each project, making sure the details are just right. Their work came in on time, budget, and is performing beautifully. We are now staying cool on our 3rd floor, even on 90-degree days, and we expect to see our energy bills with substantial reductions.Nate (founder) is an expert and only hires other experts.
