We had Dave from Balance Point come out today as we were having issues with our furnace, of course, when it’s supposed to snow 2 to 4 inches tonight. He was absolutely amazing, very respectful of my home, very informative of what he was doing and what needed to be done. Did not do anything without letting me know prices beforehand. Very impressed on how knowledgeable he was without being pushy on doing things that did not need to be done. Great handshake (Which goes a long ways in my book) And outstanding customer service! Would recommend him to anyone! Will have him back for yearly maintenance! Thanks again, Dave for doing such an outstanding job!

Recently we had our furnace fail. Our service call was with Dave and his associate (Matt ?) to figure out our problem. After thorough diagnostics, Dave gave us the pros and cons of servicing a fifteen year old furnace. They both were fantastic to work with and had trust in what they were telling us. We chose to replace it with a new furnace install and with that, after discovering our hot water heater was even older, we had both replaced. Nick was our contact for purchasing the two components and service. He was very pleasant to work with.Anthony, Kyle and Steven were our techs for the install process. They too were excellent to work with. Their work was top notch and exceeded our expectations on the thoroughness and quality of the work done. They went over and above on completing the install of both components. We had no hesitation on giving Balance Point the the crews a five star review.

Ryan at Balance Point did a great job on our furnace check up. He found a failing part that had been recalled by the manufacturer. He also checked our furnace humidifier and recommended a new setting to avoid over humidifying our air. He explained everything he did and why, and listened to our questions. Balance Point Heating & Air-Conditioning recently came to my home to do a pre-season heater tune up. Ryan B was prompt and very informative. I knew nothing about how my heater works. He was very kind to show me the inside of my heater and tell how each element worked. He cleaned and checked all the readings to make sure they were correct for my heater make and model. He also explained how so easy preventative maintenance would make everything more efficient. I did purchase their Home Comfort Plan as they will come and check my heater and air conditioner plus plumbing once a year.I just want to thank Ryan B again for his patience and kindness answering all my questions. I recently contacted Balance Point for a furnace and AC tuneup. Ryan showed up on time, was very thorough, and explained all of the work he did. While in my utility closet he also identified a plumbing issue that needed urgent attention that I had failed to notice. Ryan came back out the next day and fixed the plumbing issue. Balance Point and Ryan have exceeded my expectations and Im very appreciative of their expertise that has likely saved me from experiencing a catastrophic leak. I wholeheartedly recommend Balance Point and Ryan, and will continue to use them for my HVAC and plumbing needs going forward.

We lost our new air conditioning unit, called Cooley, original installer, they did not appreciate our situation. They said they couldnt send anyone for two weeks. The only good thing they did was provide us with Balance Points number. As soon as Balance Point answered the phone they became very concerned. They said they would have someone here first thing in the morning. Dave Crownover came at 8 am to diagnos the problem. After trouble shooting, the main circuit board was bad. Dave immediately starting calling suppliers and was able to find a part locally. He immediately drove up to get the part, returned and installed it. We are up and running by 11 am. Dave was courteous and professional and was as concerned as we were. He went above and beyond and gets a thumbs up from us. Cooley gets a thumbs down.

Cody finally fixed our toilet! All other plumbers told us we had to order the parts ourselves. We did not know what to order so the toilet was left with problems for about 10 years. Cody found out what to order although initially they sent him the wrong part. When he did receive the right part he came out the same day and now we have a full functioning toilet again.
