I needed some outdoor plugs replaced that were 30 years old. Alan was the tech from Luminous and he did an outstanding job. Alan was very professional and he made some suggestions and recommendations on what my options were. The work was done fast and looked great. Attached is a pictur one of the outlets installed. I signed up previously for the Safety & Savings plan so service fee was waived. I’ll be be getting new ceiling fans and some more electrical work done in the near future. Also, great communication throughout the whole process.Thanks Luminous and Alan!!!

Dalton did an excellent installation of my outside GFI outlet. Luminous did give a discount when I raised concern over service fee. Overall the price I feel was fair and reasonable. Phone staff was very courteous and helpful. I am very pleased with the service provided.

This is the first time we used Luminous Electric and we were very impressed. Luminous communicated with us prior to their arrival to ensure that we had a clear understanding of what to expect. The electrician, Alan, was absolutely terrific! He quickly identified our issue and walked us through the remedy. His description was thorough and very easy to understand in laymans terms. Alan quickly made the repair as per the quote fixing the problem. The Luminous Electric Service Plan seemed like a very good value and we signed up for it. I could not be more pleased with the work that Luminous Electric did in my house. They did a full safety survey, and pointed out a few things that I knew were issues and some that I was not aware of. Both Dalton Carter and Matt Eckert were incredibly nice and explained everything at a level I could understand (electrical is not my thing!). Great service, great follow-through...would not hesitate to recommend them.

When my wife and I moved into an older home in Boulder CO we decided that it was time to upgrade some of the home’s systems and infrastructure. Wayne, from Luminous, has been a fantastic partner in assessing, troubleshooting, and doing the work to upgrade the home’s main panel and a subpanel, as well as getting internal wiring in place and ready for modern appliances. This was a big project, and we’ve got a few more smaller projects on our minds for near future. We’re looking forward to working with Luminous, and Wayne, again in the near future and for years to come. I’m glad we went with this company when we weighed our options. Based on our experience, I’d readily recommend them to others.

Booked Luminous through Thumbtack. They were extremely responsive. Kyle came out to do an evaluation of our breaker and furnace because it was sporadically tripping. He did some diagnostics and gave us a recommendation on next steps. He was very personable and professional! I would not hesitate to call on him and the Luminous team again for our electrical needs!

He did a fantastic job, the work is extremely clean and looks professional. He was even kind enough to replace an outlet in my house that was missing a ground with a gfci outlet, at no cost. Definitely would recommend Luminous and Gaspar to anyone looking to get electrical work done.

Gaspar was wonderful - prompt, professional, and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was going to, the costs associated with the work, and answer any questions. This was a somewhat difficult diagnostic job trying to determine the location of a power failure in the line to the furnace. It ultimately was determined that the furnace transformer was the issue. He replaced the part and confirmed that the furnace, A/C, and all associated controls were working normally. It is often hard to find honest, quality tradesmen, and I have been taken advantage of before, but Gaspar delivered in spades. Highly recommended and will definitely call again if I need electrical services.
